This p o was closed for long time peak hours w sign on the raised door the line is a about 20 people now plus some trying to use the self serve that takes long time as well the clerk finally opened up but just one person this is absolutely ridiculous it's that time of year plus your rates are up as well everyone upset here right now for sure not fair to the clerk either!
I sent a pkg on 1/19/2021 from Sault Ste Marie MI. It has been back and forth between DETROIT MI NETWORK DISTRIBUTION CENTER, PONTIAC MI DISTRIBUTION CENTER, Arrived USPS Facility 02/08/2021 8:21am UTICA MI. However, it is still floating around down there somewhere and this is unacceptable. That pkg should have arrived at the destination weeks ago. I want to know what the problem is and want the package delivered. This is ridiculous.
The tracking number on the receipt is incomplete. Apparently the wrong width paper is in the machine at the Utica Michigan post office. I tried to call the office and the phone is answered by a recording telling me the office is now closed. The recording said it closed at 5:30 PM. I called at 4:23 PM 67 minutes prior to their closing time. I have tried using the web site to resolve this, but they want the complete tracking number. I called the Broklyn, MI post office and as told they still have packages from Nov. 2020 they haven't delivered. I paid for 2 day delivery. It's been over 6 weeks.
Winthrop st. Half is Utica half is Shelby twp because apparently we are on the border.. I never receive packages that are rerouted to Utica post office they keep taking it out on the truck to “try” to deliver and then it ends up back at the post office at 3am reloads for a by 9 pm delivery and they say it’s back with parcel. It’s a never ending loop. I am waiting on expensive medication, winthrop needs to have a note att attached that it is the sane st whether it has Shelby ir Utica as the city!
I've lived at my address for 3 years now. My mail from the bank and utility bills keeps getting sent back to sender stating my address is undeliverable. Which is quite confusing considering my mailbox is on a main road with the address and unit number clearly marked on it. Last Summer I personally went to the post office to talk to manager / supervisor to ask if there was anything I could do. Apparently nothing because it's been a year later and I still don't receive my mail. But I don't have a problem receiving all the junk mail though? Don't even know what my next step is to try to receive mail.
I hv sent a parcel tracking No. 92748909840976543476261761 USPS from india but unfortunately the parcel was not delivered till now. And my customer claims me to refund the amount of the same. You are humbly requested to kindly arrange to deliver the same on top priority. I am a poor lady and not in position to bear the loss.please do somthing and help me.regards
I mailed a customer as package that was received by this post office Utica, MI for Shelby Towenship on February 3rd and the post office forwarded the package to the wrong address (not the one on the label) and the package has been in limbo for three weeks. We can not get anyone at the center to help. The customer even went down to the office to try and work it out. They just keep saying we need to talk to the Delivery Supervisor but that person never answers the phone (586) 983-2359. It is now 2/23/16 and the package is supposedly in their processing center but no one is making an attempt to deliver it this poor customer. They have the worst customer service I've ever seen!
Your site is complete garbage, not only did my package not show up even though tracking said it did, but after looking for a whole hour to find the number to contact the post office, but the number isn't even correct!! This is ridiculous, your whole system is garbage and needs to be fixed
