Even WITH the age of Covid, this is probably the worst I have ever seen our mail carriers service. Lost packages, rude short-tempered employees, zero answering of the phones, not delivering the mail the way it was instructed to be, the list goes on and on. Just absolute hot garbage. But then again, what can you expect from federal service.
My fiancé just move with me and haven’t got her license change yet so her mother just pass away and they mail her cremations I talk to a lady on the phone myself to ask to her the delivery at the post office , because I just didn’t want it sitting outside side so I go to Pick them up and this white old lady was like like “ do you have a paper “ I said no I called and had them to hold it then she ask for my license now I move to a different address as well and my license is not change and the cremations are in my fiancé name she come back holding it upside down and gone say oh I cant give “it” to you and if her license and address don’t match up “i can’t give it to you guys “ like how can you keep someone cremations .... just rude service and she needs to be fired And they don’t answer the phone at ALL
Worst mail service I've ever had, and nobody cares. Most days I don't receive my mail because I close at 5 and they come later. No body will answer the phone there either. No wonder their are going bankrupt.
My package was received by Galzerike in this office. He didn’t deliver to my box. I haven’t seen it since May. I been called this office many times. Nobody answer the phone! This post office has a problem.! Poor business and customer service . The blue recycle containers should have the locks. I mentioned to the post men, no one care about it. Maybe it needs to go on the news and then federal help the above situation.!
My sister Zoraida who lives at 8220 N Florida Ave apt 336 Tampa Florida have not received a priority mail package I sent her on Monday May 18 2020. The tracking number tells me it was delivered on Thursday May 21 2020. As of today my sister has not gotten the package. My sister is handicapped and she cannot hear very well or see very well. It says the package was put in a Parcel Locker. We have no idea what that is and she needs the package to be delivered to her door and given to her. Not anyone else. She has been waiting for it. Please, please I need for her to get the package ASAP. Thank you
No answer EVER - at the post office main number on the site. Serious issues with our delivery person. I keep getting neighbor's mail, i keep getting my packages LOST. Lately, on a couple of packages, when reported undelivered, saw an 'exception' stating delivery was attempted but was un-accessible!!! wow!!! my mail box is on the side of the road, no fences, no restrictions whatsoever - same all the way to my front door. Not sure what our delivery person is under, but definitely doing a terrible job. Mail is extremely important for someone not to care enough about ensuring prompt and save delivery.
Here's my review of this lousy post office. The workers here stink with raunchy attitudes and the delivery personnel are assholes. They can't read or deliver mail in the correct way. Their supervisors are so lazy they aren't doing their jobs and shouldn't get paid. They put the wrong mail in and they leave the mailbox doors open. They hate gay people even though one one the mail carriers is a lesbian who hates men. How stupid is that. Call and report them and nothing is done. This is bullshit at its best. I'm gay and I don't hate women. Why would a damn nasty ass lesbian hate gay guys. This place sucks and should be completely overhauled and I'm gonna make sure it is. Supervisors return your money cause you don't work. Make these mail carriers do their jobs. They are all a piece of shit.
How can a post office operate with published phone number that ALWAYS RINGS BUSY? I know why: they don't want to respond to complaints about poor service. I just don't know HOW a government office can be allowed to rip off taxpayers with cronic non-responsive service. Any ideas on how to get someone to answer the phone and explain
why our mail is being delivered by outgoing mail not taken?
There is gross misconduct and incompetence going on at this post office. The people get combative, rude and condescending on the phone, and will not help customers on the phone. They make sarcastic remarks and lie about tracking numbers, and delivery. No one delivered any mail at my home today, however, the package that was supposed to be delivered stated that it was out for delivery today, August 20th. When I called , the employee stated that there was no tracking number that matched my number, however, after I spoke with them, they entered information on the record of the package into the computer, so either they found the package, or they lied to me. Someone needs to come in and clean up this mess! Apparently , these employees have no one checking up on them, because they are not doing their jobs, and are jerking customers around. There better be someone there tomorrow, or someone will be hearing about it.
This post office is TERRIBLE. They never answer the phone, and I have been having problems with a package that was suppose to been over knighted to me for an entire week!!! Who owns this place because that is who I want to talk to!!!!!!!!!
I received a package at my door today and it was empty. This was a Xmas package from my mom to her grand kids. I called the post office and they stated it was already empty when they received it. I don't know who to believe. I'm pretty upset and there is no solution. My mom's hard earned money down the drain!!!
I had an argument with my mail man 2 day. I stood at my front door and watched him fill out a pick up slip saying he tried to deliver it but no one answered. He never came to the door. As I walked towards him he says, I thought u weren't home. I said probably cuz u didn't knock. Then I asked him why 1 of my packages were scanned delivered when I never received it, it was eventually sent back to my mother, one of my pick up slips ended up in my neighbors mailbox, thank God she was nice enough to give it to us, and one package was marked delivered one day even tho we didn't receive it and the next day it was marked that a delivery notice was left but we never received one at which point I physically went into the post office and was there 45 minutes before they told me they couldn't find it and that I could make a complaint with the supervisor the following Monday which is impossible to do because I work Monday thru Friday and they never answer the phones. His answer to my question regarding my packages was, "how am I supposed to know"! Unbelievable! Maybe because it's your job to know... Needless to say it became a screaming match back and forth at no point which he took responsibility for anything. He kept saying he didn't know and that it could've been another mailman. I better be able to reach a supervisor soon because if not, I will be taking my complaints higher. I have lived all over the country and have never dealt with such laziness and disregard anywhere else!
They never answer the phone ... its always something with this post office someone from up top needs to go into this office and see what the problem is. why arethey are so rude when you go inside the office as well. this is not how a business should operate.
