I have packages being held at this location since November 9 with a tracking number. They have not been attempted to be delivered at all. How am I supposed to know that they are holding my mail and not delivering it? The last order I made through the exact same company for the exact same thing only a couple weeks prior was delivered just fine so there is no excuse.
This is not the first issue with this post office. I have to wonder if my address is being targeted for poor service. I am disabled making it next to impossible to go to these locations to inquire about packages in person.

I have not received either of my weekly magazines for three weeks. One of these is rather expensive, and what is the point of getting three week old news? What is going On? I also have gone several days last week with no mail delivered - at least three days.
Worst post office ever! I’ve lived here for over 10 years and consistently have issues with my mail carrier misdelivering my packages and mail to other peoples addresses. After MANY complaints nothing has been done to correct the issue. The post office is a joke!
My package is in a lockbox that the key does not fit/turns to open lockbox. I’ve left a note attached to the lockbox key in my mailbox yet the mail carrier continues to ignore my note about the lockbox issue but delivers my letters. It feels as though my package is held hostage! I’m on Route #145, Postal carrier, please get it together!!
A parcel was delivered in error to 3855 Falls Landing Drive, Alpharetta, GA 30022. The package is too large to place in the mailbox. Please notify the mail carrier to pickup the package at the front door. Since rain is expected, the package will be in a white garbage bag.
I have not received my mail for over a month. Several things are getting returned to sender. I don’t understand what is happening. Phone number posted has not got me in touch with anyone. I will drive to the location tomorrow to see what is going on.
Our mail at the high school never comes in a timely manor. We have not received mail since Nov. 19th. We have very critically important documentation that needs to be received and delivered every school day. We are open from 7:00 am to 4:00 pm. ,so there is plenty of time for delivery. The number displayed here to call is never answered and there is no voice mailbox available to leave a message.
Please correct this problem as soon as possible.
My held mail is now 2 days late. I have bills and other important info I need. I can not reach anyone by phone. I am angry and frustrated. I plan to drive to the annex tomorrow to collect it, per postal worker I spoke with locally. No excuse for not at least getting a call to say it is delayed. This is unacceptable...and I am a staunch supporter of the USPS but I understand now how others feel.....
Carriers marking packages "Delivery Attempted" when none has. No notice left in mailbox or at residence. Package indicated left at local PO. Not true. Left at another facility. NO ONE...EVER...EVER answers the telephone at the Alpharette Postal Annex. EVER - WHY EVEN WASTE TAX DOLLARS HAVING A LANDLINE!!! The Alpharetta, Georgia Post Office is dysfunctional....this is the third time this has happened to me in the last 6 months.
Terrible service for deliveries according to tracking number Alpharetta P.O. has it recorded that the pa kage was delivered June,28th and placed in the mailbox this is,a locked mailbox.There was no delivery the 28 the 29th the 1st or the 2nd they have not ans...their phone also the,800 275-8777 currently has me on hold 35 minutes without a single person ACKNOWLEDGING the call.So this package is missing with my daughter's medication...This is absoulety unreasonable.I have yet gotten a return call or had any employee and any call at Alpharetta or again the 800#.I have to make,a,report with the post master general.This,can not continue..They are not doing their jobs and there is,obviously no supervision.This is,so upsetting that we can not trust our mail carrier..
