I have called nearly a dozen times daily for over a week with nobody answering call. Somebody finally picked up only to hang up a moment later. I have a package that was never delivered yet was updated as of it actually was. It was received last at thIs post Office.
I'm trying to find out if the Webb Bridge outside collection boxes have been removed permanently or temporarily. I went to deposit mail last week and they were gone. A sign would have been appreciated. Is the 24-hour lobby open for everyone or do you need to have a post box and key?
Tried calling several times. No answer. Thanks
I was supposed to receive a letter last week and something happened where I got notified that it would be redelivered on my instructions when placing my order for the redelivery I put that I cannot pick up at post office i got a letter today in the mail saying that it’s at the post office written in pen right above where I put I cannot pick it up I need it to be redelivered I tried calling the office it rings and then goes to busy can someone please get back to me
I have continually missed mail being delivered or in some cases sent to the wrong address. This is the 3rd time I can remember that I missed a payment because I did not receive an invoice. I caught it this time, but previously had to pay a late fee and prior interest rate went up.
I have lived here for 13 years and in the last couple of years the mail has been awfull. People continue to complain and nothing gets done.

Attempted delivery of a package needing a signature. Mail carrier left a "sorry we missed you" sticker on my door. Successfully Scanned for redelivery for 12 /3. NOTHING. No delivery, no phone call, text, email, nothing! Tried to call post office, no one answers the phone, phone rang until I got a busy signal and then disconnected. Same procedure three times before I gave up. Here are my questions:
1. Why have the option to request redelivery if you're not going to redeliver?
2. Why offer a phone number that no one answers.

I went online and reseved for my carrier to pick up a package mon Monday, received a confirmation number. Came home Monday, package still here. Then I even received an email they picked it up successfully! Not true, package still here. Had to take off work, to stand in line at Webb Bridge for almost an hour, just to hand them the package to deliver they were supposed to have picked up the day before. My mail carrier is awful! Always receive the wrong mail, neighbors having to deliver each other's mail, and letters never making it to their destination. Why cant we just simply get/send our mail?
Webb Bridge has had problems for many years. This is all not happening just because it's the holidays. Whenever I go in there, the workers never smile, never happy to greet anyone. They should all be happy they have jobs. I worked in customer relations for banks for years and if I ever greeted customers they way they do, with long faces, I would have been fired. Something is not right at this office. It needs an overhaul or something. Training has to get better. I LOVED our mailman, Mike, that retired. He always did everything he could. Would check everything. I think the people you have now just do not care. There is a post on the app Next Door and it's amazing how many people are dissatisfied. Everyone wants to go to a higher level to fix this.
After many times redelivering mail to my neighbors that was incorrectly left in my mail box and at times chasing down our mail carrier because our carrier hasn't checked and has mixed up the addresses, I've decided to contact you and hope something gets fixed. Yesterday, a box was crammed into my mailbox so tight that I had to rip it partially open in order to get it out. I have a photo of it, if anyone wants to see it. Please let me know what i can do to help with this problem. It was addressed on TV news a month or so ago, but I've yet to see any action done.
I was expecting a prescription from my pharmacy. Tracking stated it was delivered on Sat., 1/20/18 @ 3:50 pm. It was not with our other mail. I will be at the P.O. 1st thing tomorrow am -Monday 1/22/18 with the tracking #. Hopefully you will have answers. In addition, we are continually getting neighbors' mail - you apparently have a sorting problem.
Apparently 4 pieces of mail (including my prescription) were delivered to a different address and were put in our mailbox this afternoon (Sunday 1/21/18). I'm glad that the neighbor did not throw out our mail. This happens more often than not and should not be happening at all.

So sick of them saying the package is out for delivery and it never shows up that day, you have to scan it and put it on the truck for it to be out for delivery. This is pure laziness. Also, there is a woman who works there on the floor who is very nasty to customers, rude and unprofessional. No wonder the post office is losing money. Maybe you should hire better workers.
Our packages as well as others in the neighborhood , that are suppose to be amazon prime 2 day delivery are constantly being marked "delivery attempted" and we have literally been home waiting for days later on multiple packages with this message constantly being updated online when NO attempt has been made because we have been at home waiting on it. What a shame the post office service is like this now!
I travel frequently. I have requested (and received confirmation) that my mail will be held during dates for same. Three separate occasions I have been informed that no request was received. Mail has disappeared for up to a month at a time. How does this happen?
Unfortunately, I had a very bad experience with this location. My package with medication was supposed to arrive on Saturday, when it didn't, I called the office on Monday and they were not helpful at all. In fact I was waiting for the Carrier Manager, George, to answer for an hour and 15 minutes. Finally, I hang up and called again and when he answered, he was very unprofessional and not willing to help. He notified me that they misplaced the package, so it was sent back and it would take another 2 to 4 days for it to come back.
Today when I received a notification that the package was delayed, I called them again and was told that they lost the parcel.
Very poor customer service. I have never thought that I would be so disappointed.
