I was informed to take a problem to the sunset point post office I had lost a certified money order I had bought on 5/22/21. The manager at this office would not even come out from the back to assist me, the employee explained my situation and she said she couldn’t help. Couple weeks later I went to the Belcher post office and was finally told how to receive my $900.00 money order back. The manager at the sunset post office should be ashamed I could have had this money order back weeks ago if it wasn’t for this manager that would not take the time to help. I informed Belcher of this manager and hope someone looks into this. I will not stop here. Letters will be forward about this manager
