I am Martney Keone Willis at 1420 Alexander Xing Loganvillie GA 30052. I am making a complaint about not receiving all my Mail in the mailbox. I am missing checks and very important mail that belongs to me and I have not been receiving it. This should go viral.incorporations I had checks that was issued out to me that was thousands of dollars and never received none of them. I need my checks now. We have a permanent post lady now and let me tell you…she’s excellent. I work from home, so I often have packages that need to be picked up. She doesn’t throw them in back and if she misses dropping something off…SHE COMES BACK! Thank you so much!

Mail service on Lyda lane has become a mess. All neighbors are having similar problems. We receive mail for people who are not even close to this street. We receive each others mail. Mail is not picked up when the flag is up and lately they are not closing the mail box door. Mail got soaked the other day. Saw our old carrier yesterday and wish she could come back to delivery. Please help us.

Poor service! We have just about the poorest postal service at this location that I’ve ever experienced. Mail delivery has been spotty at best. Over the last several weeks it has been early one day then late the next. I’ll give you that some of that would be due to the season. I’ve also noticed that our delivery person has frequently changed. Apparently one carrier had little experience driving the truck as they hit and broke off the handle on my mailbox. Now, Tuesday and Wednesday have passed without service. I have a package that I have been tracking and the entry from yesterday’s posting made it sound like it was undeliverable because no one was home. The carrier can’t deliver it if they don’t come to my subdivision. What’s it going to take for y’all to get your act together? A formal complaint to the IG in Washington?

I don’t know her name because she wasn’t wearing a name tag, but an employee was extremely rude to me. She said they wouldn’t except my package because of the tape that was on it. And then she got an attitude when I told her the self service kiosk wouldn’t measure the box because it was too big. She acted like I was inconveniencing her by being a customer. She was very rude and she even held her hand up at me to get me to stop talking. This isn’t the first time I’ve had a bad experience at this location. Everyone here needs some better training, if they ever got any at all. I hate coming here.

Greetings, I want to review Employee Neile Churchwell in the Loganville Ga Post office. She went out of her way to help me after I had made a hug mistake. She also pointed out an issue that should be explored. At least several time a week if not daily UPS posted packages are left at the post office by mistake. The convenience of not waiting in line and just leaving our packages and having them scanned in all at once works only if the packages are posted correctly. Packages incorrectly posted are put in a bin to nowhere and kept for months. I inquired less than an hour after the packages were left in the Loganville bin. We also went in on Saturday morning at opening. The packages were not able to be located. Neile Churchwell looked and 5 minutes later she came back with the packages. Please look into this practice. Thank you Neile.

I just like the way the mail carrier lied about my dog interfering with the mail delivery. I have a camera in my driveway that is on recording anyone coming in my driveway. The mail carrier stated to the postmaster that my dog almost bit her; however, I watched the surveillance and my dog did not. Today I got a redelivery tag because of animal interference; however, there is a sign posted and a box so the mail carrier or Amazon does not have to come pass that point. They did not even try the delivery. I am also pissed cause now the mail carrier decided to drive on the dip near the drop off in my yard; in the ditch. I have allow them to turn around in the yard as needed but now they got struck where THERE IS NO DRIVING FOR ANY CAR. Lastly the mail carrier left a note to move my mail box. My mailbox has been destroyed 4 times in less than 2yrs due to drivers speeding on Sharon Church Road. I sent letters and called to ask for permission to place my mailbox where it is. They are now stating it is now to low. FYI I have the recorded driveway surveillance and I took pictures to show where the mail carrier has decided to NOW drive. Very frustrating....I'm beyond that.

My mail person stopped right before my mailbox, my flag is up and she just goes right past my box and did not pick up my mail. Which contains one brown envelope she delivered Saturday and yesterday she failed to take it out of my box only added new mail. The address is similar to mine but its not the right street. And another piece for someone I do not know... VERY FRUSTRATING!! She did deliver to the houses past me bc i saw her.

We have not been receiving our mail and are missing checks delivered to our business office. Repeatedly our mail is delivered to other offices within the complex. Suite 1000 is NOT the same as Building 100. Lately, we have received very little mail and I know of at least one check that should have been delivered a week ago we have yet to receive.

I had 2 packages I was expecting to get delivered this week. Both went through USPS. Checked the tracking numbers and it said they were delivered. The first one ended up at my neighbor’s house across the street. Haven’t seen the second one but my guess is it’s across the street. Just really want to have my orders delivered to the right address, is that too much to ask??

