Postal Locations

I am very concerned about our mail, especially bill payments that were mailed from our office on April 14th and never received by the vendors. Is there a pile of unsorted/unprocessed mail there somewhere? Please advise - Moira Shaum Parish Business Manager 586-468-4578

Horrible, have been calling for days and no answer, have received no mail in 20 days and some red card in mail box stating mail carrier marked as vacant, was notified today by ATT that they received mail back and it is marked undeliverable. I have tried to contact and no answer. I reported on USPS web site. Wish me luck.

I would like to give alot of credit and thanks to the Best Mail Person we have had in the 50 yrs. I have lived in the 48035 zip code. His name is Henry Jaracz Jr..he is the best.He is always friendly and smiling, and always has a biscuit for your dog. What a nice guy!

I have had my flag up on my mail box beginning 5/27/21 today is late 5/29/21. There has been no delivery in my area or pick up. What the hell is going on???? Thanks

I have had enough of this Post Office and your Mail Delivery!I understand there are Problems but this situation with not getting my Mail for Weeks and Weeks is completely Unacceptable!I havent gotten my Christmas Cards with Money.I havent gotten any Mail in 2 Weeks.The Post Lady that only brings Packages says that its not her Job.Shes doing what shes told to do which is Packages only.She says they have noone for this Delivery Route.What are you Talking about?Its very Odvious to everyone that gets Mail out of this Office that the Postmaster could care less so our only other resort is to Contact the News Station.I am an understanding person but this is out of control and not going to be Accepted!

Haven’t received mail in 6 days or packages for Christmas. Can’t even pick up mail at USPS IN My Clemens. What a worthless Post Office! I have checks arriving and important mail. Tried everything, called, opened up a case file on their website, just getting the run around.

Postman left expensive package in front of garage door instead of putting it on porch..package could not be seen by garage. Why wasn’t it put on porch? Luckily my husband happened to come home and saw it. I guarantee if it was there any longer it would have been stolen. Can’t call Mt. Clemens P.O. Because they do not answer the phone. Just rings and rings. I never had packages dumped there before. Postman should be informed to put them on porch!

On 12-2-20 your office did not open until 8:50. Your clerk unlocked the doors, turned around an d walked away. No good morning, Im sorry you had to wait, no explanation at all. I asked the clerk why you opened so late and the excuse was, we were late. Not very customer friendly is it. So disappointed with the US Postoffice.

I live in Yarmouth Common Condominiums off Clinton River Road across the street from Fern Hill Golf Course 48038. We have not received mail since Monday November 23rd 2020??? What is the problem.

I received a confirmation from a company today that my package was delivered . I am working remotely and facing my mailbox in clear view when the mail carrier's truck pulls up . . . Nonetheless, after checking the mailbox no package - no mail at all actually. I went on-line, and called twice only to wait for the ringing to stop and get disconnected. Fedex,delivered 2 packages to Mount Clemens Post office,on 8/3/2020...Stating that on 8/4/2020 My items were delivered to my address on Coleridge,,at 5:15 PM..I have not received my items.. Thank you, Jeraldine Parries

I live on Woodbury street. Myself and neighbors are only getting mail sporadically. This week so far we have not received any mail Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday. We see a mail truck drive by quite fast but not stop. We would like a solution to this problem

I received 5 pieces of mail for 5 different addresses at 4 p.m. on a Saturday. They were for all the residents on the next street NOT EVEN same named street. Some were bills and even a greeting card which probably was a Fathers Day card which is now late. Can’t these people read? A 5 year old could do better than these workers. And they get paid well. While delivering, they are on personal calls through headphones because I see and hear them on my porch. Friday we got our mail at 7p.m. And my neighbor got 3 of his subscribed newspapers in one day. Another time, my next door neighbor and I got each other’s mail. 2 DIFFERENT addresses! ENOUGH is ENOUGH. Get some first graders on board who can do a better job.

I am so sick of getting emails saying my carrier had issues delivering my package!! My driveway was clear as was my front!! This is all the time, I am just thinking about picking all my mail up my self, she delivers my mail to the neighbors and my neighbors mail comes here. I Live in Clinton Twsp and have made several complaints to my carriers supervisor, and NOTHING get resolved. PLease give me my package!!!

I am tired of waiting at home for a package that never shows up! I now see ( after I had to search and NEVER received a message) that my package is ready for redelivery or pickup. I have been home for 3 days waiting for this package and NOBODY has tried to deliver it! This isnt the 1st time I've had this problem. I shouldnt have to pick up a package that someone didnt feel like delivering!

