Whoever is delivering to 33 Technology Drive (Warren) is doing a very poor job. I always get my neighbor's mail and more than 10 pieces were found today. The boxes are clearly marked with company name and suite#. I don't quite understand how this kind of mistake happens again and again.
The postal service totally SUCKS. I placed a hold on my mail. They STILL DELIVERED IT. I had to have a neighbor come and pick up my mail. NOW they were supposed to deliver ALL my mail today, guess what NO MAIL. What is the hell is going on????
My place of work; mail hasn't been picked up, but I get new mail along with another company's mail. I would like if they open my mail box when flag is up and take the mail. moreover to only deliver mail that pertains to our company in the mail box. I have placed return to sender on the mail however they don't take it, therefore they do not open the box. How can this be rectified in a timely manner?

I'm writing this to inform you that my mail carrier, as been asked "NOT" to walk across our lawn. I have the "no crossing " sticker posted on my mail box, but the mail carrier still walks across the lawn. I know it's the shortest distance between each house, but I do not appreciate him/her walking across my lawn. I had new sod placed last year, now you can see where he walks across it.

EVERY single letter or envelope that looks like it is a greeting card or potential credit card envelope is opened. This has gone on long enough and I am making a formal complaint. Notice to delivery person for 48089 ....If you are charged with mail theft, you could face up to five years in federal prison and fines of up to $250,000. ... For each act of vandalism, you could be imprisoned for up to three years and fined up to $250,000. Sick and tired of this nonsense. EVERY single one...cannot be coincidence or an accident.
Our mail has been stolen twice. The carrier did not go to jail but got promoted. Good luck. Now we have an animal, according to the the post office. They have not delivered in four days. We are waiting on checks.

Warren postal service they keep sayin my package was delivered July 16 and I never received it still to this day they keep closing my case so today is august 13 I’ll be up there n the am to Nut tf up them workers stealing I paid good hard earn money for my kids unlike most I wrk everyday
I believe the Warren Post Office has just quit delivering mail on Fridays in my neighborhood. I'm going to start actually tracking it, I have not received mail on Fridays for a couple of months. If this is true, residents need to be notified.
Our postal service is a joke. A mail truck drove through our condo twice today and didn’t deliver mail. I track our mail and 9 pieces were supposed to be delivered yesterday. We received nothing. Today 1 piece was scheduled and we have now missed 2 days of mail. When we do get mail we find it the next day on our porch because it was delivered to the wrong address and someone was good enough to bring it to us. Bring back the pony express. They probably got their mail faster than we do now.
Mail comes in at 7:30pm or No mail for two days and this has happened on numerous occasions didn’t know the post office mail carrier only delivers mail when they fill up to it people have mail to be picked up and bills to be delivered what’s going on have not had a study mail carrier since 2006, 48088
What has happened to the mail service? Sometimes there are days we don’t get any mail...About 2 weeks ago we didn’t get no mail for 4 days....Most days we don’t get our mail until 7:30 pm or later!! I have been waiting for a package now for 2 days was supposed to be here yesterday and it wasn’t,,says it is out for delivery today...As of right now it is 7:45 pm and we have not seen a mail man.
If the USPS is an "essential government service" then why isn't the government funding it fully during this pandemic? If VISA and my Bank and the Warren Water Department and Consumers Energy and DTE all want their bills paid on time somebody had best get up off their ass(ets) and fund the USPS.
I'm fully aware that the Post Office is not receiving any funding from the Government. It all has to do with mail in voting. I stand with you and would love to help if I can. Please let me know if there is anything I can do.

Thursday, June 8-no mail. Monday, June 22-no mail. Both days had mail to be picked up. No one picked it up. Monday had package out for delivery at 7:10am. At 5:14 pm showed available to pick up at post office. This has happened several other days. We did not say anything. Our mail box was not blocked. We needed that mail to go out. We shouldn’t have to drop it off at the post office. This is ridiculous. Aren’t we supposed to receive mail service every day but Sunday???
I am so unhappy with this mail office and its delivery. We used to get mail way before noon, now its 8 pm sometimes later. We have huge house numbers on our house and yet DAILY we get someones elses mail of delivered at all. All my utility Bill's are arriving late, voter registration arrived late. The mail men and women dont act professional pants hanging off their butt. Very unprofessional attitude. Mail as even arrived open, they seem to target my house payment. If the mail system shuts down I wont be mad!

