This Post Office makes so many Errors in delivering the mail it is Unbelivable. I have had so many problems over the years it is now a nightmare. I plan to notify the Postal Inspectors in Washington to see if they can do something to straighten this matter out!

We are having a repetitive issues. We are at 1005 CAPELLA CREEK WAY in Grayson. Our neighborhood is Pebble Creek Farm. My neighbor at 1005 PEBBLE BEND WAY is getting our deliveries! PLEASE PLEASE tell your driver that there is another 1005 address in this neighborhood that has deliveries often! Thanks so much!

Person who rented our house before we purchased it,kept moving... main post office in Atlanta kept changing our address everytime he moved..we were getting part of our mail...late fees on bills..called and lady I talked to said she would figure out what was going on...she called me back 30 minutes later and explained what was happening...she removed our address from the former renter's address history....no more problems...great service

I live at 1760 Pinehurst View Dr .My delivery person leaves my mail box open all the time.All they have to do is push it shut!!! I have replaced it several times and it is still left open!!!Some days there is no mail at all and I find that very odd since I usually get tons of mail and ads.What is going on??

Worst customer service ever.the lady doesnt treat people with respect and has zero patience. Laughs at people if they cant give proper information. I pity those kind of people who cant respect others. Very sad. She doesnt deserve to work as a customer service respresentative. Girl, go find another job if you dont like what you arw doing. And above all learn to treat people with respect.that is a basic human nature that defines people

Rudest customer service ever experienced at the grayson location.I called to ask a question and instead of the lady listening to question and looking up the expected eta she blantently just just idk when it will come. We don't know we don't know. Then she just hangs up. Wtf are you doing there? Do your job or someone needs to fire her. Will NOT be going to this location until she's gone.
