What does it take to get someone to answer the phone? 2:56 My driver put mail in my box 2:57 He tossed an Amazon package on my porch. 2:58 I went to get mail and found that he left a slip that basically said, "Sorry I missed you...." instructing me to pick up a Certified Letter the next day. HE NEVER TRIED TO GET IT TO ME!!!! I met up with him on the street behind me, his excuse was that I wasn't home to which I told him, "I WAS home, I park my car in the garage!" When he was tossing the Amazon package all he needed to do was ring my bell, he didn't! If I hadn't been so quick to get the mail I would have had to make an unnecessary trip to the post office tomorrow because a driver isn't doing his job. This really irritated me. I couldn't even report it because 3 times I tried calling and noone answered the phone.

This is one of the best cleanest POs in all my 68 years I've ever seen. The staff iscfriendly and quick. I mail at least 5 to10 small packages a week. My customers are always telling me how fast my its arrive. One of the few times a delivery was lost, the manager was able to locate it off locarltion and get it moving. Honestly this is the best friendliness cleanest PO I have ever used. PS My PO Box works great!

Tarpon Springs post office is one of THE WORST locations. Their mail carriers are also awful and can't do their jobs correctly. The phone rings and rings, no one ever answers so delivery problems never get resolved. I shouldn't have to drive 30 mins in busy traffic to come in to be serviced in person, why have a phone number publicly displayed if no one ever answers?!?! And judging by all the other reviews I see for this location, I'm not the only one you guys have made mad. Get it together, Tarpon Springs!!!

Why doesn't anyone answer the phone??? USPS Customer Service responded to my email and said I should contact my local post office. I shouldn't have to drive there to speak with someone. Absolutely ridiculous.

In my thought process, if you have a somewhat difficult time opening my mailbox then you will probably have the same difficulty in closing it. The only mail person that has been able to follow this directive that I gave to Sybil previously was Frank and now I am told he retired. I literally watched 3 different delivery people the last 3 days have a hard time opening it then just not shutting it or waiting to see if they did shut it. This service is not acceptable. I have also tried calling and NO ONE answers the phone!

We are very pleased with the mail service at The Woods at Anderson Park. However the latches on some of the mailboxes are rusty and difficult to open up. I finally got my box open, but then I couldn't close it. Can someone from the Post Office check the mailboxes and lubricate the latches to avoid this problem? Thank you

Good day Madam/Sir I have sent a parcel to Mr. Melvyn B. Drew, 2899 Grey Oak Boulevard, 34688 in Tarpon Springs Florida. The parcel is registered. I kindly ask you to tell Mr. Drew to refuse the parcel, because it is not meant for him. A certain D. Craig asked me to send to him but it is scam. The parcel contains an apple watch worth 450 Dollars. thank you and have a nice day

've lived in Tarpon Springs for two years and the mail delivery issues were immediate. Bills not delivered or late, packages lost etc.. I have spoken with the supervisor in charge of the carriers several times without resolution. I now try and exclusively do all my bills online to avoid the post office all together but sometimes mailing must be through Tarpon Springs Post office and its always a problem. The last straw was my wife had a package from JC Crew claiming to be delivered and never was so they resent another package and guess what ? That one ALSO was lost! Now if we can't avoid the USPS I have items mailed to my sons house to avoid Tarpon Springs PO. This place is an embarrassment that lacks supervision and carriers that don't give a sh-t.

This has got to be the sorriest post office I’ve ever seen. These SOBs get paid a king’s ransom and it seems like they sit all day with their thumbs up their asses. I don’t know if they’re just lazy or don’t have enough help. I was sent a CERTIFIED letter of importance, and it was to be a REQUIRED SIGNATURE, I Go to my mailbox and there it is. I go to informed delivery, the butt hole that delivered it lied and said “left with individual”. I’ve been getting mail of the previous tenant for 7 months after I’ve asked them not to put this persons mail in my box. UNBELIEVABLE!

I need the post office to stop and pickup mail at my store. 3307 US Highway 19 Holiday FL. 33491 I should not have to deliver my mail to the post office.

