I completed a change if address a week ago for August 29! I have not received any mail at my current address. I called yesterday, a lady checked and said he will deliver your prescription tomorrow. Mail deliverer did bring prescriptions but still no mail! I called again today (8/16), lady is to check with carrier on Monday and call. Where oh where is my mail?????
I am writing to complain about mail and the poor delivery service. I have for years, since the carrier who previously had the Ruby Forest route retired. Mail of other people, including checks, have been placed in my box. My mail have been delivered to people in housing complexes blocks over from my subdivision. I have had packages left out in the rain unprotected. But today is the mail that takes the cake. A box package was stuffed, forced into a standard mail box, left opened, mail falling out onto the street. With all the package thefts happening, why would a mail carrier make theft so easy for a crook. I just happened to look out to see paper on the side walk. It turned out to be my mail. This is only going to help congress justify closing the post office. I am sure this is not the only address that is having problems. If you have people who don't like their jobs, get people who want to do a good job. I served my country so all people could work and prosper. This is not what I expect of those in government jobs, or any other job.
townhomes at suwanee station roads are getting new asphalt and sealing. please do not drive on these roads during this time. All in October. This is important.
" here is the schedule we are proposing. In the event that bad weather delays a day, that day will be rescheduled to a new date after the 15th. Any date that overlaps with trash pickup should be identified asap so we can reschedule that date. Sealcoating will begin at 8am or after each day. You should have a tow truck company on stand the morning of each project. Also, notices showing the diagram should be mailed, emailed, and placed on mail boxes/doors for best results.
Crack Sealing – Work will take place between now an the 8th. No special instructions for this work is required. The crack seal dry’s very fast and crew will make sure no one drives through it while its being applied.
Sealcoat & Striping schedule -
- 8th Sealcoat & Stripe
- 10th Sealcoat & Stripe
- 12th Sealcoat & Stripe
- 15th Sealcoat & Stripe
Instructions for Residents, Postmaster and Contractors:
We will be sealcoating & striping at Suwanee Station on the dates listed. The diagram provided shows which areas we will be doing on each day. It is important that this schedule be adhered in order to prevent damage to property. The work we will be doing is wet when applied and requires proper cure time before vehicles can be allowed to drive on it. If driven on before the sealer has had time to cure properly can result in damage to, one’s own personal vehicle, property, and our work. Georgia Paving will not take responsibility for damage done by others negligence.
To help us make this project successful please these guidelines:
All vehicles that are typically parked on the asphalt in these areas should be relocated the day before the project begins so that any cars that are left by mistake can be clearly identified in time for the owner to be notified and or Property management to tow the vehicle out of the way. All vehicles that are usually left inside the garage but will have to drive out of the garage and onto the areas we are sealcoating should be moved the day before and placed out of the way. If any vehicles are left inside the garage and the owner choses to drive onto the newly sealed asphalt, the responsibility for damaging the sealer, their own car, and for any place the sealer is tracked will be the responsibility of that owner. Georgia Paving does not take responsibility for damage that occurs by others negligence. Sealcoat requires 24 hrs to properly cure before traffic can be allowed back on it. Even though the sealer may look dry it is not ready to drive on and may be damaged if driven on too soon.
Please let me know if you have any questions.
Thanks,
Jared Parsley

We had snow yesterday 12-8-17, so I understand why there might have been no delivery. However, today is sunny and the roads are dry and it's almost 5:00pm and no pick up or delivery! I tried calling the PO, but of course, no one picks up and no answering machine. What is wrong with you guys!? You have the worst customer service I have ever experienced and it's no wonder you're going out of business. Cable and phone companies are even better. The USPS needs to do a whole scale house cleaning and get rid of employees who do not want to do their jobs and are rude and lazy. Our Saturday sub postal carrier is so lazy she won't even get out of the truck to walk a package to the front door. If I complain in person it does no good! FedEx and UPS will put you out of business and hopefully will never hire your pitiful employees.
call [number removed] mail carrier is the worst I have ever had called Saturday the 12th told them about the problem today I have someone elses packages and donot know where my mail is urgent been going on for a while my name is Arthur.
