To Whom It May Concern I want to say thank you JANINE, who attends Traditions Neighborhood for her excellent service, professionalism, and always with a big smile. Really appreciate it and I am happy you are working for USPS with top-level excellence.

Our postal delivery in zip 30028 has been awful for the past couple of years. I can put outgoing mail in the mailbox with the flag up on a Monday morning and sometimes it is picked up by Thursday. I am treated horribly when I call the local post office. It is truly a sad and horribly run operation. Really to bad there is not an alternative to cover 100% of the needs or the post office here would not have any users. Today, I have 9 packages missing that they claim have been delivered, but apparently not to me and after a call it appears I am just out as she (I do have the agents name) stated there was nothing she could do to help and I was on my own to find them. If this was a for profit, private business it would have been out of business long ago.

Have Christmas cards been delayed? I dropped 19 cards in the drop box on the 9th of Dec. and my SC family hasn’t received them.

Is the post office not delivering to Merritt Dr I haven’t had mail delivery in over a month!!

Is the mail truck no longer delivered mail in west forsyth?? If not let the people know.

Did the mail run on Friday, August 12th? I have had a letter in my mailbox to go out with my red flag up since 9 AM this morning. It’s actually payment for a bill that I needed to go out today so it’s not late. It is 7:20 PM and my letter is still in my mailbox and the flag is still up. I was wondering if there was a holiday that I’m not aware of.

The post office it the probably the worst post office in the state. And they don’t care . The lines are out the door every day. The lack of service is unbelievable. The person running it should be let go. This county has abundance of resources from taxes we tolerate this !!! Why should going to the post office and mailing something take over an hour ??? It’s not like it’s free !

WHY can't someone take ownership of the landscaping and shrubs and grass and make the place look presentable at the very least. It is embarrassing looking, trash and cigarettes in the gutter, trimmed limbs just piled up where they were cut!

We submitted passport application for our son on 26.Jan.2022 The passport status website does not show any information and continues to say - they are having technical issues. We are trying to find out if application was accepted or if it was rejected and was sent back to post office? we do not even know what our options are.

Yesterday I was monitoring an expensive package from Ebay. Upon a check, I found the PO marked the package as having been delivered 30 minutes earlier, handed to me, and I signed for it. None of that was true! My husband got in the car and was able to catch the mail delivery person before they left our neighborhood. The delivery person admitted to delivering the package to a neighbor's mailbox (when it required a signature) and it was found there. I am really disturbed that this mail delivery person not only delivered my package to the wrong house, but lied about where it was delivered, lied about handing it to me and lied about my signing for it. Did they forge my signature? Isn't that illegal? The sender paid for a service (requiring a signature) which they did not receive. Is anything being done so this does not happen again? Everything about this delivery is still incorrectly marked online.

This post office is the worst!! They accepted my package on the 16th then sent it to Gainesville who sent it to Memphis and now I may never get it! They are blaming UPS but it's their mistake. I am letting the company who sent it to me know not to send packages this way again. I'm also filing a complaint with the Post Master whom I'm sure will not care nor do anything about. Thanks for ruining my Christmas!!!

3076 Dahlonega Hwy : We had a hold on our mail when we went out of town. The mail hold expired on 9/18/21 and we have yet to receive our mail. This is not a new problem since our carrier misses 2 or 3 days a week delivering our mail. I have complained of this in the past but there has been no resolution to the problem. Your consideration of this problem would be appreciated and soon !

2950 Canon Court 30041 New carrier needs training !!!! : Leaves mailboxes open - mail is rained on; Mixes up mail up and down this court every delivery - #’s are on the boxes; Leaves valuable packages hanging on post.

Want to commend your postal carrier for coming into the branch when the flag was up but she found not mail to go out. We were able to get something returned to a client in a timely fashion.

stood in line 48 minutes to mail a package to England. at the counter they advised they were out of customs forms, and had no idea when they would have any. This is why people don't use the post office.

Having to stand in a long line to weigh two small packages to be mailed because the self service device is not allowing for package weighing and mailing. would be nice to have this convenience restored to avoid the long line and to avoid additional exposure in this Pandemic environment.