I have had numerous problems with business package pickup at my location. I have been told by this PO that it is no longer a provided service without a package pick up request which I do and still have packages not picked up. I don't get it why have a phone if you NEVER answer it, It's the thing probably ringing off the hook in a corner somewhere where there is not a human around..follow the ringing sound..also so now you guys get to choose when your going to deliver mail nowadays hey?? Wel you guys just suck, the whole lot of ya..no wonder people use email more and more..I have had better customer service from the dollar store..and even when it does come I still have to h OP people your mail carrier don't steal any of it. it is impossible to get in touch with anyone here. I either am transferred to an extension with a full mailbox, treated to an endless ring, or disconnected. I have an extremely serious and time sensitive issue … that unless I take off work and go to the post office in person it has no chance of resolution
I live in MO, I bought a vehicle from the autopalace dealership in warren, MI. It was a great encounter with the dealership. They were very professional and polite. So the dealership mailed my car title to me using Priority mail using USPS. I thought that experiment would be great to and it has been a nightmare. Unfortunately I have not received my package. The dealership mailed it on November 10th and I was suppose to get it on November 14th. I have called numerous numbers and finally called the warren MI, post office. It took 10 different times calling before somebody answered the phone. The person that answered the phone had a horrible attitude. I told her my problem and she acted like I was inconveniencing her. I asked for her supervisors name and she did not want to give me her supervisors name. She told me that she was the supervisor. I asked her again for her bosses name and she finally gave it to me. The reason I ask for her bosses name is because maybe he has a different answer or approach to finding where the package is. All I want is my package so I can register my car in Missouri. I don’t understand how the USPS can ask for more money for stamps and raises in their salaries. But yet when we call as consumers and customers they treat us like we were inconveniencing them. Also I have seen numerous commercials this holiday season asking people to use USPS for there mailing needs. they advertise that they are so concerned with our mail and packages. I’m sorry to say but they should be sued for false advertisement. If anyone has a name or phone number of somebody that could help me I would greatly appreciate it. I’m not trying to get anyone in trouble. I would just like my package. Thank you for your time in reading this summary of my experience.
Trying to call the post office to have a package redelivered. Cannot use the automated system because it does not recognize my tracking number. Via the phones, no one answers. If you press for delivery service, connects you to an operator who does not answer and the mail box is full. Horrible customer service.
This the worst post office. Cannot get anyone on the phone to discuss issues with this Post Office. I have no idea how this office stays in business. They need better customer service who will help customers when needed........
Yes I'm tired of trying to call all the numbers I can find to contact you regarding my mail. The envelopes I placed in my mail box to be mailed out have been sitting in my mailbox and yesterday morning it is now 345pm on October 10 2017 and they're still sitting in my Mail box waiting to be sent out. I'm not sure why I have not gotten mail in two days. My mail is in my mailbox without fail anywhere from 1230 to 130 in the afternoon. Why hasn't it been delivered.
Mailman always come at 5.00pm or 530 sometimes not at all I went down to the post office and talk to the manager and he must have talk to the mailman because he was coming early and after about a week he went back to the same thing about coming so late when I call to complain its terrible that you can't call the office of if you want to go over his head you has to wait an hour or so just to talk to someone
I am inclined to concur with the previous post. The office doesn't answer the phone and the voice mailbox is consistently full.
I live in an apartment complex. The mail is a majority of the time placed in the wrong boxes of residents. I've lived here almost 4 years and have had a few small packages scanned as delivered to my box and were put in a different apartments box. On two of those occasions I've never received the parcels. They were from friends not companies so no recourse could be taken.
I'd advise that supervisors should talk with the mail carrier. This is completely unacceptable.
Why can't they answer the phone! All the voice mailboxes are full! Mail wasn't delivered yesterday and today a Mail Lady walks across my lawn by my front window so my dog barked. I got up and she was walking away not going to deliver my mail. I said hay is that my mail so she had to come back. I stated that "I didn't get my mail yesterday" She replied "There was only one small tray no one got anything". So I said "So it wasn't worth you delivering so you didn't deliver?" "For the whole city". What happened to taking a test for getting these jobs? Guess the Civil Servant Exam was discriminatory towards people with deficient common sense!
I've read many Posts about the Warren Post Office; However, Reinman Road always had "our Frank," and he always provided excellent service in our area. Frank, unfortunately, no longer delivers for our route.
TODAY we found a large box laying in the middle of the driveway. It was labeled FRAGILE!
Now, here's the story neighbors....my wonderful brother-in-law recently lost his Father. As a tribute to his Father, a Veteran, a flag was folded during the funeral, by two Military representatives, and given to him, as the eldest living family member.