Around the holidays it was thrown packages. Then two weeks our mailman (morningview) broke our recycle bins when he drove into them as they sat on the curb. Then yesterday, a package updates at 11;33 am that delivery was attempted and a notice left(he never comes till late afternoon). I checked the cameras on my home and he didn't come until 6:01pm when he drove past our mailbox, and there was no morning delivery attempt. He yells at my kids and lies about deliveries, I'll make sure to not willingly use USPS anymore.
I am writing because Veritiv is a corporation at 300 Horizon Drive, Suwanee, Ga 30024. The mail delivery is terrible. We close at 5 and we haven't been getting our mail deliveries or our mail picked up at a reasonable time. Yesterday the mailman didn't even come. We have mail sitting here waiting to be picked up. Could you please do something about the mail delivery in this area?
This is the worst postal experience ever! You can never get someone to answer the phone. Our post man puts certified letter receipts in our mailbox without coming to our door to have us sign and receive-- we have to go to the post office 20-25 minutes away each time! She delivers mail to the wrong address almost weekly! So don't bother trying to call to complain or find your package-- no one will answer!!
For second mail day in a row my mail was not picked up on Monday 1-23-17

Worst customer service ever. The usps needs to hire new people. The whole teams needs to be replaced. Our plead to you usps. They lose or steal packages as if the shipper and receiver have forgotten their packages.
This is the worst post office ever.Have lost my mail for 15 years. Tried to report it politely 7 years ago and was screamed at by a manager. Now we know why "Going Postal" is in our terminology. I have had 10 Visa bills lost. And 2 weeks ago did not get my medical forms from a Dr., 3 GA Power bills were lost this Summer. I have had to get online bill pay to remind me of everything. Also Water Bills, everything important is lost. Unknown it iscthe Postal Service because I have received mail from Morningview on the other side of town and nearby subdivisions. Neighbors probably just throw it away instead of putting it back in the mailbox.I so wish I had kept documentation of each time. And no I don't think it is identity theft.(Their excuse.) Because it hasn't happened. And I watch my mailbox alot. I work at home. One Postal Worker told me we don't pay taxes for it.He said,Dont you remember the 70s when Nixon made it a Capitalist Business? my Husband said not true we subsidize them all the time because they can't make on their own. They are too rotten to make it in the real world. So why should we pay a failing business with our hard earned money. We own 4 Suwanee businesses. We don't dictate or rob others when things go bad. We know we need to be respectable, honest,do our best. And God will and has blessed us. So a little lesson for all who want forsed socialism, communism. Charity by choise not force.
I entered this post office yesterday for the first time, having just moved to the area. I had never witnessed such rudeness to customers. They spoke to customer's like they were stupid and seriously irritated having to wait on them. I file my own personal complaint, hopefully will do some good. I have worked for the public for 30 years, now an actual government employee. I have never treated or responded to a customer in the manner that I witnessed. I guess all I can say is Welcome to Suwanee.
I agree with the above comment. There are only few people that work at the Suwanee location that are actually helpful and pleasant to deal with. I was 7 month pregnant and came in on a Saturday carrying a box full of mail. As soon as I approached the counter I was immediately reminded that it was just minutes before they closed. The woman was extremely rude and no one offered to help. On many occasions I saw unfriendly faces and "rolling of the eyes". Today again I had a pleasure of dealing with a pickup person who walked out of my store yelling out profanities just because I told her she came much earlier than our usual pick up person and asked her to come back. I would like to remind the workers of the good old USPS that the community that chooses their services is the reason they all have a job. And like the above post says, if you do not like your job-quit!
I must say, I have tried to get an appt. for a passport, and each time I call, the staff are the most rude individuals. There has never been one happy person to answer the phone. I understand if you dislike your job... then get another one. Never have I felt they "assisted" me fully with questions, and the passport questions / service MUST be a pain for all there. Would like to see this offered somewhere else, where you have a friendly staff.
