Mail has not been delivered on my street all week. If the facility is short staffed, they should be alternating routes daily so everyone can receive their mail in a timely manner. Instead, they apparently just skip a street for an entire week. I guess their motto no longer matters to them.
Unable to answer the phone when there are problems with out business mail service. Unfortunately, carrier problems are a weekly, sometimes daily occurrence for us. We have watched out carrier skip our business completely before. Unbelievable that there is still an operation with absolutely no accountability for it's poor performing workers. If there was another regular mail service, we would switch immediately.
