postal service is awful since all the new workers in the last couple of years.We winter in Florida and sometimes it takes over 21 days to receive forwarded mail if we receive it at all.Still waiting for mail that was sent in Oct.22 and mail that was sent on Dec 22,2022Today is the 10th of Jan 2023

I live on Camel Dr in Sterling Heights. We go for DAYS without receiving mail. My “Informed Delivery “ tells me mail is coming, but just recently it’s been three days without mail delivery. This is nothing new. This Post Office has to be the worst one in the State! Maybe I should send a letter to Post Master General DeJoy, but then he wouldn’t do anything anyway, just like he’s doing now.

TONY IS GREAT ON OUR ROUTE, BUT WHEN HE IS OFF, THE SERVICE STINKS. LAST NIGHT THE CARRIER THREW A PACKAGE ON THE PORCH DID NOT TAKE MAIL IN MAILBOX AND JUST DROVE OFF. NO OTHER MAIL DELIVERED.

Received an email stating package would be delivered by 3 PM today that it was out for delivery received another email saying that the package was returned to the sender for insufficient address.. How could it be on the truck and out for delivery and then return for insufficient address. When you call the Post Office no matter what time of day it is the number always gives a answering machine that says it's closed . This is ridiculous how could it be on the the truck for delivery and then have no correct address. It doesn't make any sense and why don't they answer the phone when you need assistance.

I had an expensive package left on the porch. This is the 2nd time this has happend. There was a HUGE yellow sticker that read Exactly this: "***Delivery Courier*** Direct signature required!!! Do NOT leave package unless completed!!!" Same punctuation and all. The tamper ribbon was sealed, but you can tell on the side, someone stuck their fingers in and the package was tore a little.

I did not receive the following package. Tracking number. 9361289687091195284361. You say it was delivered May 3, 2021. This is a huge reclining chair. It was not delivered here. We have a wheelchair ramp. We have security cameras. It was not delivered. Please advise.

Please I need to know why I always has missing mail, Every day I get email from post office telling me what piece of mail I will receive, but always always always I don't get every thing . Please I need to know because I keep calling the post office and no body answer the phone

I have not received mail in a week worse yet he / she did not pick up my outgoing mail. They are always different times and are in a hurry if it late in the day. How is this going t o be resolved ?

Mail delivered late, then comes back to deliver the rest, after driving away, and the first time this new guy did it he gave me three junk mail from others, and now gave a bank letter to my naybor. Can you please retrain this guy or get another one. Cannon dr. Sterling hts.

I live in the 48314 zip code. Mail delivery is horrible. Especially the package delivery. Last week the mail person rang my bell to let me know a package was there. Went out right away no package. I saw the mail carrier and told them they rang my bell letting me know a package was there. The said they left it . Yesterday the tracking on my phone said a package was on its way. Waited all day no mail. After dark received a notice on my phone saying "DELIVERY ATTEMPTED NO ACCESS TO DELIVERY ADDRESS???? I don't live on a mountain top. All they had to do was ring the bell. So now my package went back to on it's way status. I'm expecting other packages. And we didn't get any mail yesterday at all 2/16/21. And what is with getting mail after dark?....When I get a message that a packages was delivered and I didn't get it, I call the merchant. They show it was delivered. So I have to reorder. In the case last week it was 2 items one is no longer available. I'm afraid if this keeps happening the merchant twill think I did receive the package and tryin to get another for free. I can't be sitting home and waiting for packages that never come.

Our mail comes at different times everyday and sometimes not at all. I have not received any magazines that I have paid for until today. They were 2 months old!. I did not receive some bills, my water bill arrived 2 days past when it was due. I had to pay the fee for Sterling Heights. This is unacceptable! We have different mail carriers all the time and get other people's mail. Poor management!

I have had a package sitting at this facility since December 13!!! It is now December 28th and too late for Christmas!! I am in Florida. What a disgrace to the USPS! And don’t blame COVID!!!

I mad appointment on last Wednesday 11/18/2020 for 11/27/2020 but over the counter the lady who did appointment for me she said come around 12pm hour early. I’m here now hour early and they are saying no it is too early 😳 why they should I why should I wait hour fir no reason , need to take action on this please thanks

phone # 586-983-2359 is a recording telling me your business hours start 9am to call back. It's 9:44am! I need to know were my package I sent over a month ago is. No one answers 800 #, I was on hold ½ hr then hangs up, I sent email they responded to click link and fill out more info, that link doesn't work, so I went on another computer and typed USPS missing package, that link doesn't work either. Now what?

Today when I received my mail there were four other addressed mail in with my mail. Two were for neighbors on mine and two were for people way down on another street. What wrong with Sterling Hts mail. This one was the worst yet. Was the mail carrier drunk, stupid or just did not give a shit !

Yesterday I got a text @ 6:17pm, stating an "attempt" was made to deliver my package but there was no answer.? Ironically, I WAS STANDING IN FRONT OF MY RESIDENTIAL DOOR, when I received this text! Ther wasn't a USPS WORKER or TRUCK ON the PREMISES! What an awful LIE! Just test the package is delayed to the next business day because the employee wanted to get off the clock! I am a family member of UPPER USPS personal and I'm already sent a personal complaint. A formal one is next! I called 3 times directly to the Sterling Heights Office today! I was hung up on before getting any words out! The other 2 times rang until it went to a busy signal.This situation has NOTHING to do with Covid-19 delayed mail. Simply a lying employee!

