On July 30, 2021, I left a note in my mailbox for the postman to leave me a card to hold my mail for vacation. Today is Aug.4, 2021 and my note was still in my mailbox but no card to hold my mail. I'm very disappointed in my postman. At least he could have left me a note stating he had read it and if he wasn't able to leave a card. Thank you.

This is my postoffice in my neighborhood. Great customer service by Lisa & Brad. I do my weekly business here. Highly recommended!

We moved to a new condo 4 weeks ago. The previous owner lost her mailbox key. We immediately put in a work order for a new lock and key replacement, with Embassy Crossing post office. To date and after weekly phone calls nothing has been done. Lacking customer service .

Have not received stamps I ordered 4 days ago with the Embassy crossing envelope. The office doesn’t answer their phone. Because of covid stay at home directive i would not like to go out but see no other way. Poor effort to assist people on your part
