Had the most pleasant experience getting passports today. Denisha was the nicest person, what a pleasure to be served by her. She made the process so smooth , she has a sense of humor ,very personable, she treated us with kindness. God bless her and all of you at this post office.
What a shit show! I would like to blame the "people" at the service desk, but it doesn't stop there. I am with the U. S. Military and sent a sweet elderly lady to obtain an internment flag for her veteran husband's funeral with a copy of his discharge paperwork (which I've done a hundred times in the past). I was on the phone with this woman as she talked with the person at the service counter. She was obnoxious and rude to this woman not to mention unhelpful. She asked for a supervisor and they refused to help. I ask to speak with them and they refused. They told her to fill out a form which they didn't have and refused to download for her. She is elderly with no computer to fill out and print. I called the number on the website and no answers and no way to leave a message. You are a disgrace to your profession and as government agency.
The reason I, and others, use the your post office WAS because of how pleasant the clerks were. What has happened to that??? Seems all the nice people have retired or left this location. The new clerks are rude and very unpleasant ... especially one named Shaundra who seems to think she runs the office and makes the rules ... Extremely rude and unpleasant. I see there are other comments about her rude behavior. WHY is she working in any customer contact position? I, and others, will be using a different post office location.
I have not received a bill from Consumers Energy since July. They sent me a text telling me that my bill was past due and I had no idea because I did not get a bill in the mail. Most of my mail consists of ads or political ads and I hope that I am not missing other important mail. Some days my mail is not delivered until 7 or 8:00 p.m. My mail carrier seems to be a hard worker so I don’t think it is his fault. What is going on with the mail?
I thought when you are open at 9:30, it 9:38. Shaundra told use we had to be out in the lobby until someone is in the processing area. That person was Shaundra at 9:31. 9:38 she finally gets to the desk. When it was my turn in the line she turned around and left her desk, a nice slow gingerly pace. She came back to the desk with her lemonade since that was more importantly than the customers. Myself and the other people in line can see she loves her job (sarcasm). For dealing with the public, what a horrible display of service. This my first time I have ever written a negative comment on anybody. Keep up the good work!!
I have not received mail or packages in three days. The postal service lied when they said they attempted to deliver some packages (thru Amazon). Both my wife and I were at home when they said they attempted to deliver the packages. We never have this problem when our regular carrier is working but he is currently on vacation.
I too am having the same issue with Saturday delivery for about a month now. More recently we are not receiving mail daily. It is every other day or twice a week as in last weeks case. I came on here to see if there was a notice or if something else was going on.

This office doesn’t scan any of the packages in so the tracking information never gets updated. My customers are left wondering if packages have been sent or not.
Took my latest packages to a different post office and they were scanned and tracked as expected.
Just another example of the indifference of this particular post office, they just don’t care.
Postal box outside the saint Clair Shores office full of letters falling out. Brought mail into the post office building. I told a postal employee. The stack of mail, I left on the counter on top of weight machine...

They NEVER answer their phone...ever. It either disconnects for ringing so long or they pick up the receiver and immediately hang up on you. Seriously in need of some professional development training.
Don't try calling about packages THAT are being held there for days thanks to union's they are lazy bad enough our mail doesn't get here til after 5 most of the time more then once had package for days waiting to be sorted and delivered thanks to lazy postal worker's my daughters birthday surprise is ruined it's been at the office for days now thanks for RUINING her birthdays lazy good for nothing's will NOT pick up the phone worse postal office in Macomb county. Thank you unions for making lazy worker's who don't care about getting the job done because they know they will still have a job. I had a FEELING that st Clair shores post office would once again not do what they are supposed to be doing. Lazy good for Nothing's unions are too blame now MY daughter's birthday surprise is ruined.
Moved to the area a little over a year ago. At first everything was fine, had a wonderful mail carrier, now I'm lucky if I get my bills delivered and can't get the new carrier to pick up outgoing mail at all! I got told it's not their job since there's post boxes!!!! I have many medical conditions that make it impossible to go to the post boxes all the time. I've paid several late fees on my rent because the mail just sits in the box for at least a week before she finally decides to take and maybe deliver some mail.
My sister and I were in this location today at approximately 4:15. The African American woman who waited on us could not be understood by either of us. She also had an attitude that said she couldn't have cared less that we were there. Seems to me that your employees could use a course in customer service and at the very least be trained to speak corectly.
they require appointments for passports, yet they never answer the phone to take appointments. Am I supposed to go twice? or just drop in between 10 and 3 pm for the passport.
A small clarification would save both USPS and its customers much valuable time and frustration.

What good does it do to post a phone number when no one answers. I called the St. Clair Shores post office about 10 times and no answers. The phone rings and rings and then I am disconnected. Horrible customer service!!
Agreed. Have, for 2 yrs, NEVER gotten an answer. Can't get a person to answer on 800 number either.

Have not got any mail in the last couple days like to know what is going on call the postal office and get a recording Have they stop delivering mail on deziel if so please let me know so we can go pick it up
