Dear Postmaster, As a handicapped resident at 725 Manor Drive West, I receive my mail by your authorization in a postal box at my front door. My mail is supposed to be brought to my door. Todays mail was left by the mailman on the wooden frame which had previously held my mailbox at the street driveway. This narrow shelf with no mailbox exposed to the element was where my mail was placed today, exposed to wind and rain. Only by chance my cleaning lady on her departure noticed the exposed mail which included my water bill and several business letters. This concerns me greatly, especially since this is the time when 1099s tax material is received. I trust you understand the seriousness of this situation. Please instruct new and inexperienced carriers on the proper delivery of permitted handicapped mail. Thank you for your attention. Edward Ericson
This post office sucks! I received mail that is postmark over two weeks prior to me receiving it and I am waiting for Christmas presents to be delivered! And it's almost the middle of January! Completely upset my grandchildren did not receive the Christmas presents previous to Christmas!
What are the delivery timeframes to expect your mail? Not sure why ours is consistently coming so late in the day. Frequently, around 5pm and last week after 7pm. My neighbors across the street got theirs at 7:30pm. My stuff sits in the truck all day melting. I couldn't see the routes posted anywhere.
You have your phone on constant busy so no one can reach anyone if we have a question. We therefore are forced to come into the post office. How inconvenient and unnecessary. Very poor service. Typical of the Postal Seevice.
My regular postman is terrific and has given me great postal service consistently. He is professional thorough careful with my mail and packages and friendly to boot. I rely on him and the postal service for all that is provided. In addition I am thankful I have the advantage of the Dunedin Post Office which is efficient with pleasant helpful staff in a clean and accessible manner. Reading some of the negative comments in the reviews I must live in an alternate town if not universe. So I want to thank my postman and the post office for all your services.
Generally quite good service, friendly personnel and very helpful. I was expecting a delivery on 11/8, stayed home all day. No delivery, checked tracking and it stated "Unable To Access Building". We have a call box in lobby, look up last name and it rings in our unit and we buzz in the individual at the door. Our regular mailman never has an issue doing this. I called Saturday 11/9 during open hours 9am-12pm, yet the recording stated not open and no ability to leave a msg. Not happy that this expected item was/is not delivered.
Boo hoo all of you complaining about the little stuff in Life.
"Boo Hoo my mailman smokes a big smelly cigar."
My mail waaaahhh waaaahhh.

Getting sorry we missed you notices in my mailbox! Not even attempted to knock on door have dogs who go crazy when someone knocks on door! Have it on video too! Getting tired of going to the Post office and getting my packages because the mailman don't want to get out of his truck!
On 12/18/18 Was not please to get my mail and find mailbox door left open because package was shoved in box, sticking out of the box and I had a hard time getting package out. Please put these package on my front door screened in area. My address is 1676 pasadena drive, dunedin, fl 34698
After a long period of normalcy the delivery of a package to my apartment door was again wrong, Why would a carrier place a package by the hinge side of my door? Mean spirited? Can't think? Did he or she ever try to retrieve a package placed by his or door's hinge side? Do I need to spell out what you have to go through to pick up the package and bring it inside? Sheesh!
USPS carriers should place packages at the door handle side, like UPS, FedEx and others do. Please train your carriers to do that and to never place packages at the hinge side of a door.
Your cooperation in doing that will be greatly appreciated!
UPD, FED EX are no better. They fling your boxes and they smash in your porch. They ALL need to do better. Much better.

I live in Palm Lake Village and for some reason our mail person can't seem to read address and get the mail in the right boxes. This was a point of discussion at a recent tenant meeting because everyone in the complex is having the same problems with their mail. Today someone brought me a piece of mail that was put in their box, not mine. You want us to use the US Mail and I would love to do so if I had any trust in you getting it right. Unfortunately, your track record around here is lousy. You can check with our rental office and they can verify that this is an ongoing problem.