I have had ongoing issues with my landlord receiving my rent check through this office. He has a P.O. Box at this location and he has nit received my rent check twice within two months. This is costing me extra money to have to keep canceling and replacing these money orders. The workers need to pay attention to what boxes they are putting mail in!

I want to know what is wrong with our mail carrier. This is the 3rd time I have put mail in my box with the flag up and he has just completely past my house. He didn’t stop and pick up or deliver to my address 2920 cooper woods dr, Loganville . Today my son watched him do it. There is NO EXCUSE for this From the reviews below looks like it is a common problem that needs to be corrected.

I live in Loganville and it is a constant problem you never know if you'll receive something you ordered or most times you don't it is so sad ...the office manager at the post office is aware of this and nothing has changed

I have mailed two packages to the same address in Loganville over the last few weeks and both times the tracking numbers stated it was delivered but it was not. The 1st package, amazingly, showed up once a complaint was filed and the 2nd package is MIA right now. Planning to file a formal complaint. Seems like there is either laziness, lying, or outright theft going on. #disappointedconsumer

The representative that I spoke to in Loganville is the WORST! She doesn't want to give her name and she hang up on me TWICE! I think she's already in holiday mode or she doesn't feel like going to work!

every time i call the girl on the phone is rude to me she has a tone in her voice she doesn't use curse words but her tone sounds smart ass the way she sai's things and when she hangs up it sounds like its being done hard. what kinda attitude is this to have with a customer. well i complained about her today and im going in to complain when i go to pick up my package tommorow. I know what you mean about worstshe might even be the same person. I dont care who she is she doesnt need to have an attitude over the phone.

no mail delivery again yesterday. call them today and they said they didn't deliver to our street yesterday. why is it always after dark, other peoples mail and sometime don't even pick up outgoing mail. The Loganville post office is a rip off. They will want to raise the price of stamps before long. The service is lousy.

This postal service is the worst I have ever dealt with. My Mother is handicap and for almost 2 years now we have had nothing but issues in getting her mail delivered. Most do not even pull in the driveway just zip by. Mail that was mailed on the 3rd just arrived today. I have called and gone in to address with no change. I guess we have to go to the Post Master in DC to get addressed. Very sad day. What ever happened to our mail service?

I would ask the postal workers to put packages/mail far enough up on a carport so the mail does not get soaked in a downpour. My Federal and State checks were delivered yesterday and am having to let them dry out before we can sign and deposit them.

I hate when ups or fedex transfers items to this post office. I try to call and leave a message "the mailbox is full" which means they don't check their messages. My package said it was on the truck for delivery today, so the mail lady comes and no package. Randomly at 5:30 the tracking says customer unavailable or business closed arrange for pick up. What I'm gathering is that the mail lady forgot to deliver my package , so rather than turn around and bring me my package she lies and says it's my fault and some how I was unavailable. Just so you know there was no signature required , so shouldn't she have left on type doorstep? Bye the way.. I was home all day, and I saw her come .. I foolishly believed that maybe another truck was bringing my package. Lies Lies Lies.. Sub-par employees is this system biggest problem... Am I going to get my package tomorrow? I don't know!!! Maybe she'll just take it home and say she delivered it! Will I even hear back from management ? I assume not because no one up there cares at all or they would have turned around and given me my package instead of spewing lies!

I just stopped at the Loganville branch post office to mail a card. When I put it in the mailbox it didn't sound like it went very far. I reached my hand in and there was my card and I could feel an overloaded mailboxes x that is so full that nothing more will go in. I put my card in the second mailbox and it went in. I'll call them first thing in the morning but this is very disturbing.

Second time in two weeks our mail delivery truck has driven by our mailbox (in the Southfork subdivision off Hwy 81) and not picked up our outgoing mail. Very frustrating!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

not sure if we are in the same Loganville area.. we are in Oxford/WG area.. but we had our post lady drive off our drive way (I'm sure accidently but she still can't drive) and over one of our kids ride on toys.. she just kept going.. never even stop to look or apologize.

How can you stop a postal driver from slamming into your trash can every Tuesday and pushing it around the cul-de-sac instead of simply driving around it to the mailbox. I am sick and tired of this lady. Like the note below, yes, the phone has been off the hook for quite some time with a busy signal.
