Mail is often delivered to the wrong mailbox on 51st Street. For example important mail addressed to 12303 N. 51st Street has been delivered to mailboxes north, for example: 12603 N. 51st Street. I wish mail carriers would be more careful.

I stayed home today because I was scheduled to receive a package. I received an email saying that a delivery attempt was made at 10:46 AM and a notice was left because nobody was home. IWAS HOME WAITING FOR THE PACKAGE. NO DELIVERY ATTEMP WAS MADE AT MY HOME. The delivery notice was left on my next door neighbor's door. Now I will have to stay home again tomorrow.

Twice this week our mail was delivered to two different neighbors. Wednesday, our neighbor got my nice book that was folded and crammed into her box. Our box is wide and flat so our large items don't need to be folded. I picked it up myself. Today a different neighbor two doors down brought us all of our mail and we got none. He said this is happening a lot to him. Is this a problem with the sorters at the airport or is our driver incompetent? Today I called the Temple Terrace post office: 989-7866 letting it ring until they cut me off. After my 5th try, I got a busy signal so maybe they just took it off the hook.

Hello, I had PO Box 291383, between June 28, 2021-Sept 30, 2021. I had a package from BestBut sent to the PO Box before the ending date. I gave my forwarding address but have not received the package. Do you have that package in your possession? Please contact me as soon as possible. Thank you for all that you do Karena Burke

I have been trying to get information on a package sent to: Tampa, FL with the wrong house number on it. I am trying to find out if it was returned to : the Temple Terrace post office. The house No. on the label was 8322 but it should have been 8311. How do I talk to a rep that would be able to help me? The tracking Number is 94055036993000312021. I called and waited for a call back and was cut off. Need help please.

I've been ill and have been out of town with my family. I've been unable to pay on my PO Box which is overdue. I would like to keep my same PO Box # 290583 because I have Dr. notes and appointments that comes to my box. I'm very sorry for the inconveniences. Could you please let me know how much I owe so that I can make a payment.

I’m not sure why my mail carrier for 10 years I’ve lived here, keep putting mail that doesn’t belong to me in my mai box . I’ve written the names of persons’ in household and still the carrier put other people ail in my box. Yesterday a package of medicine was supposed to be delivered to my house and I’ve never had to sign for such package. It was marked as delivered but I Dont have it.

This place is the worst. I usually never receive all my mail on time, I signed up for Usps informed delivery and the mail that arrives is missing one or two documents. It’s always the important paperwork never the junk mail. Those I get every time on time. They never pick up their phone. Someone really needs to look and this office and how they function. Maybe hire Amazon services to complete deliveries than these reps who never do their job right.

The Temple Terrace post office has got to be the absolute worst in the entire state! They NEVER answer their phones. The letter carrier for my apartments is so lazy, she REFUSES to deliver packages EVERY TIME and sends them back to the office then they ALWAYS get lost. They refuse to do anything about it after me complaining for years. She is RUDE if you catch her and try to ask any questions. I have filed numerous complaints and have never received ONE reply. I've never experienced such lack of professionalism in ANY other area of life. I can't say enough about how horrible this office is !

Temple terrace post office needs to adjust their hours to opening at 8 closing at 6 for holiday hours. It’s unforgivable management to have such a small post office for the size of this community and not realize the need. Bottom line temple terrace needs a larger facility.

I went to get my package this morning to find the box was already opened. I know it was locked because, when I went to get the package on Friday, the bent key would not go in the key hole that was blocked. I was going to leave a note for the mail person but saw the box open and my package gone. Unfortunately It was medicine for my cat which I cannot get again for another month. I did not complain when I did not get some very important bills. I did not complain when I got other people's mail. But not getting much needed meds is enough. Having my boxes returned to the post office because they were "too heavy" for the postal worker is too much. Get your act together. No wonder there are those that want to privitize you, which I used to be against.

I live in Temple Terrace, right off 56th street and Busch Blvd at Park of Chesterfield apartment. I had not received mail in 4 weeks, so I went to the Post Office and there received all my mail, When I ask the Postman why can I receive my mail at my apartment mailbox, he said the lock has been changed and no postman is able to leave mail, then he said there isn't anything they can do about, I said it your mailbox, he said next customer. So in order for me to get my mail I would need pick it up at the post office every other day, taking a risk with this coronavirus around a large crown. There are 20 apartment on this one box who are not receiving their mail.

I just recently moved to Temple Terrace and have been here for 2 months and have been trying to get my mailbox changed out because my previous apartment management have changed and lost the key. First they changed the wrong mailbox now they sent my mail back stating vacant which is crazy because I literally just got mail on Monday. It is this guy he is so rude in my opinion there, shouldn't be in customer service in my opinion. The supervisors don't help at all. I had reported them to the resolutions dept but haven't heard anything which I don't think I will.

I live in Temple Heights area, mail carrier destroyed my mailbox, can not get a hold of anyone at the Temple Terrace office. I am planning on buying a box to attach to my home. They can walk my mail up, since can not take responsibility. And my driveway is steepest Hill in neighborhood.

Absolutely horrible. I continuously get mail intended for other tenants in my business complex, literally on a weekly basis. I often do not get things that were mailed to me and I'm sure they're going to other places in the business complex. I've had checks returned to Sender saying there's no mail receptacle (when there is). I've contacted the postmaster and the place still sucks. I even contacted the postmaster over all of Tampa and still no improvement. This place is a joke.

I was taught long ago that the proper or courteous response to a "Thank You" was "You're Welcome" or a least a smile or a wave or some acknowledgement. Well we have one of the most unfriendly, discourteous postal delivery "Old Man" in the 33637 area that should not be working for the USPS. He has destroyed mail boxes jerking them open, delivered mail that someone put in their box to be taken by him to the post office for mailing and he delivers it to one of my neighbors instead. This happened today, Aug 9, 2017. Thank goodness we are honest people on this street and will take it to the post office directly so it gets where it should have. He needs to be replaced. We used to have a very nice mail lady until two years ago and this jack _ _ _ replaced her. As for the inside Temple Terrace postal workers they are very friendly, professional and courteous.

Horrible. I'm so fed ip with the Temple Terrace Post office. Always having issues with the carriers and yhe supervisors cover for them. Holding mail, no notifications, always a reason/excuse why the postal service is not doing their job. Customer service the worse when it comes to complaints.

For over one year, we have tried to get what was promised. Which is packages put in a larger box, with the key left in our P.O.Box. We are told...employees are new, forget to do it, the larger boxes were in use (never true). Part of getting a P.O. Box was not having to wait in lines. Our box goes up in cost every year (we've had it for 3 yrs), but the service gets worse. I don't mind paying more, as long as I get what was promised. Getting my mail early (by 10:30), not having to wait to pick up small packages. It's a joke. Service needs to get it right.

If you' ve received good service in the past it might be the installation of the new postmaster by Mr. Trump who has done everything he can possibly do to slow down and sabotage postal deliveries and even increased postage rates at Christmas. The man is a very wealthy man with his own independent private mail service company. So the way he sees it, the postoffice is in competition with his private business. Many have complained since this man was hired and there have been many complaints, not just in Temple Terrace. I haven't been in the post office of late but for the 50 years we've lived in the Terrace we've always had good mail service. So this is disappointing news. I understand the man at the top is being replaced so hopefully we will go back to good service.
