The mail is being left on top of the post office box and a package was missing out of the box I don't know if it's broken into or if it wasn't locked but if you can please have someone check on that thank you
I live at City View in Downtown Lawrenceville ( 30046) . A lot of the residents are receiving mail that does not belong to them or anyone who lives in the subdivision. I went to get my mail today and had 12 pieces of mail in my box, all political and with various peoples names on them, none of which live in our neighborhood. I didn't get one piece of mail that belonged to me. I tried calling the 800 number and was told the wait time was 60 minutes. I tried calling the local number and no one answered. How do we take care of this problem?
I am handicapped and can not walk to the mail box.You have papers on file in your office from heart doctor.The mail is supposed to be brought to the house.The carrier that had this route always brought it to the box on front porch.I have not been getting my bills and other important mail unless I have company and ask them to go to the box at the street.I live at 713 Moon RD lawrenceville Ga city of Lawrenceville 30046.why cant you answere the phone! i am 80 years old.Please help.I need my mail.
Ditto! My roommate moved out and since then I have gotten no mail. Not even junk. I am sure the post office messed up however they will not answer the phone. I am not opening a case with the 800 number as that could take forever. I need my mail now! See you lazy folks at lunch time!
This is the worst postal system I have ever seen! They will NOT answer the phone for you.... Hate there customer service! I'm just trying to track my packages send on 12/18. My children have not received Christmas gift yet.
Very unhappy Horrible customer service! I’ve been calling all day looking for my package that is at Your location & NO ONE WILL ANSWER THE DAMN PHONE I’m highly upset & have been calling around to find out where my package is , every other facility ANSWERS THEIR PHONES FOR THEIR CUSTOMERS !
