I paid for 2-day PRIORITY delivery so that my son could receive a care package before Thanksgiving because this was the first time he was ever away from family for Thanksgiving. I was guaranteed it would get there on 11-22 (with Thanksgiving on 11–24) he hadn't received it by the 23rd and not even by Friday the 25th. I started wondering if I'd sent it to the wrong address! But no I had not. I looked at the tracking number and it shows expected delivery this evening which is November 27th. So USPS got extra money for priority mail and guaranteed me a shipment and then ends up being later than what a ground package would've been! Unbelievable. I can't talk to a human being on the phone about it and see if I can be reimbursed or something to make this right. I keep getting digital runaround on the phone or I wait on hold for 30+ minutes and then get disconnected! apparently the USPS does not have to be held accountable to anything that they do or don't do… What a rip off and scam.

Why is it that they will deliver at my door some days, other days it gets delivered at someone else's house, and other days they won't deliver it at all.these workers in Indiana are the most messed postal workers I've ever seen in my life.i moved to this state 6 months ago and I've had the worst time with getting my mail and packages.castleton should close down and let someone else deliver their mail.

Failed delivery of baby formula to an apartment complex that has locked boxes. This was during business hours so our leasing office was open - delivery driver refused to ask for assistance, never called me to request a signature for delivery, etc. I have tried calling the Fishers post office 5 times, with no success. I cannot rescheduled a delivery or use the website as my address does not match what is on the package for some reason and I get locked out. Note: I received a notice that the package was out for delivery at 6:50 am, and received the notification at 6pm that there was a failed delivery at 1:30pm. At this point, there was nothing I could do - it was a fleeting thought to chase down the delivery driver...

We have not received mail for at least a week or more. I have attempted to call the site a couple times. No one answers. We are a business and absolutely need our mail. Please call 317-842-2111 to discuss a resolution.

I was expecting a parcel today that had to be signed for. It was "out for delivery at 650AM. At 4:45pm the other mail was delivered but no parcel. The carrier was too lazy to come and get the signature. It shows "Delivery attempted" which is BS as people have been in all day and there is nothing on our ring camera. Just a LAZY employee.

Could not be more unhappy and frustrated that NO ONE answers the phone at this post office. We have not been receiving our “premium” forwarded mail (that I pay $23 a week for) .I finally got ahold of someone a week ago and was told I needed to speak to a particular person BEFORE she leaves at 10am each day- which has been impossible to do since no one answers the phone at this place! Can’t begin to count how many times I’ve called - can’t even leave a message.

I was just in the 116th st post office in Fishers and I left my wallet on the counter, AFTER an employee told me I was the customer in line that was CUT off for the end of the day closing hours. Because I was rushed out, I accedently left my wallet there. I insisit they review the security camera footage, via police recommendation...... I WANT my money BACK!!!!!

Love our postal carrier. He’s professional and takes care with mail of all shapes and sizes. I have a beef with the Fishers post office itself. 50% of the time, they do not seem to scan in the packages that I drop off. Until it reaches the destination’s pos office, there is zero tracking. I don’t have this issue with Noblesville or Westfield. Wish I knew why.

I have the most wonderful carrier. He is always pleasant and happy. Always smiling and always says have a nice day. Hauls 50 lb Amazon packages to the door. Such a wonderful guy. Sadik is his name and route R010. I live in Ashwood in Fishers. Thanks Sadik

Our mail service is spotty, at best. Right now I have an envelope in the box that has been there for nearly a week without being picked up. Now I have several in there for 2 days. (Not counting Sundays) This is unacceptable. And, there is no way to contact the postmaster directly. And no consequence to any complaint.

I was supposed to get a package delivered today but the postal carrier said it couldn’t be delivered due to the driveway being blocked... THE EMPTY DRIVEWAY!! This is infuriating.

What website do I go to apply to work at Fishers Post Office or Noblesville Post Office?

If the post office lady who comes to my house cannot stop leaving messages about where I park my cars that do not block mailbox access, I am going to find out more about who she is and take action. Her service and attitude is beyond okay for customer service standards.

Three criticisms. (1) Late delivery. Our mail is delivered later and later. We cannot count on receiving our mail before 7pm and it is sometimes later. (2) Lost mail. An old passport was sent by the U.S. passport agency but never received. This will end up costing me a fair amount of money as there was a visa in there I needed. (3) Impolite staff. I've dealt with some staff and they were quite helpful. Others, with whom I dealt over the phone, have been very impolite and rude. It is quite uncommon for me to complain in such a public forum but there are some changes that need to be made.

Id like to know why our mail comes at 6pm in the evening. It used to come around 1 or 2pm. What is going on. There is a different mail person each time. Can someone please explain to us what is going on.

Just had a wonderful experience with Postmaster Lannie of the Fishers Post Office here in Fishers, Indiana. I am expecting 2 packages today, which according to the USPS Tracking site....says are Out For Delivery. Sadly, one of my packages states it was delivered in Lake Oswego,Oregon this morning and the other is still out to be delivered. Lannie was very patient and took the time to give me details on each of the tracking numbers I provided to him. He was genuinely interested in helping me with my dilemma. Thank you Lannie! Keep up the good work! Sincerely, Ms. Johnson

I usually receive great customer service at the Fishers Post Office. In the last month however, the mail at our office is delivered at various times, usually late afternoon and it is hard to plan or get work accomplished when you never know when the mail is going to be delivered. We used to have a dedicated mailman who delivered the mail to our offices at the same time daily, early morning. We have not had such service in over a year.
