As of 2:00 p.m. today, Aug. 2nd, ALL of the mailboxes on the corner of Bay Vista East Drive & Bayside North Drive were hanging wide open & unlocked. A total of 60 maIlboxes. This is for Bayside Woods on 96th St. This is unacceptable!!!

Every single year my wife and I file a Temporary Change of Address form before a 3-month trip to Florida. And, every year, The Castleton, IN post office screws up our service, forwarding a few pieces of mail and delivering other pieces to our mailbox back in Indiana. This year, important tax forms, checks . . you name it . . were found in our mailbox on a daily basis. Hours are spent each year trying to reach someone at Castleton to straighten out the mess, only to have the attempt disconnected after so many rings. Our tax dollars at work.

The carrier is often late at delivery and there have been times that items/packages have been missing. There's no professionalism in this branch/carrier. They deliver the mail whenever they want to or if they want to. Terrible service. When I try to call the post office for additional help they have no clue as to what's going on. Complete idiots

The carrier often fails to deliver the grocery ads to us even though neighbors a few streets over receive them from their carrier. If stores pay for these ads, why are they not delivered ?

I live in an apartment complex where there is no drop box.
The regular postal worker told me my outgoing mail would be picked up if I put a sign on my mailbox. This happens if the regular postal worker happens to be on site, but not when this rep is not. Today I had 3 pieces of outgoing mail in my mailbox. Only the one piece addressed to U.S. Treasury was picked up.The other two were not; nor was there any other mail deleivered. I'm puzzled. Please advise. Thank you. (7509 Northcrest Drive #D)