Just got off the phone with Cindy and wanted to share my compliment for her. Everyone complains about the PO but I appreciate all they do, especially during the COVID crisis. I had a question about mis directed mail in my community. We have different street names but the number repeat. if you know the person with your number on the next street you work out a deal to give each other the correct mail. I am looking for important mail. She let me know that the carrier is the one who sorts the mail and that she will bring my issue to her attention. The carrier is a delightful person and knows our community but mistakes can happen. The supervisor took the time to look at my delivery today and confirmed I was getting one of the letters I was expecting. We have the application that gives us the scanned mail so we know what should be coming. Kudo's to this post office and all the workers for all you do, everyday.

expecting package from Germany ( jukebox parts). carrier is at my front door at 7:15 A.M. on SUNDAY morning. Got out of bed. Turned off security and ran to door !!!!.He was backing out of driveway. I hollered to no avail- he just kept going. left usps notice on door. when going on line to set up re-delivery- says no info for article #. -- my text says 7:20 A.M. delivered, left with individual 2-09-2020. carrier put package back in postal jeep. WHY did carrier try to deliver at 7:15 A. M. on SUNDAY MORNING ??????

Made us wait 2+ hour in queue for passport application with no one before us in the queue, the lady handling the request is rude, should go through some customer facing trainings, will take break of atleast 30 mis between each applicant she attends, very very pathetic service. Talked to the manager there which did not help.Over all the location needs a new management.

Very sad that the USPS now reverts to out and out lies about "attempted" deliveries. Watched the Carrier drive right by my house, must have been to lazy to come up my driveway, but then the status changed to "Attempted Delivery" and suggested I call the Post Office.

I am having trouble with my mail carrier. I have my truck in front of my house. It is 15 ft 9 inches from my mail box. He will not deliver my mail.

I have two issues today. One is # 9274899921315573048146077 It was delivered to the post office on the 21st. And there is no further movement. Second #LT633346920CN It's from China. The computer says it was delivered to me on the 21st. Delivery 2019-05-21 12:12:00 Out for Delivery 2019-05-21 08:10:00 [CUMMMING,30041] But I haven't received it yet. It must have been delivered somewhere else. Please solve these two problems quickly. Thank you.

I’m missing a pkg. 4510 Matt Hwy 30028 It was scanned and marked as deliver. I do not have it. I had 2 of 3 delivered, but one is missing.

I need to confirm address change and cannot reach any PO phone number..the main number told me it was a 7+ hour wait...I cannot reach my local PO, as I just continue to get a busy signal....What does any person do to get help from their postal service--is there any possible postal service????????

Don't know whose fault it is, whether during sorting or delivery, but I have noticed that we have been getting very little mail for the past 5 consecutive days. Today (7/1.2017) we got mail for both our neighbors in our box. I have never seen such errors and it scares me. Who is getting our mail if we get other folks' mail?

I mailed a birthday card with $25.00 cash to my granddaughter who lives in Kennesaw from the US Post Office located on Tribble Gap Road in CummingGeorgia on June 27, 2017 after hours. I walked in to the Post Office in and placed the birthday card in the mail slot, hoping it would be safe. Unfortunately, the card arrived in Kennesaw, GA today opened with the $25.00 cash missing. I am highly disappointed because I have always trusted the US Post Office. That has changed. I also plan to telephone this post office and complain since it is terrible that we, the general public,cannot trust the employees of the U.S. Postal Service.

Something needs to be done about the no appointment passport lines ! The people that actually live here cant use our on post office, You cant even park to drop or pick up you mail .Drove threw six times to just part and gave up. People trying to get past ports are there all day long and not moving . I hope the passport fees are worth it i will pay more to use fed-x to keep from going there , its horrible !!!! Thats why are the other places go by appointment only . So just keep raising the price of stamps and giving us lower customer service , keep up the great work !!!!!!

NOTICE: Although not listed here ANYWHERE if you have a Cumming address but are in 30041 the phone number is 770 888 5325. Same Postmaster but completely different location (also NOT listed here). Phone will probably be busy (PO is not familiar with phone system upgrades since the 1970's).

We have dealt with the extremely poor attitude of our mail carrier for years. Everyone in our office tries to be nice to her when we have any interaction because she is obviously mad about life or something. Today as I am coming back from lunch driving down the road to our office, I see our mail laying in the street below our mailbox. I figure this time I need to file a complaint. So I have been trying to call our post office for the last 30 minutes. The line is busy. I guess I'm not surprised.
