This is a complaint. First off the mail gets here to late. Please don't say your busy because I used to get it earlier where I Iived. One of the carriers decided he wasn't going to finish delivering our mail and tossed it back in the truck. I have never seen such bad service in my life. If you can't fix this then I'll go to the news papers to see what they can do. We need a whole different post office and let's get rid of this one. No answer from you in 24hrs the papers will contact you

I put money in my mailbox for a friend to come back and pick it because I wasn’t going to be home it was 50 dollars to mention and as i was leaving my house i go to check the mailbox to make sure the money was still there and it was GONE all that was in the mailbox was mail so the mailman definitely took the money because it was only in there for an hour in a half and i knew my friend didn’t come by. I will be filling in a report to as well as confronting the dude about my money

The mail box is not to be used like that. Intelligent people do not leave cash money out that way and expect not to loose it. Learn from it and move on. It's your fault, do not blame the hard working men and women of the USPS.

Who was supervising the children? Maybe you should think about restraining your pets if you want to continue receiving your letters and packages from the USPS.

Maya allowed Post Office window to close before 5.20p on 2/17/18, instead of at the published hour of closing: 5.30p, so that floors could be mopped? This is absolutely unacceptable. It is a Saturday in a holiday weekend, and she has the office closing early? Never should this happen, nevermind a holiday weekend. Never.

First of all, every single employee that works at this office is geriatric, slow, inefficient, and rude. Any time I or anybody else in my family has had to deal with these people it is a negative experience. These employees act that just because they work for a federal government agency they can treat customers rudely and work as slow as they want. Which brings me to my most recent nightmare with this office. Before, they used to do walk in appointments for passport applications, now you have to call a seperate office to book an appointment. After waiting 5 weeks for my appointment, I arrived to the Topaz office only to be told that there was no passport clerk available and that my appointment had to be rescheduled at a different office. I received no call that day to verify my appointment or tell me in advance that my appointment needed to be done at a different office. They didn't even ask me which other office would be more convenient for me before sending me to one that is 20 minutes from my house. I like to know what the point is in making a customer wait 5 weeks for an appointment if you won't have a staff member that knows what they're doing available to complete the application. Then to add insult to injury, I get to the other office and it isn't even a full fledged post office, it's an understaffed hole in the wall usps express. Upon waiting an additional thirty minutes in that line, I'm told that that office isn't authorized to process passport applications and nobody was alerted to expect my arrival. This kind of piss poor customer service is unacceptable , there is absolutely no reason why there shouldn't have been another passport clerk at the first office to begin with.

Go online, do it yourself. Yes, you do have problams, but it's not fair to blame the hard working men and women of the USPS for your own shortcomings. People like you just make their work harder.
