I took a package that is going to my mother in a nursing home on 5/13 and paid for it to be delivered next day $40.00 to package never arrived and keeps saying in transit. I have called 2 times and I am told there is nothing they can do..WTF!!! I will never use the postal service again I would rather go to UPS or FedEx even if it's more. I have friends that work for the postal service here and they themselves tell me it's horrible. The package was going to California so there is no bad weather or major disaster.

Maya allowed Post Office window to close before 5.20p on 2/17/18, instead of at the published hour of closing: 5.30p, so that floors could be mopped? This is absolutely unacceptable. It is a Saturday in a holiday weekend, and she has the office closing early? Never should this happen, nevermind a holiday weekend. Never.
