On 6/25/20, I requested mail forwarding but know there has been mail sent to my last address and not forwarded. I have tried calling with no answer several times and would appreciate a response. About one year ago a similar issue happened and I went to Coco River PO and retrieved my mail that was being held at this location and not forwarded. I will give you my current and prior address when you respond. Thanks

I am not sure if my mail comes thru your branch, however I have not received any mail in the last three days. The key to the package box has been in the lock for three days which it is usually removed. I have packages that I should have had delivered by now. Could you please check to see what is going on. I live in the Vineyards and my address is 6135 Montelena Circle Unit 3104. Thank you in advance for your help.

I had my mail forwarded from 2745 Tiburon Blvd.#301 on May 1 to 129 Village Gate Ln. Cincinnati, Ohio 45249 with the understanding that magazines would be forwarded for 3 months. So far I have not received Junes magazine sent from The Word Among Us which usually arrives the first week of the month which would be May. Can you tell me what happened?

i thought the service was bad back home in lebanon, tn. never seen worse service than the post office at coco river. i go to bonita springs now because they actually help you and i don't walk out angry. you can complain until you're blue in the face about coco river...but they continue to produce sub par service and zombie cashiers. i know the postal guidelines better than they do. i still have a package out front waiting to be picked up (8pm) we know that wouldn't happen. another post office where the manager hides behind their union. nobody will help me. they waste money on those fancy tv commercials...LIES. it should say, "we pretend we care and you can complain all you want, we'll get to your package tomorrow if we feel like getting out of our junkie car" Requested Pickup Date Confirmation # 05/06/2020 WEC309463314 LIES and my package is 24 hours behind schedule now

A package we were expecting was said to have been delivered to us before we left Florida. We never received that package. I have a feeling it is in our mail box at 559 BEACHWALK Circle. I asked a friend to check the front door and nothing was found. Could you have the carrier for that route check the box for this package. Thank you

I am the Property Manager of The Beachmoor Condominium, 9051 Gulfshore Drive. I was confronted today by a man who claims to be a Postal Employee. The interaction was outrageous, rude and completely unprofessional. Now, it's my understanding that your employee is Ron Fontes and he has stopped the mail service to our building. In fact, our mail carrier came in today to deliver mail and your employee Ron pulled up behind him and made him leave the building and not give us our mail. What is going on??? One nasty man on a power trip can keep an entire building of owners from getting their mail?? There are people waiting on a myriad of important items and this guy is just going to keep them? Unbelievable.

For months now, the mail at our home has not been delivered until the very late afternoon, sometimes not even until 6 PM. It seems to me there should be a postal guideline in place that reverses delivery each routing periodically. This is a much more equitable way of delivering mail and seems very simple to implement.

Tuesday, feb. 11 I left 100+ invitations at the post office, which went out the same day. Others received their envelopes on Wednesday Or Thursday. It is Friday and mine has not been delivered. I live two miles away. It is not the first time that LOCAL mail has not reached me.

jan 31, 2020 I have requested a premium forwarding from florida to CT , supposedly a box was mailed on jan 23, still don't have it, i have paid for priority mail, where is my mail.....now a second box has been sent on jan 29, will see if i receive this one. someone is sleeping on the job

We continue to be receiving mail for other residents, often unit numbers that are not even close to our address. Not exactly sure what's wrong with our mail carrier. Very concerned that our mail is being delivered to other addresses as well! If this review/posting is being read by a supervisor, your prompt response is appreciated to improve our mail delivery! I just had a mail delivery person, deliver my mail at 6:30 pm. He passed my mail box 2 times, he kept going up 104th, deliver a few boxes, then came back, and deliver a few more, finally after 3rd attempt he delivered my mail. What is going on! This guy was driving like a maniac! Since December my mail has been hit or miss. I know I haven"t received all my mail at times. A check to my lawn guy got lost and I had to pay $30 to stop payment on it. I never received some Christmas cards, and I have not received some bills. Thank god I keep up with my bills and know what and when they are due and I can look on line. Please find someone that knows how to deliver mail. I know what a hard job it is because I delivered mail years ago at this very location, but please find and train responsible people.

Why should it take 10 days to receive mail from Lisle, IL? Card sent from 60532 2641 to 34109 , mailed 12/19, received 12/29 sent from S Suburban Post Office. Unheard of service from both ends.