The post man does not deliver my mail when I have mail that is scheduled to be delivered. I have seen him drive by my house knowing there is mail to be delivered. I know this because I get USPS Informed Delivery Digest to know when mail is arriving and I have a ring doorbell to watch the post man drive by. And I have now watched him drive by multiple occasions when there was mail to be delivered. PLEASE DELIVER MY MAIL AS IT COMES IN, PLEASE!

Was told by USPS that my package was delivered a week ago NEXT to a COMMUNITY mailbox. When I call they pick up the phone then immediately hang up. They haven't responded to my tickets and I'm about to go in and raise hell. This is ridiculous. We've ALL got a job to do and if you dont like doing your job quit!!

We must have the laziest mail carrier of all TArpon Springs! My neighbor is having their house remodeled and there is on only parking garage on one side of our street so with vans and trucks having to park on my side street our lazy LARGE size bodied carrier can’t stop walk Five steps pick up my out going and leave mail? Lots of folks would like this job! She sucks. Bring back our former carrier Rick! He was awesome, I’ve had this lazy person rather than bring certified mail for signature to our door leave a slip so we had to go to station. Yes Harbor Oaks subdivision Tarpon Springs

I have had problems with my carrier and can prove employee misconduct, I have personally chewed him out twice, spoke to a so called carrier supervisor 3 times, my change of address was effective nov. the 15th but the dirtbag carried held my mail including a w2 for 3 weeks . I confronted him on video and he claims to not know who I am. I have a letter from the USPS stating that my change of address is official on nov the 15th. I have contacted customer service, left 2 negative e mail responses and nobody from the post office has reached out to me. I am over it and considering outside assistance.

I have sent several cards, letters, to a friend in Tarpon Springs and he never got any of them. I have tried calling several times using several phone numbers. Finally got a gentleman & complained & he said he would make sure the gentlemen's name is listed at that address. Sent last one on Dec 28, 2019, & he still has not received them. Called the Main Office of the US PO & put in a complaint. Now sending letter to the Tarpon Springs Post Commander. There is a Snake somewhere either throwing away mail or looking inside to see if there is money in the cards, then throwing away.

Just want to give a special thank you to John Concannon , supervisor at the Lime St. Tarpon Springs post office. He went above and beyond to assist with a problem I was having. When I was frustrated due to no help from the city, he really tried his best to find out what he could do to help. It is much appreciated and I want his superiors to be aware.

When we have our daily delivery person , mail is delivered and packages are not lost.. I was suppose to receive a package today and according to tracking, it was delivered. Driver drove right by my house.. Now I have no clue where package is.. I think ebay and Amazon needs to eliminate the PO as a delivery service.

I have complained about not receiving Sports Illustrated magazines in the past and it still is an ongoing problem. I spoke to the driver who said "we'd get it when he got it". However we have missed 8 recently. It is an expensive magazine and I have subscribed for many years.

Our carrier doesn't even come by our office. We have been in this location for 6 months. He goes to the building by the street but NEVER comes to our office to see if there is outgoing mail. We have complained and have been told he is the best carrier they have. If this is the best Tarpon has to offer, we may consider moving our offices elsewhere. We shouldn't have to call the postmaster every time we need the carrier to stop by. Filing a complaint did NOTHING. No wonder the USPS is floundering.

I'm not sure if this comment will reach the rural carrier supervisor in Tarpon Springs (deliveries to Beckett Way Townhomes) ... I hope it does!! I've called the P.O. numerous times with complaints about our letter carrier to no avail. He's a very lazy man. There are a bunch of stories, but today was the final straw!! He literally threw my package toward the door ... I heard it and wondered what had happened outside. I guess he was hoping he'd get it close? It hit the brick wall leading to our front door and landed sideways against it. Glad it wasn't something breakable! My husband is a letter carrier for Palm Harbor. He knows the service that is expected from the USPS. I sent him a picture of the package ... he couldn't believe it!! I certainly don't expect the carrier to bring packages all the way up to my front door, but is it too much to ask that he PLACE my packages on the ground near the door so they're protected from the sun, rain and/or passers by?
