Postal Locations

My mail, when I am lucky enough to have it delivered, has been ripped open, mangled or otherwise damaged for weeks on end. Terrible service and I will be speaking directly to the postmaster in my area, again. Terrible.

The IRS sent my stimulas check out on the 26th and I still have not received it, when I tried to call the post office I was met with over an hour wait time.

I have been searching for my package that should have arrived on July 18th at 1:48 it said it was delivered but I never received it. I have called and no answer. I even checked my ring and it never shows of any delivery at the time or on that date.

I have called my local post office727 847 1659 New Port Richey Fl. today six times and no answer. I need to talk with someone concerning my mail being forward. Very frustrating.

I suggest that you hire drivers who can read. Three packages clearly addressed to me have been marked as elivered to my front door. In the case of two of the packages they were delivered to an address two blocks away. I have no idea where the last package with a value of $100 was delivered, but I sure as hell haven't received it.

Post office says it delivered 2 packages to my mail box at 1:01, not only did they not deliver the packages, but I was sitting on my porch at that time. Also package in yobr, just up and disappeared...

Not happy at all...scheduled a pick up today and got confirmation guess what got home mail was delivered but no pick up. Started calling New Port Richey office at 4:00 called 15 times and the phone just rang and rang for over 1/2hr and of course you close at 4:30...very disatisfied customer

I live on El Camino Paloma St. in Port Richey. Yesterday, a very important package I was waiting for was delivered 2 streets over. Thank goodness the person that received the package was honest enough to bring it to me. Your mail carriers for this area need to be more aware of deliveries. I have had MANY pieces of other people's mail delivered to my box. It was so much nicer when we had a REGULAR delivery person. Now I don't know who's going to deliver from one day to the next or what time. Sometimes it's in the morning, sometimes in the afternoon, sometimes not at all. WE NEED PRIMARY MAIL CARRIERS!!!!

My mail is not being delivered. I called the New Port Richey office on Main St. I let it ring and ring, but no answer. My issue is that I have been waiting for 1st class mail from California since 2/3/18. As of today's mail, 2/12/18 there is nothing. In the past I have received other peoples mail numerous times which had the same house number but a different street address. I am wondering if my letter was delivered to them instead and they are not redirecting it back to me. What can I do to stop this frustrating issue? I have written notes to my carrier, but here we go again! This letter is very important to me. It appears that there are many people in NPR with similar complaints. Why aren't mis-deliveries being addressed? I guess email and texting are the ways to go since usps is unreliable. I have doubts that our comments will be read and addressed.

The last couple of weeks we are not getting any of the food ads from Winn Dixie, Aldi's, or General Dollar, etc or the coupons that generally come on Tuesday and occasionally on Wednesday I hope that the postal carrier is not throwing these out as I plan my weekly shopping based on them not to mention that these stores pay to have them delivered. Can you find out what the problem is? Thanks

I'm very upset with the women that drops my mail off! She either leaves my mail box open or stuffs everything in my mailbox so bad it's squished! And today she couldn't get out and bring my mail to my door!!!! My packages aren't here because she just took off instead of delivering my mail!

They will not answer their phone ever

My neighbors mail ended up in my mailbox. Leaving it out for tomorrow's pickup with the flag up. Tired of my mail going to my neighbors and theirs to mine.

Not sure how many times I have to call and complain about my packages being delivered to the wrong address. Employees are rude and not helpful. No wonder everyone pays their bills online. I am beyond frustrated with the lack of service from the New Port Richey post office.

I have sent 2 package from New Port Richey post office on Tuesday 16th priority mail Show on my receipt for delivery Friday the 19th to Plain field IL As of today one is still in new port richey and the other package is in Tampa. I have sent a package from Largo post office on Friday 19th priority mail, its in Elk Grove IL. Your employee with the brown hair and bad bleach job was very rude when I came in and inquired what the process for a passport was. She told me I couldn't be helped without making an appointment and Ted me I had to go to the government building. I won't go back to that location again, that is not good customer service.
