DO NOT GO THERE, they steal packages, I have two packages lost in this post office, one was actually get scan by real person but didn't go out at all and the other one was also scan by real person but receipt shows one package scan twice and the one didn't scan happened to be lost, what a coincidence, their federal employee should be education steal package is federal crime, she can go to jail for that if she get caught

Claudia has been a huge help with our mail service! Even though our online forwarding information on usps.com was correct, our mail was still being delivered to our home while we were gone. Claudia went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure that our mail got forwarded to us, and she has continued to keep in touch with us as well. Thank you for your hard work, Claudia, and for being a joy to work with too!

I will say the location has a slim picking of folks that want to come to work and actually be there to help the public. You can tell that this has become simply a paycheck to them and they are nowhere near invested in the community in which they sorry tails are being paid. I will say however Claudia, is more than polite, she goes above and beyond the call of duty. But she’s not always there and it’s very hard to connect with her if a question should rarely occur, so I’ve come to the realization, that little to bo communication is needed for the clerks at this office. Save your breath and time. They will only piss you off. I suggest the main office get a hold of this location, we spend too much money out here to have to be bothered with attitudes like this is the south side of Atlanta. Smh! Take such behaviors elsewhere!
USPS employee, Claudia Hawthorne, is out of the Webb Bridge location and is an absolute angel. Recently, I had a harrowing experience dealing with a potential lost package containing a return to a merchant for credit. Claudia went above and beyond expectations and assured me the package was still in good hands despite no tracking visibility. Claudia kept in contact with me throughout the 15 day ordeal updating me on the status of the package. Thank you very much Claudia Hawthorne for your professionalism and hard work. I'm all for the USPS rewarding Claudia Hawthorne in some way for the effort she consistently shows on a daily basis. Thank you again Claudia! RB

I have been dealing with an issue of mail forwarding and hold for the past several days. I wanted to commend Claudia for her proactive assistance and professionalism to helping to get this resolved. This is one of my best experiences in dealing with USPS system.
My mails are going to different addresses although it has my correct address. Why are mails being mixup? Can’t people do a proper job. Do they need a pay raise for their incompetence? When is this going to be corrected? I am totally fed up.
No mail since Tuesday …sporadic delivery times at best. I have outgoing mail sitting in the mailbox that is important. Just another reason to PRIVATIZE this inept system at least when owned privately there is ACCOUNTABILITY!
What is going on at the Webb Bridge location? I’ve had no mail delivery in almost a week although Informed Delivery emails tell me I have things coming, including bills. I thought this is an “essential service”? What happened to “Neither snow nor rain nor heat, etc.”??? Not so much any more.

He DELIVERED letter and at one House on the same road
he walked to the door and delivered something.
ALSO I saw , He did entered two letter in our mail post.
BUT the two Letter I am expecting WAS NOT DELIVERED.
I HOPE he was not the person that had my Letters and HOPE before the DAY is OVER that Postman will DRIVE here
Have received no mail 3 of last 4 mail days. Neighbors got mail. I don’t remember missing a single day before, in 59 years in the area. Called Webb Bridge number twice, disconnected both times without speaking with anyone.
I heard there was a sick-out/walk-out at the Webb Bridge branch, that 16 workers did not show up for work. Why are employees not coming to work?

I have had several schools concerned about not receiving mail for several days. I would try calling to be an advocate for our schools, but they said they call and call and no one picks up. I made a report in September about my address and my neighborhood not receiving mail and now it is happening again! We did not received mail on Tuesday (December 1, 2020) or Tuesday (December 2, 2020) is this going to be an ongoing situation?? I get an email daily regarding what is coming in the mail so I know it's not being delivered. Please explain to me/us what the solution is.
I have called nearly a dozen times daily for over a week with nobody answering call. Somebody finally picked up only to hang up a moment later. I have a package that was never delivered yet was updated as of it actually was. It was received last at thIs post Office.
I'm trying to find out if the Webb Bridge outside collection boxes have been removed permanently or temporarily. I went to deposit mail last week and they were gone. A sign would have been appreciated. Is the 24-hour lobby open for everyone or do you need to have a post box and key?

