I am beyond furious with my mail lady. I waited for my package. She drives by my house and doesn’t come out and then tells that she attempted to deliver the package. But she didn’t. I was outside. She broke our new mail box during Christmas. I have yet to hear back from the manager cause of it. The mail lady is RUDE beyond rude. She never delivers anything on time. And then she says she attempted to deliver it. I live in beacon woods off 52. And she is horrible!!!!!!! Please get someone new because this is beyond

We recently moved to Aripeka from Grand Island Fl. We first drove into town and loved the area , and fell in love and bought a home. One thing that make living in Aripeka a pleasure is my daily visit to the Post Office. Carmen Griffin is a ray of sunshine. She is never too busy to say a cherry hello and takes the time to answer a quick question about the area or directions to a nearby restaurant or business Carmen helps with all Postal needs with a smiles always sending you off with a thank you and have a wonderful day People are so quick to complain but not at Aripeka PO you, we have a gem

A package was left at the end od my long driveway yesterday later in the day. It had books and it rained last night so the box got wet, making the books rippled. There is no reason for that except lazy. I have a circular Drive and could have been easily been left on my dry front porch. I will be contacting the business that this came from as they are for my Quilt shop and now can not be sold. This can not happen. That person needs to know 9609 Fulton Ave Hudson Please reply that what will be done

I wish to tell all of the employees of the Pasco County USPS how pleased I am with their service and positive attitudes. I know that you probably receive a lot more complaints than 'thank you's', which is normal for any governmental agency. In the 15 years my wife and I have lived in this area we have found NOTHING negative to say about your people. Please pat them on the back for us. Leeman Hackworth.

Very very disappointed in the mail carrier who delivers mail in the Arlington woods subdivision 34667. She always over stuffs boxes and packages in the mail box bit yesterday was ridiculous. The box was obviously too big to fit and she literally squashed it a fourth of the way in the box damaging the carton. After the heavy rain the box was lying near the curbside soaking wet. This should be unacceptable. Postmaster will be notified

I live on Sunnydale Drive in Hudson I am been constantly not receiving my mail and I know that I’m supposed to get mail because I’ve downloaded the app that lets you know what you have for meal coming I have made numerous complaints to the post office my mail has been put in other people’s mailboxes I’ve had a package that was delivered to the wrong house the post lady at the post office even pulled up the GPS and seen that it was scanned at the wrong house nothing was done about it this is getting pathetic something needs to be done at this post office because I have mail that I am expecting and this is not cutting it this is unacceptable

If you have a p.o. box and the mail comes in today to post office, when will you be able to come in and get your mail, will it go in your box that day? By what time that day or the following day?

We stopped our mail on may 27 2019 and here it is July 16 and have not received 1 piece of mail. Called and talked to several and says it is ok in the system. We have tried calling back and all it does is ring , ring, know one answers.

The mail lady gets later and later-Today she came after 6 PM! I Don' t like this carrier.

I mailed two certified letters to Brooksville that were supposed to be delivered 9/10. Both were first routed to Tampa, then to Fort Myers and today, one is back in Tampa and the other just arrived in Boston MA. No wonder the USPS is losing money!!!!!

I have been getting my neighbors mail. Most recently I received an Official Change of Address Confirmation for aJoshua B Johns...whoever he is. I've tried calling the post office with zero success since the phone is constantly busy! I have concerns because I get my pet's meds by mail and am waiting on correspondence from m attorney. It would be nice to get a response.

This is simply the most pathetic staff I have ever encountered in a post office. I am afraid to order from E-Bay or Amazon when they do not use UPS or Fed-Ex. I get my mail, and then a text that a package was undeliverable due to a receptacle in the way. How did I get my other mail then? You people need to be fired.

I live in Hudson at 13617 Meadow Green Ln. 34669. Several times over the last three months my mail has not reached its destination, and checks have not cleared my Bank. This is becoming an on going problem. I see by other reviews in Hudson, that this has become a real problem for many others. What ever your reason or excuse it needs fixed.

You are failing at forwarding my mail. On May 23 I submitted an online change of address. Today, friday June 9, I am NOT RECEIVING MAIL!!! I am missing the Pasco County tax statement and a Scott County MN tax statement, as well as my 1st class mail! Today I received a water bill sent in an envelope of my daughters that is now late. My child should not have to repackage my mail and place postage on things that should have come through forwarding. I am missing large checks as well as bills from Hudson. My property tax is now probably late and YOU can pay the late fees! The move was from Carol Whitney 13011 Sherman Drive Hudson to 2000 Lakeview Drive Jordan MN 55352. I am a retired USPS carrier so I know how forwarding works. Your carrier is probably delivering my mail to the old address, and my daughter doesn't go to the mailbox daily. My mail is probably laying in the old mailbox. It has been 14 business days since my change of address, and I am getting very angry. Like everyone else, the funds that are lost somewhere in the mail has put me in an unsustainable position. GET THIS FIXED!!!!!!!!!! Carol Whitney

Phone is off the hook 24/7. Don't expect to call as it is 100% busy even after hours. Delivery is very bad as explained by others here in Hudson. Use UPS or FedEx if you want something not damaged. I watched my carrier throw my 3d printer like a basketball on my CCD cameras. I get "delivery delays" all the time too and mostly on Saturdays where my delivery guy just doesn't feel like delivering on my street. Completely poo in my opinion. Avoid if you actually want something on time.

I have never had such terrible mail service in any city I have ever lived. I live on a road where the mail boxes are at the end of the road. 1/10 of mile away. That's bad enough. But because you "contract out" your carriers in Hudson, they do as they please. Meaning I can't get an over night express document or package ( has happened repeatedly!) which this last episode was important and needed on the day it should have been delivered. Instead because the incompetent driver leaves a pickup notice in the box rather than attempt to deliver the document as they should have. Now that means I have to wait yet ANOTHER day though the customer paid for guaranteed delivery by the specific day. Now I have to drive 7 miles to get the document on top of that. ITs infuriating when FedX, UPS and anyone else drives it to MY DOOR. ONLY the Postal Service DOESN"T. Its unacceptable but thankfully we are no longer STUCK with this pitiful excuse of service. I have spoke to the Post Master, said nothing he can do but mention it to the drivers. How sad but no problem. I now have all clients to no longer use the USPS. Use only FedX or UPS, online services when possible but NEVER USE the USPS. Other companies seem to care about wanting our business. I won't even ORDER anything from any company that uses the USPS for delivery. Apparently the USPS doesn't get that your not the only way to send important information, packages, etc. and I no longer have to deal with this ridiculous service. 3 yrs of this madness. DONE.

The postman/woman who delivers mail in Beacon Woods East continually puts my mail in other peoples mailboxes and other peoples mail in my mail box. Yesterday my neighbor brought over my paycheck and insurance information. a few months back my other neighbor brought over my electric bill, bank statement and credit card bill (after she had opened it by mistake) I get mail for people who live on Spicebox and Sirus Streets. I live on Serpentine. This is not good that other people get my important papers. just wondering how much mail I should have gotten that never got to me by the mailman or neighbors who didn't bother to get it to me??? My neighbor behind me has the same problem, my neighbor beside me has the same problem...Who sorts the mail for Beacon Woods East?

Why did the very lazy driver jam my Amazon package into my mail box rather than get out of the truck and leave the package at my Front Door Thank you for nothing very funny