The box that was thrown in the driveway contained a FLAG FRAME, sent by a cousin, to my brother-in-law. By-the-way, my loving brother-in-law, also a Veteran, served the Warren Police Department for over 20 years. If anyone had driven into the driveway, the box would've been crushed.
HOW LAZY, AND DISRESPECTFUL CAN THIS U.S.MAIL CARRIER BE? I know he/she had no idea of the content of the box, but there is a covered front porch where the box could have been placed, and the doorbell could have been rung. ðŸ‡ºðŸ‡¸️ðŸ˜–
Don't waste your time tryng to get any type of response from this location. It's absolutely the worst! I am a Government Federal emploee that works for TACOM (Army) and they treat me like dirt! All I wanted to do is have my held mail delivered 7 days earilier. I was on assignment at Fort Sill, Oklahima, helping to keep our nation safe. My assignment schedule had been shotened while I was gone. So I called this location to have my mail delivery restarted. After calling 6 seperate times, and after the phone rang approximately 9 times each time I called, I was disconnected? Then I phoned 3 more times from another phone, same results. One time I was connected to a recording that stated I could leave a message, but I couldn't because the message receiver was full and then I was disconnected. I did connect with an operator 1 time. She put me on hold for a half hour to get the manager. Once someone got back to me after a half hour wait we were disconnected?!?! Of course they didn't call me back. I then called them back, repeatedly, and no one would answer the phone? Whomever is the manager or manges this location should be fired! The only way to get service here is to go physically to this location. Good luck!!! If we army folks did our job like they do at this location our national security would be in jeapardy. This is not a joke.
I sold my house put a hold on the mail. My batch of mail had the hold card in it with the new owners mail. I took it back to Warrem Mound Post Office, they had us fill out a mail forward. 3 weeks later I get email that my hold mail is being sent to my sold address. I rush up to Mound Post Office. the Clerk LORI, heard my concern, took my Drivers license, told us to wait for her at the end of registers, reappears ringing up other customers. never came to tell us what was up with our mail. I hollers, what's going on and where is my ID. She pointed to a uninvolved clerk and said she will help us. A different clerk handed her my ID. SO LORI passed my ID around DID NOT follow thru with her services nor informed me of her abandonment of her helping me. TOssed my ID around, never checked on my mail, and LORI pushed off her work onto an employee who was Actually doing some work. RIDICULOUS, Idiots like this are who these idiots HIRE.
Why can't postal employees do their job? I just spent 30 minutes trying to get a certified letter redelivered. I couldn't do it on the website because the handwriting on the form is so sloppy I can't read it. So I tried calling the 188-275-877 number. No real person there either keeps asking for more information. I tried to call the Warren post office and at 4:20 all I get is a voicemail that no one is available. So frustrating. I'm held to high standards at my job and these government workers are suppose to work for us. That's a big joke the have to work first. I can't tell you how many times I've received mail for someone a few streets over. Makes me wonder if I'm getting all my mail.
Mail boxes are full and must call back later or the Warren, MI post office does not answer their phones. Transfer to operator results in call being terminated by the automated system. Very frustrating!!!!
This Post Office never answers its customer phone line; an automated-machine says gives the address listed on this website, notes that a an "agent" will take one's call soon, and then immediately transfers the to a supposed operator, after which one's call rings several times before it's hung-up on by the automated-system--- regardless of the citizen's concern and/or complaint. Just yesterday (on 7-30-15), an employee of the Warren Post Office says that their number changed a few months ago, although no one (not even an automated-system) answers that supposedly updated number; however, both this website and the United States Postal Service Consumer Affairs Office confirmed this number, which I acquired 2 years ago, as being correct. My specific complaints are that I have received other individuals mail (of which carriers refuse to return, the Warren Post office will not answer a phone call to deal with the issue of misaddressed personal mail or any other mailing issue, and just this past Monday, 7-27-15, I along with every other tenant in this apartment complex, received a letter from the US Postal Service (USPS), that as of tomorrow, Saturday, 8-01-15, a switch will be effectively made for mail delivery to go to an outdoor, Cluster Box Unit (CBU), which is a difficult task for an individual with a limited mobility disability issue, such as myself, and likely for seniors, of which i am not, to daily retrieve mail at the designated sites outlined in the letter from the USPS. i imagine that such a task will be even more difficult (and possibly harmful) in the approaching frigid, wintery climate (simply to obtain one's mail). The switch may prove to be more cost-effective and somewhat more accurate for the USPS and the already infamous Warren Post Office, but it will be a great disservice and daily inconvenience for many tenants, such as myself. Both the Warren (Michigan) Post Office and the USPS ought to be ashamed of themselves. Human needs are more important than expending less money and increasing ease for public service and/or corporate America! ~a disgusted citizen
