instead of them driving 3/4 of a mile around a road block, theyll just mark it delivery failed and send it back to the shipper.

I had the same postal carrier for almost 20 years, the mail arrived anywhere from 11:30 to 1:00 pm without fail, then he retired. Now my mail arrives sometimes as late as 5:30 pm and sometimes not at all. I just checked the mail at 6:30 and still nothing. I have ALWAYS received mail, even when is only “junk” mail. I set mail in my mail box to be picked up and raise my flag. Last week the flag stayed up for 3 days. I finally put it down myself. Could someone please put a boot in the ass of my carrier…

I have tried to call this location plenty of times but they do not answer the phone. I called the toll free number and they said that they should be answering by the 3rd ring. They never answer.

Today our “wonderful” carrier, who never likes to get out of his truck, got out of his truck and HACKED off three main branches of our paper bark maple…a very small tree. It is not near our mailbox but close to the street. The mail carrier got out of his truck and hacked the branches off and left them in the street. He never left a note asking if we would trim the tree or anything. The branches were not in the street at all. I would like a manager to get in contact w/ me. I’ve tried calling several times and no one answers the phone.

the carrier ROLLED & STUFFED an item into the mailbox that was way too big because they were too lazy to place in on the front porch. they caused damage to this item & should be held responsible. NO ONE EVER ANSWERS THE PHONE at this Buford Dr. facility either - they just let it ring off the wall, or take it off the hook, causing a constant, rapid busy signal. the postmaster here should be fired.

Why are you still holding a package dropped off Monday March 29, at 5:14 PM. Tracking is 9405511899560315221565. What the purpose of not shipping it to Michigan where I live. You really don't care about customers do you.

I am waiting for a package that this post office accepted on 8/13/2020; today is 8/23/2020. It is still at the post office. They haven’t even moved it out the building

I dropped off a box on Saturday at noon. I was surprised, I was in and out in 12 minutes! The lady who took my box was extra polite with her greetings, she asked me questions, ask about stamps, which I bought a book. My visit on Saturday was like clock work! There were 4 clerks and a man over on the right side waiting on people too. Keep up the Good Work!

Horrible! Ever since we got a new postal carrier, we don't receive expected mail and we receive other people's mail. We will do everything online because we now have zero confidence in the mail service.

I live at 1003 Habersham Lane Lawrenceville, Ga 30043 for over 5 years, I would like to register a complaint against my mail carrier. The pickup of my mail is getting worse. An example of this is on Wednesday August 15, 2018 I put a letter in my mailbox ( payment of a bill) and on Friday August 17,2018 it was still there. Why? This happens at least once a month and one day one of my payment will be late because my mail was not picked up and YOU will be responsible for the late fee. Please something has to be fixed. Again this has happen many times before and sometimes I just do not get out each day( recovering from cancer). Thank you.

The manager/supervisor is HORRIBLE AT THIS LOCATION....did i mention RUDE, MAKING COMMENTS AS IF CUSTOMERS AREN’T OUT FRONT AND HEAR HER...I will not let it go until I go above her to complain...JUST NASTY AND UNPROFESSIONAL

Most of the comments are the same and accurate. Those postal workers could care less about the customers. Packages are lost, not scanned, customers not notified (leaving the customer to go there in person or call constantly to get someone to take the initiative to provide help). Postal service I say to you, "When you pay with peanuts, you get monkeys."
