Came today after receiving a notification that mail was taken to the Palm Harbor location due to being oversized (not just 1 package but entire contents of mailbox were taken). Notice was marked as "Final Notice" (even though no prior notice was received) and also marked as "Available for pickup date: Until 11/08 at USPS Palm Harbor". When arriving at the location waited for 30min before being told that they do not allow for mail to be picked up and delivery would resume tomorrow (11/04). Prince ("like Prince and the Pauper" according to him) was very disrespected and tuned us out completely when we told him that we would not be at home so we would be in the same situation with mail being held "hostage" at the post office. His reply would be it won't happen (not sure how mail can magically decrease in size....LOL). Got to love these government workers. He did take our number and let us know that the Supervisor Ray (would not provide a last name when asked) would call us today to discuss further. Not holding my breath for that to happen. So right now our mail is being held hostage with no idea of when we will be able to receive.

I came to your Post Office today because a certified letter was not delivered, and I need to know where the item is. I waited in the Post Office for over 1/2 hr. and got no help at all. The clerk Greg called for a supervisor twice and no one responded. Greg took my name, phone #, and the Cert. Mail #, and promised me that a supervisor would look into the problem and phone me today. I have heard from no one. The cert mail # is 7022 1670 0002 0619 0605.

Mail was placed on hold from 09/01 till 09/06. As of 09/08 delivery has not resumed!!! And, if you call the post office no one answers the phone! Service at its best? Hardly !

Called to ask why a mail carrier just completely drove by our building and didn't stop to even pick up the outgoing mail and was told "they don't have to if they don't have any mail for you". This is the most absurd thing I have ever heard! This complex is full of medical practices that ALWAYS have outgoing mail and you're going to tell me they don't have to stop and pick it up when there is no outside boxes for any of the offices?! I am appalled by this and the supervisors nasty attitude when I said they need to come in everyday because we always have outgoing mail and basically told me he could care less what I thought. Training on proper customer service is needed desperately at this location and mail carriers should be taught to pick up mail even if they don't have anything to drop off. Absolutely ridiculous behavior.

I received a notice from USPS that something was being delivered yesterday however I guess they forgot to tell the letter carrier as no mail was delivered at all to my complex! This is not the first time this has happened when our regular carrier is off. When she is on, the mail is delivered on time every day. Totally disgusting and what was expected yesterday was extremely important! Thanks for nothing post office!

I came to the post office to check tracking on a package that I was told would be here yesterday. The person that “helped “ me was completely unhelpful , sarcastic and indifferent . The only information he offered was “in transit” Not a mystery why the majority of the public thinks the post office is a horribly run and unnecessary government agency. What is the purpose of providing tracking information if you can’t narrow down the location of a package to less than “ it left New Hampshire”

The mail delivery for TEALWOOD Villas off Ridgemoor Blvd. is becoming later and later than usual. Do not blame all the junk mail on the election circulars as the reason we cannot get the mail at a reasonable time of day! Today is Friday at 4:10 pm and nothing is here as yet! Can you please look into this situation as it s becoming very frustrating to say the least!!!! Jeri Snapp

You have it easy :) I live off Hwy 19, near the Boat and Motor Superstore, and ours shows up as late as 8:45pm, with the earliest ever being 3:30 pm. It's been like that years before the election, and now several weeks after. Good luck!

I am so disappointed that I cannot call my local Post Office. I have a simple question. To ask a question, it will cost me $1. That is ridiculous!
