My new postwoman delieverd all my packages across the street to a different house which was presumed vacant (not anymore) (packages gone) because she told me that she knew the odds were on the wrong side of the street but couldnt see my house from the road. So she delievered accross to the EVEN side of the street when my last digit is an odd. my four your old know evens and odds. Im beyond mad for i still am out packages. and everytime I call the post office it rings like seven times then gets hung up Thanks Taylor Post Office your number one in my Book!

I get money orders from my family. They are from the post office. Every time I get one, they never have the money. Can someone please tell me where else I can cash them. It would be nice.

I am constantly receiving mail for an address that isn’t mine and missing important mail and packages. I understand the address numbers are the same as some other residences in the city but the street name is clearly right next to the number. Why is this so difficult. Very frustrating and I do not know who to contact. This has been going on for months and really wish the mail deliverer would pay closer attention tot he street name..

My package that was scheduled for delivery wasn't delivered. Going to USPS tracking it said "We attempted to deliver your package at 3:46 pm on February 16, 2021 in TAYLOR, MI 48180 but could not access the delivery location." which is total b.s. We were open and there is a sign on the front-door that clearly says (in large letters readable from our plowed driveway and parking) "PACKAGE DELIVERY AND PICKUP AT SIDE DOOR." The USPS needs to hire carriers who aren't so lazy and can read. I have a friend who has been a carrier for over thirty years. He's retiring early next month he says because the postal service has totally gone to hell the last few years because of lazy new-hires and incompetent supervisors who play favorites and he's tired of it. That seems to coincide with the poor service both at our business as well as at my home.

Does anyone know how. Long the mail will be when it is sent out on Jan 6 I still haven't received my check and it was mailed on Jan 6th just curious if anyone knows

Our mail lady has been caught on camera several times slamming, throwing and tossing our packages onto our front porch several times. We informed the Taylor postmaster and she is still doing it!!!!!!!! She mumbles “bet I’m not getting a card from this place” as she does it, well sweetheart NO you will not get a card from us. I may have to go above the postmaster to get this taken care of. This is YOUR job to deliver our mail and packages, if you don’t like it get a new job!!!!!! I didn’t do anything to deserve her throwing my packages onto my porch. Fedex and UPS drivers set them down nicely. Very disappointed the postmaster hasn’t taken care of this

The last 3 times I was supposed to have a package delivered on a Monday this post office has failed to do so. The packages are scanned as arriving at the post office early that morning, then later out for delivery, after that it gets rescheduled for next day and it arrives at the post office again. No delivery attempt was made. I waited all day as the mail lady just dropped mail in the mailbox and drove away.

We continue to get our mail if at all late after 6 or 7 pm most days. I only received mail twice this week. We usually receive some sort of mail daily. The mail is not consistent. I have not received mail since Wed and waiting on important mail. The mail service for the Gateway condominiums is not good. Always someone different when we do receive mail when I happen to drive by. Please have leadership take care of this. I will be in there to make a formal complaint about the Taylor post office Goddard st. We have been waiting for a check that should have come Wed or Thurs but no mail in two days. Sometimes mail comes as late as 9:00 pm What is going on with this office.

This mail lady named Jessica she was a white obesse female and refused to give me her last name in fact she told me to go hand her the mail herself because they don’t get out of their cars but that is incorrect because the mail man that usually comes gets out at every house . She completely skipped my house and I had mail to go out and she made me go get the mail and hand it to her and then she handed me the Mail she intended to skip . This is not right and she had an attitude ! Smh she needs suspended or fired ! Straight up lazy and disrespectful

I lost my mailbox key apaid the forty dollars and still can't get my mailbox keythey are telling me they are not working on key well I need my forthy dillor back that very unprofessional and the wait is reduculis

Here lately when our normal carrier is off, we are NOT receiving our mail. On several occasions our neighbors are bringing us our mail that has been delivered to their mailbox. Also, our monthly bills are not being delivered (Water Bill, AT&T Bill, and a Credit Card Bill for the month of May).

I am very upset, I had my mail temperarly forwarded to an address in Sterling Heights from my Taylor address for a month.. I did it 5 days ahead of time so I knew it would take time to get my mail.. but the problem I had the most was when some was able to go to my house and found out my mail box was crammed full of fliers and ads.. she took out what was there and put them in my house.. I called at that time because it was a huge signal that I was not home.. when I can home my mail box was once again crammed to over flowing with the same junk mail.. I never expected that junk mail to be forwarded on but why on earth would it be ok to jam the mail box so full that is was falling out..? To make matters worse I had viable bills stuck in between all those bills.. this is unexceptable.. why would anyone having mail forwarded and not be told that all their junk mail would be delivered any way!! It makes no sense and I’m lucky no one saw that and decided to break into my house!!!

Why is there a phone number if no one ever answers the phone? This is ridiculous! Worst post office I've ever dealt with. I have questions that I cannot get answered online. How rude and completely unprofessional. No excuses.

Our mail does not come until after 7 o'clock in the evening and sometimes does not come at all. We are not getting the sale papers, which might seem like a little thing, but we like to look for sales on meat etc. This has been going on for the last month or so. Answer the phone! What's the point of having a phone number listed, if you do not answer it? Your customer service needs work.

How about you just to lazy to answer your phones because it is past the holiday and you do not want to actually have to work

I understand that saturday was veteran day but there is no excuse why my newspapers both sat and mon was not delivered,I would appreciate if there could be more attention to getting the paper to us when it suppose to

When one of my packages get seriously damaged because your carriers are TOO DAMNED LAZY to walk an extra 25 feet to place my packages per my requests, I will call upon God and all of heaven to witness against you. Don't even smile thinking you are beyond a lawsuit or that the government will protect you. You aren't and they can't.
