I mailed 3 cards on Monday Feb, 7th and none reached their destination. I’m guessing someone with PO stole the money and pitched the cards. I’ve always tried to support the postal system and so sad it’s come to this.
Horrible horrible horrible service. They lost my express package that was supposed to have been delivered 3 days ago and do not want to take responsibility or assist with helping to track it. Showed up in person 2x today for assistance and got referred back to calling the 800# which has an hour long queue each time. Manager there is an ass. They don’t answer the phone, I rang it for 20 minutes straight. Pathetic.... and we taxpayers pay for this “service”
This is on going and can not get someone at this office to explain why. I have a POBox and for weeks now I have customers calling and emailing me to ask if my address has changed due to them receiving mailed items to me, returning to them with unable to forward. I have no idea what that even means and the Post Office always say the same thing, doesn't appear to be anything wrong with your box sir. What am I paying for?
This post office is the WORST! Packages are not being delivered due to “address requiring verification” or “incomplete address” or “package undeliverable” according to the notification alerts. I’ve ordered from the same companies several times in the past and have never had an issue. It’s as if the person making the deliveries wants to end their shift early and says ‘to hell’ with the late afternoon deliveries and makes up false info about delivery attempts! I’ve been calling the New Tampa post office for two days now and not one person has ever answered the phone! This location is horrible. Just avoid them altogether if you can.
Sure would be nice if they answered the phone. Complaining about not receiving mail I usually get weekly. I’m letting the parties that pay for advertising though your system is not getting to the customer
I saw that my package's status was Out for delivery and waited for it all day. My regular envelopes, mail, was delivered but not the package. Later that night I saw the status was changed from Out for delivery to Available for pickup. Now what happens? Do I go to the post office and pick it up? Will they put it back on the truck to deliver it? I made no change in the status and think it's still should be delivered. Also, no card or notification was left at my house to come to the post office and pick up the package.
I stand with a fellow commenter. I am also in The Henley Tampa Palms and have noticed the FREQUENT misdeliveries and signs all over the mailbox area that our postal carrier is leaving packages on the ground, or delivering to the wrong person CONSTANTLY. Our mail is always hanging up on the community cork board from the numerous mail that is being wrongfully delivered. My large package was shown as “delivered” to a maillocker and I never received a key, which means he delivered the key to the wrong person. I went into the closest post office and they said “multiple people run this route”. That answer does not solve the issue. They were supposed to call me about my misdelivered package, which is a federal offense, and it has been 48 hours with no phone call. Taking this to the post master, this is unacceptable behavior and professionalism.
This is probably the worst PO in my opinion. The office manager either is impotent or asleep at the switch. I have lost two valuable packages and when they get delivered, it is late and they always make me wait in line to collect the package even without signature confirmation required.
AVOID THESE CRETINS IF AT ALL POSSIBLE
The post person who delivers to The Henley of Tampa Palms on Amberly Drive is leavings packages in our mail area on the ground. This complex has a Luxer unit and packages that are not deliverable or do not fit in the box should be taken to the office to be put in a secure area. These packages will be stolen. We have over 260 units. Also no one ever answers the phone at this facility. Bad business all the way around. My next step will be the Post Master General.
No one answers the phone no matter what time of day that I call. How can I have a problem resolved if they won't answer the phone? This is not acceptable for people who cannot get to the post office and everyone else. I am missing my mail, no delivery, no forwarding, nothing. Postmaster General will be hearing from me and all of you out there, this is not a government owned entity. Contact the Postmaster!