I was supposed to receive a letter last week and something happened where I got notified that it would be redelivered on my instructions when placing my order for the redelivery I put that I cannot pick up at post office i got a letter today in the mail saying that it’s at the post office written in pen right above where I put I cannot pick it up I need it to be redelivered I tried calling the office it rings and then goes to busy can someone please get back to me
I have continually missed mail being delivered or in some cases sent to the wrong address. This is the 3rd time I can remember that I missed a payment because I did not receive an invoice. I caught it this time, but previously had to pay a late fee and prior interest rate went up.
I have lived here for 13 years and in the last couple of years the mail has been awfull. People continue to complain and nothing gets done.

Attempted delivery of a package needing a signature. Mail carrier left a "sorry we missed you" sticker on my door. Successfully Scanned for redelivery for 12 /3. NOTHING. No delivery, no phone call, text, email, nothing! Tried to call post office, no one answers the phone, phone rang until I got a busy signal and then disconnected. Same procedure three times before I gave up. Here are my questions:
1. Why have the option to request redelivery if you're not going to redeliver?
2. Why offer a phone number that no one answers.

I went online and reseved for my carrier to pick up a package mon Monday, received a confirmation number. Came home Monday, package still here. Then I even received an email they picked it up successfully! Not true, package still here. Had to take off work, to stand in line at Webb Bridge for almost an hour, just to hand them the package to deliver they were supposed to have picked up the day before. My mail carrier is awful! Always receive the wrong mail, neighbors having to deliver each other's mail, and letters never making it to their destination. Why cant we just simply get/send our mail?
Webb Bridge has had problems for many years. This is all not happening just because it's the holidays. Whenever I go in there, the workers never smile, never happy to greet anyone. They should all be happy they have jobs. I worked in customer relations for banks for years and if I ever greeted customers they way they do, with long faces, I would have been fired. Something is not right at this office. It needs an overhaul or something. Training has to get better. I LOVED our mailman, Mike, that retired. He always did everything he could. Would check everything. I think the people you have now just do not care. There is a post on the app Next Door and it's amazing how many people are dissatisfied. Everyone wants to go to a higher level to fix this.
After many times redelivering mail to my neighbors that was incorrectly left in my mail box and at times chasing down our mail carrier because our carrier hasn't checked and has mixed up the addresses, I've decided to contact you and hope something gets fixed. Yesterday, a box was crammed into my mailbox so tight that I had to rip it partially open in order to get it out. I have a photo of it, if anyone wants to see it. Please let me know what i can do to help with this problem. It was addressed on TV news a month or so ago, but I've yet to see any action done.
I was expecting a prescription from my pharmacy. Tracking stated it was delivered on Sat., 1/20/18 @ 3:50 pm. It was not with our other mail. I will be at the P.O. 1st thing tomorrow am -Monday 1/22/18 with the tracking #. Hopefully you will have answers. In addition, we are continually getting neighbors' mail - you apparently have a sorting problem.
Apparently 4 pieces of mail (including my prescription) were delivered to a different address and were put in our mailbox this afternoon (Sunday 1/21/18). I'm glad that the neighbor did not throw out our mail. This happens more often than not and should not be happening at all.

So sick of them saying the package is out for delivery and it never shows up that day, you have to scan it and put it on the truck for it to be out for delivery. This is pure laziness. Also, there is a woman who works there on the floor who is very nasty to customers, rude and unprofessional. No wonder the post office is losing money. Maybe you should hire better workers.
Our packages as well as others in the neighborhood , that are suppose to be amazon prime 2 day delivery are constantly being marked "delivery attempted" and we have literally been home waiting for days later on multiple packages with this message constantly being updated online when NO attempt has been made because we have been at home waiting on it. What a shame the post office service is like this now!
I travel frequently. I have requested (and received confirmation) that my mail will be held during dates for same. Three separate occasions I have been informed that no request was received. Mail has disappeared for up to a month at a time. How does this happen?
Unfortunately, I had a very bad experience with this location. My package with medication was supposed to arrive on Saturday, when it didn't, I called the office on Monday and they were not helpful at all. In fact I was waiting for the Carrier Manager, George, to answer for an hour and 15 minutes. Finally, I hang up and called again and when he answered, he was very unprofessional and not willing to help. He notified me that they misplaced the package, so it was sent back and it would take another 2 to 4 days for it to come back.
Today when I received a notification that the package was delayed, I called them again and was told that they lost the parcel.
Very poor customer service. I have never thought that I would be so disappointed.
