Postal Locations

I have tried at different time to call the Buford post office - they are pretty nice at the counter, but no one ever answers the phone. It rings and then goes to a busy signal. Mailed a large envelope there on the 15th with an estimated delivery of the 18th. Still not there to FL. Sent my great-niece a bd card 10 days prior to bd and it arrived 14 days after sending - in a plastic bag and envelope taped. Looked like it had a bad day. Send a Christmas card to a dear friend in FL and card was returned to me saying address did not exist. This is a high-rise building with a huge parking lot for seniors' residence. Can this post office get anything right and can anyone be appointed to answer the phone. Nice wages for lack of work. Why give phone number and hours on website when no one answers phone.

Are their holidays each week we do not know about? My mail is still in the post office with the flag up - no one came by yesterday

I have tried multiple times to call the Buford post office, as they stopped our mail and began forwarding well before the date I listed on the forwarding form. It will ring with no answer forever. Going on 15 minutes now. What a joke they are!

I have a complaint about my mailbox. The carriers are leaving it open and my mail is getting wet. It is a little difficult to shut, but it will shut with little effort. Thanks for your help!

I did not get her name as she was rushing me off, but I think it was Song. I work for a large company right near this post office, and we almost always get mail. Even if it is just one piece of junk mail, we always get something. We have important documents sent to us, checks sent to us and other important items frequently sent here. We have not received any mail the past FOUR DAYS! I called the Hamilton Mill annex location, and they said that they would double check with the carrier, but that mail has been light. I went to this location to ask, very nicely if by chance anything was stuck at the Post Office. Instead of saying anything nicely, Song points towards the door and said "This is not the place for that, you need to call Hamilton mill location, we can not help." When I expressed that I had called them already and was just double checking this location, she continued to point towards the door and tell me to go check that location and then called the person up behind me. Very Rude. First time I have ever had her, but I have noticed her being rude to other customers while there at different times.

My carrier ripped the door off my mailbox and didn't bother to tell anybody!

Can the postmaster at the Buford Hwy post office please call or help me. My 85 year old mother has to get down in the floor to empty her po box. Then she has to wait for some nice citizen to walk by to help her up. She is too proud to ask for your help so I'm asking for her. 678.736.1958.

how hard is it to read my address it is on 3 sides of my mail box & HOUSE! yet time after time I get other peoples mail & where is MINE ? I guess all it takes to be a mail carrier is to drive fast & shove paper in any old mail box , where do I apply I will do my best to screw up at least weekly over 5 or 6 yrs this is getting worst not better lived here for 30 years god I miss my old carrier

Who can you call to report a problem... its been 2 DAYS AND I HAVENT RECIVED ANY MAIL... UNACCEPTABLE.

I ordered off ebay. ( A truck air filter ) The sender brought the package to this terrible establishment and its sat there for 5 days pending acceptance and I’ve tried calling this joke they call a store, and no one answered. I called 5 different times and let it ring until my phone said the number can’t be reached after ringing for 5 minutes. It seems to me the employees here don’t really work, from the comments below mine from local people to the store, there isn’t a single hood review on here...

My home delivery address is: 2600 Suncrest Drive, Buford, Georgia 30519. I constantly receive mail for the address of Suncrest Court. I spoke with Ms. Thames and delivered her mail. She said she has contacted the post office to no avail. I also receive her FedEx packages and UPS packages. Please correct the mail carrier and advise if I need to contact FedEx and UPS to resolve this problem.

I don't know who to complain to.No one will pick up the phone.How long does it take to deliver a letter from Sugar Hill ,Ga to Winder,Ga. ????The letter was picked up from our mailbox on 6/3 @ 3:30 pm , still hasn't arrived in Winder. Trying to get a house built and can't get a letter delivered 19 miles away.

I had an item shipped at the end of March to my sister (a doctor) in San Antonio. It was expected to arrive April 1-3. Instead, it sat at your location for six days. Is there a reason my care package wasn't sent to my sister?

Twice I have had a package delivered and it was put in my driveway next to the garage door. In the pouring down rain once. I have a covered porch and it should be put there out of the weather. How can I get in touch with the Post Master to make an official complaint?

I received a package in a cardboard box delivered to me today and the mail carrier stuffed it into the mailbox. Are they not required to put it at your door if it is too large to fit in the mailbox. I had a very difficult time trying to remove it from the box?

Today a very large package was delivered for me. It had been opened. I though perhaps the tape broke in shipping. There were two items that I ordered and another box.I thought that was dad and I couldn’t imagine what it could be, as it was not listed in the invoice. Imagine my shock when I opened the box tofu day my husband’s medical supplies. The postman - an older man had opened ,y nigbox and placed my husband’s boxed delivery inside of mine! Um, isn’t tampering g with the U S Mail a Federal Offense? Of course no one can be reached by phone at the Buford Post Office. I was an answer!

On 4 separate occasions I’ve requested a package pickup-and nothing. Horrible service.

I have a post office box at the Buford office and all my mail been sent back to sender and my box rental were paid on 11/30/2017 and I want to know why, please email me back so I can find out why. Thank you.