I have been waiting for 5 pkgs that is said to be at the usps but have ot been able to track because the tracking numbers I have apparently not correct but they are the only ones I have. Please deliver my packages as soon as possibe

Saturday Jan 4 the mail carrier was seen at the mailbox but did not put any mail in the box. 2 packages were also to be delivered and the mail carrier never came it just drove away. When tracking what happened it stated undelivered because we were closed. We were NOT closed. Cars were in the driveway. The carrier just refused to get out of the truck to deliver packages. Not a good image for the USPS!!

I have been trying to call to make a complaint regrading not getting my mail. The option to speak to the Post Master Secretary does not work and then to wait for someone to answer will just go to a busy signal. Absolutely unacceptable that you can't speak to a person. That option doesn't exist. Very frustrating.

BEWARE!!! I've had to contact several companies to redirect my mail for fear personal & confidential mail, some worth money, have been stolen or delivered to a wrong address! Just called for the OUTRAGEOUS AMOUNT of times the USPS 800-783-8777 number and have ANOTHER CLAIM NO. But now instead of getting a call back from Mt. Clemens P.O. within 48 hrs., they've upped it to 72 hrs. UNACCEPTABLE!

This post office is HORRIBLE. They never answer the phone. My mail keeps getting sent back even after the closing supervisor told me she would fix the issue and have it redelivered. The second time I talked to the supervisor, I was told the problem is the carrier who don’t show up to work and the substitutes that don’t know what they’re doing. These people get paid good money to do their job. I never had to deal with something like this and it is very frustrating.

HAD great service till phill changed route. Now we have lost soaked late mail quite often .ordered stamps with form from carrier a week ago still waiting..

My wife had her new driver's license sent back to Lansing because it was undeliverable. Her license was shredded in Lansing and she had to go reapply. What a pain!I have been to the township office and complained before because many our Christmas cards were sent back to the sender as undeliverable(and others were delivered to the same address as the the ones sent back to the sender ). I would hope these complaints are read by the postmaster and I would appreciate an e-mail reply that you have received this note.

I have stopped my mail for a month and it is still being delivered to my home. The same thing happened last year. Please have someone responsibly on our route again. Never had this problem before last year which was bad. Please advise as to why this is happening. Thank goodness a neighbor noticed and takes the mail out of the box before it can build up.

They deliver mail to wrong addresses and package drop box locked and people have to set packages on counter and leave them...unsafe! If they stop filling quotas and hire some people who give a damn things might be done right!

Need to set up trip wires and mines next time the delivery carrier decides to claim "no access" and doesn't deliver my packages. Lazy scum

I am sick and tired of putting envelopes in my mailbox that never reach the people they were intended for..They are always envelopes containing a card of some kind..The most recent was to my daughter in Eastpointe sent from Clinton Twp.. I'm beginning to think they are being stolen.. My outgoing mail only goes in my mailbox on the day of pickup..It nevers sits in there overnight..Very curious how it always seems to be cards that may contain gift cards or a lottery ticket..

On August 30 2018 at around 330 pm postal carrier on Ellen st drove by my house. My flag was up no lock on mail box and no obstruction to deliver mail and flag stand out . So no way can't see I had mail go out. Came out mail carrier almost at corner I found my letter still in box stamp on preaddressed letter. I had to take letter to mail box myself was upset 22 years in Clinton twp not one complaint till now. Very unhappy.

As noted with the other number of responses, my mail is not picked up! Even though there is a note on my mail box indicating that there IS out going mail to be picked up. This is not the first time. The mail that is supposed to be picked up is time sensitive. Great job!!!! Can't get anyone on the phone!!! Unbelievable management at this office!! Anywhere I have worked would not tolerate and they would be fired!!

This Post office is a joke!!! I recently moved & changed mine & my sons address. My ex never changed his address as individuals not family online (which by the way I had to pay for it 2x because it was individual) & I have don't have an address for him. They keep forwarding me his mail which I don't want at my house!!! Tried calling & either no one answers or you get a busy signal. I wrote on his mail NO SUCH PERSON AT ADDRESS & they redeilvered it back to me. It's bad enough I'm getting people who lived here before mail.

Just moved to the area and I can't exspress how shitty this post office is. You can't get ahold of ANYONE. No one answers the phone and I get a constant busy signal. This is a major problem and NEEDS to be fixed. Unacceptable

Carrier often decides to not pick up my mail for days at a time. Will delay delivery if my front door doesn't jump out in front of him and do a jig. Been calling the post office since this morning; post master extension gives you a busy signal. Operator extension just rings. I'm convinced this post office is actually just an awful hallucination sent here by Satan himself.

THIS POST OFFICE SUCKS

Postman regularly skips my house. We've called several times but the issue is never resolved.
