I mailed my son and his family cloth masks, put postage on it and dropped it into a mailbox in New Hampshire. If I did not have enough postage will it still be delivered, only postage due or does it come back
to the return address? I want them to have the masks

Visited the post office to post Christmas presents to my friends in the USA. I brought these presents from Scotland to post whilst in Florida on vacation but my experience was awful. The lady who served me was called Heatherly or something like that, an older lady with tattoos on both wrists and she was very rude and even used bad language at me when I completed a customs form wrong. This was my first time posting presents to the USA and I have never been treated so badly.
Been trying for weeks to get some attention. The new postal delivery person is tearing up my lawn. The same thing happened last year. Waiting for action by USPS, it keeps getting worse.

My mail is being held because they say I did not pay for Premium Forwarding. Guess what , I never signed up for Premium forwarding. I had poor experience in the past using that service with them When I call no one answers the phone, rings and rings then disconnects. A private company would never be able to stay in business with that kind of service. Seem like postal employees do not see these messages. How come.
I posted six postcards to uk on Saturday May 18th.The postcards have not arrived.They were posted into a box off Toledo.
Having had a super holiday in Naples it is upsetting that the postcards have not arrived.

I would like to express sincere appreciation for the work of two of your employees regarding my use of the Premium Forwarding Service and the resuming of mail service to me in Verona Walk. My appreciation is for Ms. Mary Waterman, who handles Route 157 (Verona Walk) and Ms. Bridget Kaufmann, who handles the collection and packaging of PFS mail. I had eleven shipments from May 16, 2018 until July 25, 2018. Because of the coordination and work of these two ladies, each shipment arrived in Irvington, VA each Saturday morning like clockwork. Mail service was resumed right on time in Verona Walk upon my return on August 4th. I have had the opportunity to personally thank both ladies, but I wanted to bring this excellent work to your attention to indicate what fine work your folks are doing. Thank you. I signed up for Premium Forwarding expecting that I would get my mail on the Saturday or Monday after it was sent on Wednesday. Schedule started shipments on May 30th. I received the first shipment on June 2nd. The next scheduled shipment was to be on June 6th. As of today June 14th I have not received anything. I have paid a lot of money to get this service and the performance is totally unsatisfactory. I get bills and other important documents sent by this service and I need them on time. This is not the first time a problem has shown up. Last November a similar problem occurred and my delivery was 2 weeks late. I ask what you are going to do to correct this matter.
This is a complaint regarding the mail delivery person at Royal Wood Country Club, Rattlesnake Hammock Road, Naples, Fl. Unlike his predecessor, Bill, this man is angry and clearly dislikes his job seemingly resenting the people he is supposed to serve.
Several days ago he shouted at, and insulted my wife in response to her simple question about mail pick up. He follows his general order not to get out of his truck to an unreasonable degree, claiming "blocked" mailboxes, and arbitrarily has withheld my time sensitive 1st Class mail up to three or four days.
Basically, if I may speak for the many neighbors who has shared their feelings with me, he is totally disliked and criticized for his arrogant and overly aggressive manner.
This man needs sensitivity training. In stark contrast his predecessor, Bill, had over 200 guests at his retirement party held at this Club, nearly all of whom were his postal customers from here.
Please respond noting what action you will take to provide this man with additional training and/or disapline.

We live on Michigan Ave. A neighbor two doors down came with mail Ins,.Fpl and Comcast the other night. I spoke with the mailman yesterday about this problem. He looked like he was doped. We can't put up with this kind of service, especially bills. Would appreciate your help. Thanks

what happens if it is undeliverable because of wrong address. Should it not go to back to the sender or at least to the Postmaster General ?

Crappy service; unless you get the chipper guy in the morning. Very rude; seems as thou they all hate their lives which in turn makes me hate mine when I am there. Oh, and they never, and I mean never answer their damn phone. Thats it.
I just realized I didn't get my mediations. When I checked the website I found out they were not forwarded to my summer address. I called the post office and someone answered right away. She was so helpful. She took my tracking number and went to look for my package. She could not locate it and told me she would search for it and call me later today or tomorrow. Very pleased with the service I received today

I am also so angry at the Naples, Fl. post office. I have been trying for 4 days and they will not answer the phone to start forwarding my mail. I have mailed them the form and they are just not doing it. This is a disgrace for a business to operate this way. I have even notified the main Postal service and they have sent a fax to them and they asked them to contact me with no results. I do not know what else to do to get my mail.
I have been trying to call Naples Main Post Office for a week now. Notice for a certified letter left on my door. I had it reschedule via phone, been home everyday due to a broken leg , no letter from carrier or will they answer the phone. I give up.
I have tried to get the Naples Post office on 6th avenue. I have called and called. all i want to know is how much my box rent is for next year so they don't charge me extra for being late. they don't send it to my forwarding address and i don't know how much it is. they won't answer the phone and neither do you.
