Employee would not retrieve my mail from back for me. Said it would take too long. Last time I use USPS to have packages delivered. Thank goodness for FedEx.

I AM REPLYING TO YOUR REVIEW. I REALIZE THAT WHEN YOU THINK YOU AREN'T IMPORTANT, PLEASE CONSIDER HOW MANY PEOPLE ARE WORKING AT THAT TIME. IT IS NOT THE EMPLYEE'S FAULT. THAT CLERK WAS TRYING TO SERVICE THE PEOPLE IN LINE. UNDERSTANDING IS WHAT'S NEEDED

Might as well close this place. It provides only frustration. Staff doesn't care about your time. NO sense of urgency to get you in and out.

Does anybody ever answer the phone here?!?!? Everytime I call, a recording comes on, "Enter your remote access code." No wonder the postal service struggles financially. At least at this branch, customer service is non-existent.
