This is a joke trying to get a forwarding problem resolved - I tried ten times and my mail still goes to my old address and no one ever answers phone at 30097 location - Just as bad the website to change address states this zip code is restricted and does not allow for change - What's up with that ???
We’ve had one too many issues with our mail lady in Riverbrooke. She even falsely claimed a tracked package was delivered and then came by early the next morning and tried to delivery it without being noticed. Today she failed to deliver a large package and now leaves us to come get it for pick up. I’ve seen and heard numerous reports regarding her and yet USPS refuses to do anything. Mail misdelivered to wrong address on a weekly bases, the door to the mailbox left open at least once every other week, I’m so over it.

The number on the website has an automated response that tells you hold on the line and your call will be forwarded to an agent yet no one picks up the phone and there is no vm or additional promptS. We put a temporary hold on our mail for several months when we go to another state. For reasons that I cannot understand, the postoffice interprets our action as a permanent address change and WITHOUT our approval notifies business that we are no longer at our usual address. For the last two months our credit card bill has been returned to the credit card company and as we were not alerted, we have been in arrears. What must I do to get this rectified. It has happened several times. A couple of years ago we were put in a mail loop that lasted weeks and caused much trouble. When I go to the post office no one seems to be in charge. Please help.
I asked the guy who deliver mail to Santa Fe Mall, why the back door from the mail boxes were open and how can we address the situation. He mad and he said he was not responsible for it. It is clear that the back door is open and because you can push it and it remains open all the time, which it can allow anyone to reach any mail, no matter if you have a check or money order. The guy he told me get out of my face once I try to take a picture of it. Once he open the back he has a rubber band instead of a lock. I can't believe he is been using a rubber band's. Does he wants his job easy??? He was extremely aggresive, I told him that he had to take classes again for to do his job correctly and he start yelling at me: "get off of my face, get away". Is this the kinda people that you want for to deliver your business staff to you?? I don not think so.
I guess they just decided not to deliver the mail today. Expecting a check. Usually get it Tuesday or Wednesday at the latest and there was not mail today (Wednesday). There is no way there is not mail delivered everyday. I live in a huge apartment complex. There should be mail for someone everyday. This ridiculous. I live right on Peachtree Industrial Boulevard.
Where is my mail. No mail 6/16/2014 and no mail as of yet today 6/17/2014. I receive paychecks in the mail and I am always delayed with getting gas and food because I cannot get my mail. Forget about being on time. What about just getting my mail for that day. It is ridiculous. I live right down the street from the post office. Maybe I should just pick my mail up. Frustrated.