Terrible service, package transferred from UPS t you 6days ago. Still has not been sorted or deliver. I realize circumstances of CV19 but this is beyond that

I live in the 48313 area. I am complaining about the poor postal service from my mail woman that delivers to my sub. We have locked mailboxes for our large items which the mail carrier is suppose to put the key in the proper mailbox for me to revive my bulk packages. My mail carrier will leave my items unlocked in the box or put my items in the wrong box and my neighbors will have my items. My mail carrier has even put the wrong key for my item in another person`s box. She has done this to me 4 times. Now I currently have a lost item that I haven't received because she put my package in the wrong box and someone stole it. Please help me to find out who my mail carrier`s supervisor is so I can report this constant problem. I'm so upset. Someone has now stole my expensive package because this mail carrier doesn't perform her job well.

I received email saying my package was delivered to my mail box at 4347 Connie dr may 26th at 2.49 pm. I ordered Dial soap and it supposedly arrived today - I received 3 other packages but not the soap. It says "delivered" on my email - I DID NOT RECEIVE THE PACKAGE.

I got a message stating my package was delivered in my mail box April 20 it wasn’t I have tracking number..I orderd thoze masks they cost 9.54 I ordered them from China. I guess mail carrier gave them to someone else ..who is gona gve me my Mony back or buy me the stylish masks I ordered

Horrible Service!! Mail hasn't been delivered for 3 days. I have been waiting for important government mail that I was told I would receive 3 days ago. If I need to I'll pick up my own damn mail

Getting mail after 6 pm (9:13pm today) is totally unacceptable!!! This is an every day thing for over a year now?

TERRIBLE SERVICE!!! Had a notice that a letter was attempted to be left on Friday! Saturday mail carrier came and I ask if they had the letter and she said no they did not give it to her. I tried to call the office and go figure you can’t talk to anyone! BUT YET OOSTAGE CONTIUES TO RISE!!!! WOW!

It's pretty bad when all of a sudden your mail is not delivered because you have postal couriers that do not want a particular route. And you wonder why the USPO is struggling financially. From a Stering Heights resident who gets mail every other day....

So far not impressed. I just moved here and have been waiting for a package that I need urgently. It says it was delivered by UPS yesterday. But there is a parcel key in my mail slot to open the parcel box. That would be great, except the key isn't working. I'm inches away from something I urgently need tomorrow morning and the post office is already closed for the day.

I do e-bay shipping several times a week. I always schedule a pickup . I have noticed I have a new carrier . My two packages earlier this week were handed to the postman by me yet I was notified they were not picked up. Today I have had two packages sitting out and it is now 6:30 pm and they are still there. I did however get my mail. Either he is not properly trained or just doesn’t care. This is not helping my business.

On Halloween night, between 6:30 pm and 7:00 pm, while there were a lot of kids on Bonneville Drive trick or treating. A mail truck drove down the street going at least 35 mph to make a delivery. I'm sure they were in a hurry to get home, but if one child would have crossed the street there would have been a disaster. They were truly going well over the 25mph speed limit, my husband and I both commented on the speed of the truck. I just want to make you aware. Thank-you for listening.

The (our) wrong mail was delivered to a neighbor. We received their mail and turned it over to them. No one answered the door when we knocked (2315). That was 2 days ago. The mail person was a female and not our regular route carrier. She was advised of this action but nothing was done. Also, our mail has become shredded upon delivery and I don't care for this activity! Please advise ASAP!!!!

Is there something going on at the post office. I had 2 packages that were reported delivered on 1/9/18, that were not delivered. Also my son just informed me that he shipped 2 packages to me from NC that he received an email stating they were damaged beyond being able to deliver by my post office. Thats 4 packages in 2 days. Lazy mail sub is 2 doors down when I leave to run an errand. Come back and she couldn't come grab the outgoing mail hanging out of the mailbox. Hate it when my regular mailman is off.

For the past 2 days, the Carrier is leaving packages in the driveway just asking for theft to occur. Who is doing this! Our regular carrier never did this.

RE: Mail delivery in our complex. I guess we did not have any mail to be delivered so who ever you have filling in for our regular mail delivery did not come into my place of work. I LIVE AT NORTHPOINTE IN THE 48314 AREA CODE. I HAVE MADE MULTIPLE ATTEMPTS TO SPEAK WITH SOMEONE (POST MASTER) BY PHONE. I GET BUSY SIGNALS AND HANG-UPS. I LIVE AT NORTH POINTE ON POINTE DR. GLENDA IS MY MAIN CARRIER, HOWEVER, SOMEONE ELSE IS FILLING IN FOR HER. THIS PERSON CONTINUES TO PUT MY NEIGHBORS MAIL IN MY MAILBOX. ONE DAY SHE LEFT 6 PIECES OF MY NEIGHBOR'S MAIL IN MINE. THIS NEEDS TO STOP.
