I spoke to agent today at 2pm regarding our change of address. Wanted to make certain that I filled everything ok correctly. He stated that everything looked good and placed note in the old carrier box to make certain that mail gets forwarded. Was helpful

I left food for the Food Drive by the mailbox and no one picked it up. I thought the Postal worker was going to do that. My address is 24239 Branchwood Court, Lutz, Fl There are various bags on the curb.

Absolutely ridiculous! I mailed a "Birthday Card" to my brother in England, 4 days ago. Today it is delivered in "MY" mailbox!! No reason why. The envelope was weighed and postage determined by postal worker... It will now be too late (today is Friday evening) to arrive before his birthday!! Seriously, these people need to pay attention and do a good job, NOT just a job!! And I know they don't expect me to pay again; for their screw up!

Why is our mail at Heritage Harbor off of Lutz-Lake Fern Rd. being delivered/picked up so late recently. Used to be early afternoon, this week coming later and later until yesterday (10/8) not until 6:30PM. I see the mail truck parked a few times with the mail person texting, is that why?

I have not been able to drive for the last few years so I am not able to come in to personally state my feelings. My mail delivery is by a gentleman named Johnny and I just felt the need to let you know how grateful I am for his service. He is always prompt, kind, and polite. I am sure that there are many people on his route that feel the same however we all tend to forget the good times and just grumble about the bad! Johnny is a winner!

USPS Authorized Shipper has opened at 18801 N. Dale Mabry Highway, Lutz, FL. The name of the location is the Lutz Mail Depot. You can't miss it as they display a Mayberry Sheriff's Car and a Fire Marshal car at the entrance to their location.
