I received a text message that says Delivery attempted no access to Delivery Location why wasn't it put in my mail box? This is my medication that I have been waiting for 3 weeks. Will this be redelivered or do I need to go pick up at post office? Please help for this is important.

Put a check in my mail box for a coil of stamps. They told me they will come Monday after they received my check. Today is Monday, NO STAMPS. I tied calling them but no one answers phone. WHERE'S my stamps?

How do I purchase a temporary post office box in Wells Maine

i had something in my mail box that i was mailing out and i had the flag up and she went right by without stopping to pick it up. i dont care if i didnt have mail, but she should have stopped to pick up my mail

Worst post office I have ever dealt with. Incompetent to say the least. I was in on Monday with a simple question on where to place a new mailbox and was told by the person at the counter that she would look into it and call me back. It's now Thursday with no call back and no answer when I call the office (multiple times). In addition the representative was not the least bit friendly or helpful as regards an Amazon package that they rejected and sent back after we waited 2 weeks for its delivery. We have had no issues with UPS or FedEx Amazon delivery, only USPS ones. This office needs new management who cares about the level of service they provide.

Impossible to get through on the phone. The phone problem was reported in person, but has not been fixed several days later. We have to travel several miles to find out if a problem is fixed. We just moved to Wells, are are disappointed in the service. Not good business.

I am so disappointed in our mail carrier! When I have packages being delivered he just throws the boxes onto my porch, if he’s not too busy leaving them in a pile of dog poop or mud. I keep getting notices that my packages are delivered and yet, they won’t actually arrive for 2-3 days. Today has been the best so far, he just drove right through our development without even attempting to stop and deliver mail. Next I will receive a notice that there’s too much snow and that they couldn’t get to the box. Which is ironic since they managed to deliver yesterday without any problems. I understand they’re busy, but is it too much to be thoughtful and mindful while doing your job?? I wish I could say this is just my personal opinion, but we actually have all of these instances on video surveillance.

These people NEVER answer the phone. Why do they have one? Got a renewal form for a PO box. No amount is listed. Tried to go on line. Another futile endeavor. Amazing how they keep raising the rates & the service gets worse & worse.

I am so angry with USPS of Wells. They sent me an email telling me they could not deliver my package because they were unable to get into the location....bull..... They were here and delivered other packages to the "office" area of this park. I expect that package best be delivered tomorrow...Monday and I will also be contacting Amazon regarding this incident because of the guaranteed 2 day service.

have been trying to contact this branch the town of wells tore out my mailbox during the last storm and I now have a new mailbox and am trying to see if they will deliver any held mail I keep calling and calling and it says the number cannot be completed as dialed

I was supposed to receive a package on Oct. 11th. that says was delivered by post office in my mailbox and it was not. I tried calling my Wells, Me branch multiple times and nobody would pick up the phone. I then went into the branch to speak directly and gave the tracking # and phone # to front desk person. the postmaster was out back. Was told she would have to find the package and call me back ( her computer was down at the time ) Still no response from the post office. So they are basically reporting to Amazon that packages are being delivered to cover themselves but the packages are in fact not delivered.
