Had a hold on mail - accumulated mail supposed to be delivered on January 5, 2024. Why has my mail NOT been delivered? I am a senior and need to pay first of month bills! It’s is already January 6, 2024, and still no mail. Talking to a live person is virtually impossible. Please deliver my mail. Thanks

Has got to be the worst service in 60 years. And to those who targeted people by commenting to "get off are ass"...I'm widow, disabled with no money for service. Sometimes there is good reasons for not being able to shovel a walk.

I had the most pleasant experience today at the Fraser post office. I had several questions regarding postage for my wedding invitations and the employee who I worked with was so helpful and answered all my questions happily. Thank you!

The website says they are open till 5pm. Went there around 3:40 and they closed this location early. About 5-6 cars had to turn around and leave due to this. USPS is becoming a huge issue and i will find a new way of mailing my products

Workers at Fraser Post Office are extremely efficient, friendly and get you out very quickly. It is a pleasure to deal with these workers.

The Cluster Box Units for Foster Woods Condominiums. We have number #7 and are having a lot of trouble turning the key to access our mailbox. How can we get the lock replaced. We can be reached at (586) 294-5127. Thank you. Ed and Carol Kowalski

This is the second time I have not received my mail after having it held while on vacation. Even received confirmation it would be delivered July 26th. Today is July 28th and nothing. Inadequate service.

Your postal worker needs to spend less time leaving notes in our mailbox (which are not mail and include no stamps - by the way) and should not be writing on our mail. The walk is shoveled - he does not get to decide if it needs to be cleared again. If he's afraid to walk in the snow - he shouldn't be a mail carrier in Michigan.
