Changed address June 6 . Still waiting for the mail. Forms were personally submitted. Never told about scanning drivers license or fees to pay. Been waiting for almost 2 months. Tried calling Kennebunkport for 55 minutes straight, kept getting hung up on. Very disappointed with my customer service.

I have tried at least 10 different times to call this place. Why do you have a phone number if you plain refuse to ever answer it? I have been there multiple times and they certainly aren't too busy to answer a simple phone call. Terrible customer service!!!!

So many reviews including lack of staffing. We visited Kennebunkport, staying in Arundel, for two weeks after Labor Day. Trump's Postmaster General DeJoy's primary effort was/is to privatize the post office. Almost every shop in KPort was 'hiring'. H.B. Provisions had a sign for a different hiring need in every window. Privatizing will not solve hiring problems. That's a national challenge. We went into the KPort post office with questions. The gentleman behind the counter could not have been more courteous. A standard for all postoffices and stores.

This has to be the worst post office in Maine. I’ve made so many complaints I’ve lost count. My carrier doesn’t bother to come to my door when I have a package that needs a signature. I’ve been home the past 2 days and they left a slip saying sorry we missed you. They didn’t miss me they were lazy. I’m so tired of this post office and their carriers. I wish I could have my mail sent somewhere else. I’m in Arundel so I don’t have any options to get my mail.

I've tried several times to call this post office and have sat through the messages and waited at the end for someone to pick up the phone--as instructed. No luck, after several minutes, the phone hangs up and I've done this three times hoping for better results (all calls were between 2 and 3PM....). I can't believe they're that busy as that time of day--what happened to the old term "service"?

Just fell outside the PO this afternoon about 2:15 on Tuesday, 12/7/21. There is an actual HOLE is the lawn to the left of the walkway from curb toward PO. It is covered in leaves, as is the rest of the area. Could you please deal with this immediately?

I have a locking mailbox and informed delivery because of all the mail problems. Two weeks ago I should have received a check, I see the envelope scanned in at Manchester NH but never arrived in the locking box. Called Kennebunkport Post Office, they acted like I did something wrong and were dismissive and argumentative of my report, claiming informed delivery was wrong all the time (keep in mind I can see the actual scanned envelope at the Post Office), they told me to call back and talk to the postmaster today, nice, joke on me again, they are closed today. 25 May 2020

I have to say that besides having my mail delivered to my neighbors and their mail delivered to their neighbors that this takes the cake. I had packages that were not delivered because my mail box was full. She filed the box with 1/2 the shipment. These packages wouldn't have fit in my mailbox to begin with !!!!! Unbelievable

I am writing to let someone know that I put in for address change on July 16th and I still haven't received a packet of mail. My mail was sent to my old address and my landlady hand delivered it to the PO on August 9th and to date August 21st I haven't received it. I inquired on the 18th and the associate said they remembered it coming in but blamed the Massachusetts end for the delay. What does a person need to do to get their mail.....
