stood in line 48 minutes to mail a package to England. at the counter they advised they were out of customs forms, and had no idea when they would have any. This is why people don't use the post office.
Having to stand in a long line to weigh two small packages to be mailed because the self service device is not allowing for package weighing and mailing. would be nice to have this convenience restored to avoid the long line and to avoid additional exposure in this Pandemic environment.
Just got off the phone with Cindy and wanted to share my compliment for her. Everyone complains about the PO but I appreciate all they do, especially during the COVID crisis. I had a question about mis directed mail in my community. We have different street names but the number repeat. if you know the person with your number on the next street you work out a deal to give each other the correct mail. I am looking for important mail. She let me know that the carrier is the one who sorts the mail and that she will bring my issue to her attention. The carrier is a delightful person and knows our community but mistakes can happen. The supervisor took the time to look at my delivery today and confirmed I was getting one of the letters I was expecting. We have the application that gives us the scanned mail so we know what should be coming. Kudo's to this post office and all the workers for all you do, everyday.
expecting package from Germany ( jukebox parts). carrier is at my front door at 7:15 A.M. on SUNDAY morning. Got out of bed. Turned off security and ran to door !!!!.He was backing out of driveway. I hollered to no avail- he just kept going. left usps notice on door. when going on line to set up re-delivery- says no info for article #. -- my text says 7:20 A.M. delivered, left with individual 2-09-2020. carrier put package back in postal jeep. WHY did carrier try to deliver at 7:15 A. M. on SUNDAY MORNING ??????
Made us wait 2+ hour in queue for passport application with no one before us in the queue, the lady handling the request is rude, should go through some customer facing trainings, will take break of atleast 30 mis between each applicant she attends, very very pathetic service. Talked to the manager there which did not help.Over all the location needs a new management.
Very sad that the USPS now reverts to out and out lies about "attempted" deliveries. Watched the Carrier drive right by my house, must have been to lazy to come up my driveway, but then the status changed to "Attempted Delivery" and suggested I call the Post Office.

I need to confirm address change and cannot reach any PO phone number..the main number told me it was a 7+ hour wait...I cannot reach my local PO, as I just continue to get a busy signal....What does any person do to get help from their postal service--is there any possible postal service????????
Don't know whose fault it is, whether during sorting or delivery, but I have noticed that we have been getting very little mail for the past 5 consecutive days. Today (7/1.2017) we got mail for both our neighbors in our box. I have never seen such errors and it scares me. Who is getting our mail if we get other folks' mail?
I mailed a birthday card with $25.00 cash to my granddaughter who lives in Kennesaw from the US Post Office located on Tribble Gap Road in CummingGeorgia on June 27, 2017 after hours. I walked in to the Post Office in and placed the birthday card in the mail slot, hoping it would be safe. Unfortunately, the card arrived in Kennesaw, GA today opened with the $25.00 cash missing. I am highly disappointed because I have always trusted the US Post Office. That has changed. I also plan to telephone this post office and complain since it is terrible that we, the general public,cannot trust the employees of the U.S. Postal Service.
Something needs to be done about the no appointment passport lines ! The people that actually live here cant use our on post office, You cant even park to drop or pick up you mail .Drove threw six times to just part and gave up. People trying to get past ports are there all day long and not moving . I hope the passport fees are worth it i will pay more to use fed-x to keep from going there , its horrible !!!! Thats why are the other places go by appointment only . So just keep raising the price of stamps and giving us lower customer service , keep up the great work !!!!!!
NOTICE: Although not listed here ANYWHERE if you have a Cumming address but are in 30041 the phone number is 770 888 5325. Same Postmaster but completely different location (also NOT listed here). Phone will probably be busy (PO is not familiar with phone system upgrades since the 1970's).
We have dealt with the extremely poor attitude of our mail carrier for years. Everyone in our office tries to be nice to her when we have any interaction because she is obviously mad about life or something. Today as I am coming back from lunch driving down the road to our office, I see our mail laying in the street below our mailbox. I figure this time I need to file a complaint. So I have been trying to call our post office for the last 30 minutes. The line is busy. I guess I'm not surprised.
