I sent a package from Indiana (2/7) to a business in Las Vegas. It was in the post office on 2/10 and has been stalled ever since then. My post office has emailed them multiple times and no response. I spent over 4 hours calling the PO and NEVER got to speak with anyone! You can tell it is a government ran office!!

Last week there was a key in my mailbox i opened the door and it was a package for someone else. I had to deliver it to the proper person. About an hour later another person knocks on my door to deliver a package addressed to me. Last night there was a key in my mailbox and when i opened the door there was no package in the box. Seriously WTF~! do they not train these mail carriers? I tracked the package and it says delivered, but where was it delivered? Calling the post office is a waste of time they don't answer. It just keeps hanging up on you. Who's running this place???

The services of this brach is so poor. Our mail box is broken reported to them but its almost 3 weeks its still not fix. We have mails and packages that was lost. Please serve the people better. We waited for 1 hour standing in our line then at the end they did not resolve our problems.

Just like all the reviews say. There's atleast one thief working at this branch, maybe more. I had a birthday card sent to my elderly mother with cash inside and it never made it to her. My mother gets her mail scanned to her email, when it arrives at her local post office. The card never was scanned. What a shame. I hate thieves!

Do not send a package thru here, call UPS! SERIOUSLY, I CAUGHT 5 employees flat out lying, waiting for package 7 plus days, now told it was returned to sender. Supervisors and station manager just atrocious. CALL UPS.

Extremely poor.. Blue exterior mailbox stuffed to overflow mail spilling out.. Went inside, extremely busy unable to get anyone’s attention after waiting for over ten minutes in line.. Made several attempts to call office but stopped after 40 minutes.. Tired of being disconnected..I hoped the spilled mail didn’t have people’s bills inside them.. Pubic beware.. This office is a failure..

This place is full of thief’s!!!! They have stolen more than 2 of my packages and literally take NO ACCOUNTABILITY WHATSOEVER!!! This postal station is the worst that I have encountered this far!!! I am literally there in person and calling and NOT ONE PHONE RANG! I am asking for my packages and they say the supervisor is going to see where “she” left it!!! Excuse me?!?! Are you serious??? I have been waiting for my packages for literally 3 weeks now and this is all of the help that I am receiving. If I could give this place and their supervisor a negative 100 .... I would. I am beyond disgusted.

Low Manning at critical times (2:10 PM on a Wednesday) leads to a stagnant line, which increases customer risk to COVID! Instead of a person spending a couple of minutes in the building getting something done, people stand for tens of minutes in an enclosed space. More time for someone infected to fill the space, and harm others. Staff to keep the line moving, and keep waiting people outside!

The postal service here Sucks! they deliver mail to the wrong boxes all the time! Now they have not been delivering my husbands checks, this is not the 1st time complaining about the mail delivery, at the begining of the year I had to contact them about W2Tax forms so I could get my taxes done, I finally got a call from the supervisor, but still 2wks later I Finally received W2 tax forms. A machine sorts the mail for them.

USPS Lost a package and will not respond to any tracking inquiries (last scanned at this location), will not respond to email, and calling this facility just goes to the "operator", which never answers. I have opened 3 service requests online with USPS that have all been ignored. Can someone at the this facility PLEASE HELP ME?

I have lost 3 mails with checks to pay my bills last July 22, 2020. I approached the assigned mailman named Allen but he did not even care to help where to report cases like this. The mailbox is not damaged and no sign of suspicious theft going on as he said. This needs investigation if it happened in your delivery system.

The mailmen are not being attentive and mindful when doing their jobs. My packages have been being sent to the wrong people/placed in the wrong mail slots. I pay my hard earned money for these expensive products, just to never see them and for someone else with no integrity to get them for free. I am devastated. This happens much too often and I am past furious. Opening cases gets me no where and like everyone else mentioned, no one answers the phone. It's obvious that the customers are not priority. You get paid a lot to do what exactly? Misplacing mail and packages is unacceptable. It's not very challenging to double check and to be sure you are putting mail and packages where it belongs. Do better.

Ditto to all the negative reviews of Meadow Mesa. You will not get a phone call answered. As a result, I filed a complaint with the Postal Service Office of Inspector General who in turn transferred the complaint to U.S. Postal Service Consumer and Industry Contact Office. Then I got a reply from Meadow Mesa to a missing mail search I initiated on the USPS.com website. A woman at Meadow Mesa emailed me to say they will initiate the search THEN she made mention of my change of address order from April -- nothing to do with the missing mail issue. I tried calling her at the phone # provided in her email (different that station phone # that doesn't answer) and lo and behold, no one answered that # either. My only alternative was to reply to her email (her name @usps.gov). Her email was replied to at 11:46 am and as of 5:03 pm I still have not heard back from her. Guess I'll have to contact Consumer and Industry Contact Office to let them know she is not to following up with me. Oh well. Some folks just won't act right.

I called the Meadows branch three times in succession. My calls were disconnected while I was waiting to speak to someone regarding a package that supposedly being held at my request. unfortunately I ordered some facemasks from a Facebook ad and now am realizing they are most likely frauds. I do want to know if there is a package being held for me since 5/26/20.

Never answers the phone. Told me to call to see if my keys are ready and I called like 20 times and no answer. I know they get paid well. Come on folks pick up the phone or tell people it’s not worth calling.

Sent a Priority package to N Las Vegas and in error reverse the apartment number. The package was not delivered. Tried to call could not reach anyone was disconnected 21 times after an automated voice. The fax machine does not work there either. This is one reason why you receive low customer service rating. I just wanted to find our how to get the package delivered by correcting an apartment .Tracking number available if contacted.

Maya allowed Post Office window to close before 5.20p on 2/17/18, instead of at the published hour of closing: 5.30p, so that floors could be mopped? This is absolutely unacceptable. It is a Saturday in a holiday weekend, and she has the office closing early? Never should this happen, nevermind a holiday weekend. Never.

Why do they publish a phone number, for this post office, if no one ever answers the phone here????? Not only that but just trying to get thru is a miracle! You think that your call is going thru then it goes directly to a busy signal!!!!! Then you wonder why they say people "go postal"!

I don't know what happened to my other post. but I waited 1 1/2 hours no answer for Meadow Mesa. now it is later finallyI was able to get through but no one answered the phone it just rang and rang and rang. then went to busy tried this for 1/2 hour never had anyone answer the phone. called two other post offices they answered their phone. have not received grocery flyers in over two weeks called grocery store said it was the post office fault. how can I put a complaint in if I can't get through on the phone?????

I send mail last april 19,2017 and until now we did not receive it this my 3rd time in this post office I am not happy when I go there today and the Filipina said she can,t help on my problem in fact she received that and when I come to follow up she said nobody will help you on your problem.this is a very bad experienced in this company.

I went outside to get the mail about 45 minutes ago and all the boxes were open. I've spent the last 45 minutes trying to get in touch with someone @ Mesa Meadows Post Office to report this. You've dropped the call at least 6 times!!!!!
