I would give the Garfield location a minus 5 if I could!! I’m totally embarrassed!! I took a stack of invitations directly to the woman at the counter who rudely stated “ you could’ve just put them in the bin in the wall.” Come to find out at least 12 of the 60 invites I mailed never made it to the address I sent it to. Would love to know what the h*** is going on with the postal service!! Absolutely terrible service!!

This is the worse post office I’ve ever ran across! What exactly are the workers doing here while on the clock? I’ve called this place April 25&26 no answer at all. The phone will ring until the busy signal. Someone has dialed my number back from the posts office and asked,”IS THIS JENNIFER?” After saying no I didn’t have the chance to say no but this Tanisha and I need to talk to somebody the lady hung up on me! I dialed the number once again no answer of course!!

What is the deal with the new black girl with the 3 inch long fingernails at the Garfield location. I went in there last week and she wanted $75.00 for a package that I have shipped 950 of them in the past 4 years and I only spent $15.00 to $17.00 to ship before, and those went all the way to California. I took it to Fed EX ad they charged me $22.00 to send it Priority 2-5 day shipping. Today went in there again and she wanted exact change. I shipped a box for 21.00 and she would not break a $50.00?? What is up with the exact change crap. I will be going to a different location from now on! Good Bye! Fed EX here I come!! PS. How the hell does she wipe her behind with 3 inch nails??

Good morning my package shows that it is been delivered in tha parcel locker at 3 different times , yesterday, 12/19/22 it's missing, I never got it in my mailbox. How is this possible? I paid 119.00 dollars for that item.

We have a serious issue here. Society lives in a time-driven era, IF the hours of operation posted says until 6pm, then WHY on many occasions is this location CLOSED before this time? Frustrating! I can't keep playing the game of leaving work early, fight the daily traffic and then to be rewarded with showing up to a closed USPS center. HIRE more employees or just change your hours to meet your NEEDS!

I have not received My mail on Friday, June 18. I have a couple of bills in that group and I would like to get it is so I can pay my bills. Please give me my mail thanks. Do you have kids working there? Wow!

After returning from our winter in Florida my husband picked up the mail held for us since April 15 when we took it off forwarding. We went through the box and started sorting and opening envelopes. I didn't double-check the addressee since it was in our held-mail box. I opened an envelope from Bank of America - our bank - and realized the mail was not ours. So I went through all the mail and about a third of the mail was not ours. I took it back to the post office and was met by an employee who did not want to hear what I had to say and kept trying to shut the window in my face. I wanted to know where the mail that should have gone into our box went and I wanted to make sure he could explain the bank mail that was already open when they delivered it to the correct recipient. He would not listen to me and shut the window while I was still trying to ask about any of my mail that could be in another box. He was rude and very unhelpful. I still have concerns that we did not receive all of our mail.

There is a package in transit to me that has been sitting in this USPS station since March 18 (8 days). What's the hold-up?!!!

I am in a panic...for some reason the mail person is refusing to deliver our mail and says I must go to the Post Office...I have no car...no way to get there but when I have found a ride...closed...how am I to get my mail?I am literally having a breakdown over this there is important tiem sensitive mail in there!

Why are they closed today? I heard this office does this all the time by all the other upset people in the parking lot. USPS has "priority" mail. Seems they dont quite understand the meaning behind priority.

They never answer the phone. I've called 586-783-2879 six times over the past two weeks and I never get an answer. I've also called 1-800-Ask-USPS® (275-8777) twice and no answer. I get bounced around from one automated system to another but never get an answer.

get daily posts telling me of expected mail haven't seen any in at least 4 days I did however receive mail delivery on a Sunday. Go figure. Wondering where my medicines and important bills are? Being an older person not everything on computer as not to computer savy.

OMG!!!!, the mail truck just pulled up, sat there for 5 minutes and LEFT!!!...first of all they didn't arrive until 5:58 pm!!!, and then didn't deliver ANY mail!!!!!. I live in an apartment complex, there are rows of mailboxes that usually take the carrier at least 45 minutes to an hour to deliver all the mail to. Why did they leave??? I have informed delivery and i know whats coming on what date, when my bills are due on a certain date and my check is late or just doesn't arrive, yes I'm upset, because bill collectors don't want to hear my check didn't come in the mail today... this is totally unprofessional and i will be writing a letter to the postmaster general, as this is NOT the first, second or third time that this has happened.

I am getting my mail maybe once every ten days, what is going on? I do understand we are going through trying times but this is unacceptable.

There are plenty of people out there that need a job. If the postal workers want to sit at home , then fire them! Not just days without mail but we are getting lost mail. Maybe the people higher up should get moved. Many are working under the fading virus, GET BACK TO WORK LAZY BUTTS

First of all we live in a private home,that is owned by us. For over the last 8 years,the mail delivery is horrable(not the drivers) There are days even a week, that I will not even get a single piece of even junk mail. Just a mo ago not even 1 thing came for 3-4? Days A few years ago I called the Post Master and never even got a call back I Have been in communication with another co to just get a PO Box so I receive my mail. Has the Post Office suspended Saturday delivery? There was no delivery last Saturday (4/4) and am wondering whether there will be delivery today (4/11). Otherwise, everything is OK except for an occasional wrong delivery.

We get the wrong mail at least 3 to 4 times a week. This is not good. She should stop talking on phone while dealing with peoples mail.

I’m wondering why my mail came back when the address was correct, and why was written on the envelope “English?”. Addresses overseas are NOT in English. Those countries are NOT AMERICAN colonies. I would attach a picture but I can’t. Thanks

Mail delivery on Stafford Street has absolutely horrible lately. For the last two days, we have had no delivery at all.

Our mail person has time to talk to every person he runs into on his route. I am tired of getting my mail between 4 pm and 7 pm.

Someone has tried to repair the lock on the package box on at least 3 occasions and it will not open again. Found out yesterday that someone put a vacation hold on my mail. It was not me. Please respond to this incident. No car retired and senior citizen.

There’s a male that works for you and every day he drops off mail he never closes my mail box, drives off with it still being open I’ve had to pick up mail off the street all wet and dirty multiple times. I can sit here and record him every time doing it because I watch him from my front room window. I live in Clinton township on Pennsylvania street, who ever delivers to this street does a horrible job and I will have it recorded and posted next time it happens.

The (casual) carrier decided to drive past my mailbox with the flag up! Stopped at both the businesses next to ours, looked at our mailbox and kept driving. I have packages and mail that needed to be delivered. I called and spoke with two USPS employees who stated they could not get a hold of the carrier to pick up our mail. What a shame!!! What a difference a great regular carrier makes, helps our business go smooth, unlike today :( two thumbs down!

I know we had a record snow fall but i saw postal trucks out today and no delivery in 2 days ?it is now 8:00 p.m. on the second day whatever happened to neither wind or rain or snow or dark of night ? and they keep raising the price of stamps

Even though I live right around the corner I will take the extra time to avoid this location. There is a certain employee there who obviously hates her job and should be fired for being excessively rude to customers and over charging for postage items. I have had the displeasure of having her "assistance" the last two times I was in there. You will know who she is. She has an attitude and I feel sorry for the nice people that have to call her a co worker.
