I called with delivery issues and got a return call after about 3 days from BARBARA who said she was the Postmaster there. She indicated she would be sending me a Hardship form THREE WEEKS AGO and still to this day she has not done this. Trying to get through to a human on the phone is in possible, and I am NOT able to get to the post office, yet I can't have a mailbox at my door. Times have not changed that much. Where is the customer service

We need to find out what to do to get action taken, I went to the post office and complained as my packages were being delivered to wrong address or either just not being delivered, I showed the postmaster where someone had written delivered but wrong address on 3 different packages, she was to research- Now I am still having same issues so nothing apparently is getting done so we need new employees or the ones they have need better training.

This has got to be the worse postal service EVER. I constantly either have my packages sent to the wrong address and / or stolen by the postal employee. I see the guy pull off a few houses from mine. Not in a hurry, I back my car into the driveway. get out to get my mail and my package was on the bottom/ mail on top. The freaking big, padded envelope was cut open and items taken. I run down the delivery guy and looked like he was tweaking(high as hell). I asked him about it and he said it wasn't like that when he put it in the box. Dude, you just left my house, I saw you. No one else went near my box. My neighbor was sitting outside across the street! No body stole it except you! I complained, so they "called" me on a Saturday from an unfamiliar number. I didn't know it was someone from the P.O. then I get a letter saying it was resolved! NO IT"S NOT! When I get off the P.O. is closed! So I guess I won't get my items back! Today, they took a razor and sliced my package in 2 places. A clear attempt to see if they wanted to steal some more of my hard earned money. I ordered more things and still haven't seen them yet and it's been a while... THIS IS WHAT I PAY TAXES FOR!!

About a week ago I took a Christmas present that was mailed to this address, but to the person that I bought the house from. I told the clerk at the post office (Hephzibah, GA) that the person hadn't lived here in over 3 years. When I got home today the same package was Infront of my door. Please email me and let me know what I should do with the package. The USPS TRACKING# is 9505 5105 3777 1355 4225 38

I moved into a new neighborhood in Hephzibah 3 years ago and I must say hands down this is the worse postal system I have ever encountered. When we first moved in I gave them the benefit of the doubt because it was a new neighborhood and instead of individual mailboxes we were stuck with the hideous cluster mail box. But 3 years later I am still receiving other people’s mail and at least once a month my packages are being delivered to the wrong address. I understand there is a slow down in mail service. But why does the mail carrier quality also have to be sacrificed. Why would anybody want to use the USPS when you can’t even get your packages delivered properly?!?!? And don’t try calling them to fix the problem, they simply won’t answer the phone. How about that customer service?

I mailed a priority package to my daughter for Thanksgiving. I transposed the house number and it ended up in Hepzibah instead of Blythe. When I saw what happened I called Hepzibah and the clerk physically found the package and corrected the number; she said it would be delivered the next day. It never showed up, Blythe said it didn't come there, it was never scanned after Hepzibah. I called and talked with the clerk two more times and was told to just wait for it to be returned to me in Montana. It never arrived to my daughter nor did it come back. I tried calling several more times but the calls were not answered at Hepzibah, I tried emailing the postmaster there (found on Google) but it just kept failing. Now its too late to claim for the insurance. I am out the hand quilted item, the postage to mail it there, and the insurance. Tracking shows it never left that post office. Not happy.

I live in hephzibah and I got a notification saying my package was attempted to be delivered at 10:30pm, it’s 10:10pm.. this is absolutely UNACCEPTABLE! I’ve been waiting for 4 days as my package says it’s at this facility and it hasn’t been delivered.

I live in Hephzibah and I have noticed that over the past several months, I have not receive any sale papers or the coupon inserts that I have received in the past years. I don't know if I have various different mailman or if I have same one everyday, but I would like to get any coupons, flyers and discounts in my mailbox regularly. Thanks... Doreen Holmes

I just moved here not long ago and I have been outside a few times already when the mail guy drives by around 5:30pm and I have seen a mid age black guy that drives a white Jeep that works for y’all speed up and down are road go from mail box to mail box then go back to a mail box more then once and then never come back to drop off mail on my side of the road. This has been going on for awhile now. It’s very disappointing and I’m not the only person that has been having problems. We need are mail people

I am curious as to what natural disaster occurred 28 Aug 2019 that I was unable to receive a 2 Day Prime delivery from Amazon? Then I would like to know why it has been sitting at the Hephzibah post office and has not been delivered since then. It was been 4 delivery days. This isn't the first time that this has happened. I have not received any notice . I had to log into Amazon to track it to your Post Office.

I went into the branch located at 4902 Windsor Spring Rd in Hephzibah, GA. I had one envelope to send to Waynesboro, GA Superior Court with me jury summons information. I do not otherwise use the post office. When it was my turn, I handed the envelope to the counter person and she saw that I had a $20 bill in my hand. She asked what I needed and I explained that I just needed to mail this item. She said I am not going to break a $20 for 50 cents. I replied, "oh, you don't have change for a $20"? She said "no, I'm not going make change from a $20, if all your spending is 50 cants, you can get a book of stamps". I then explained, I only have a twenty dollar bill in cash, what am I supposed to do? She said "I don't know, but I'm not breaking a $20 for 50 cents". She then started to walk away from me. I asked if I could use my debit card, then she took care of the transaction. Maybe she was having a bad day, but the way she spoke to me and her demeanor was very rude. All over 50 cents! Thank you for your time and have a great day. Number on the bottom of receipt: 840-5310-0115-001-00021-51639-01

Hi Ron, sorry you had to go through that, it was uncalled for at the least and that person needs to be held accountable for her actions. You are also owed an apology from that branch's Postmaster. I would suggest you copy your comments above, then go to the official USPS website and lodge a complaint using the paste function on their contact us portion of their website. I would then take a screenshot of your comments to include those numbers at the bottom of the receipt (so they can identify that individual) and print it out & mail it to the Postmaster of that particular Post Office branch. At the very least you are owed a followup call from them explaining to you what they are doing to ensure this type of behavior doesn't happen again. A person having a bad day is no excuse for anything even remotely resembling that type of behavior towards you or anyone else.
