We are not getting our mail. The mail person flies down the street and might stop at two houses. We get other people's mail so they must be getting ours. We are not happy about this and so are our neighbors

Glad and sorry to see I'm not the only one having problems with this place. A package was place in my mailbox today that CLEARLY DID NOT FIT in the mailbox. I've been waiting on this package for three weeks and now the contents are damaged and useless. Tried to make a complaint on the mobile site and it's like they make it difficult so no one makes a complaint. They don't even have a "CONTACT US" link on the desktop site. Why are the mail people so damn lazy now?

Came to pick up a package on Saturday. They only allow package pickup from 10am to 12pm. He told me that the package was probably on the truck and to come back right around 12noon or a little later because he'd be there and he would probably have it. At 11:59am, I began knocking on the door. After 8 minutes, it was obvious he was not going to answer it. When I came out the back gates were now closed and locked or I would have walked back there to find out why he didn't answer the door. Careless and terrible customer service. Now I have to take time off of work to pick it up!!!!!!! No thanks to you for your selfish actions.

reserved carrier pickup for a package. Carrier never picked up. I tried telephoning the post office six times during normal hours. No one ever picked up the telephone.

Your employee at this location, Janice, is so cheerful and pleasant, ALL the time. I sell items on Amazon, and send packages often. Janice makes me look forward to going to the post office.
