I dropped off a box on Saturday at noon. I was surprised, I was in and out in 12 minutes! The lady who took my box was extra polite with her greetings, she asked me questions, ask about stamps, which I bought a book. My visit on Saturday was like clock work! There were 4 clerks and a man over on the right side waiting on people too. Keep up the Good Work!
Horrible! Ever since we got a new postal carrier, we don't receive expected mail and we receive other people's mail. We will do everything online because we now have zero confidence in the mail service.
I live at 1003 Habersham Lane Lawrenceville, Ga 30043 for over 5 years, I would like to register a complaint against my mail carrier. The pickup of my mail is getting worse. An example of this is on Wednesday August 15, 2018 I put a letter in my mailbox ( payment of a bill) and on Friday August 17,2018 it was still there. Why? This happens at least once a month and one day one of my payment will be late because my mail was not picked up and YOU will be responsible for the late fee. Please something has to be fixed. Again this has happen many times before and sometimes I just do not get out each day( recovering from cancer). Thank you.
The manager/supervisor is HORRIBLE AT THIS LOCATION....did i mention RUDE, MAKING COMMENTS AS IF CUSTOMERS AREN’T OUT FRONT AND HEAR HER...I will not let it go until I go above her to complain...JUST NASTY AND UNPROFESSIONAL
Most of the comments are the same and accurate. Those postal workers could care less about the customers. Packages are lost, not scanned, customers not notified (leaving the customer to go there in person or call constantly to get someone to take the initiative to provide help).
Postal service I say to you, "When you pay with peanuts, you get monkeys."
