I mailed 7 small pins that I had made about March 5, 2020 & even though I was told (previously) that thicker mail had to be treated differently, this time I was given the stamps for the gift envelopes & told to deposit them in the mail slot. The gifts were received in a totally torn up, & decrepit state that they couldn't be saved. I did pay the 15cent fee for special handling but, was NOT given the service. Thanks!!!

I would like to know how I can fly out of USA, I know I have to bring my born paper, and SSI card and my I'D, please let me know how much it cost and how long for each alot of payments, thanks very much

Our company has to mail bulk orders at least once a week. Every time we go in there, the employees always comment on the amount we mail and that our timing is always bad to them. We are always made to feel we are inconveniencing them. NOT HAPPY WITH THE ELFERS POST OFFICE AT ALL!!! This is your job....get over it!!

The clerks at the PO were extremely helpful and courteous this past Saturday. They quickly helped all customers and were especially helpful to customers shipping internationally.
