I live in Treviso Bay, area code 34113. We have not received any mail over the last 2 days despite my email confirming mail to be delivered. Is there a problem with delivery this past week? Thanks

I'm currently on hold for Customer Service. On Tuesday, they opened 3 cases for me assuring me that I would be contacted by this office within 3 days with a resolution. I have NOT received any contact. The system reflects cases closed/resolved. 2 of the cases were regarding missing/non delivered items in Naples. System reflected packages were in Naples. It appears, after more than a week since arrival in Naples, they have been sent to Ybor City (Tampa) for sorting and package delivery. One of these is time sensitive, which has long past. How can it takes 10+ days after arrival in Naples to receive??? And why once again, 3 has happened 3 previous times, that a problem with mail delivery does not have contact with customer, is closed and actually not resolved in any way??? I expect not only and email but a phone call with explanation and further solution.

I received a half sheet of red paper in my mailbox asking for the people receiving mail at my address. I'm skeptical of this type of query from my delivery person. Is this legitimate from the US Postal Service?

Why doesn't anyone ever answer the phone? A package was supposed to be delivered on Aug. 24th at 5:17 pm. Never received it. Now what do I do? So frustrating!

I have been having a problem with my mail delivery for the past four months. I do receive some of my mail but unfortunately some has been returned to the sender as undeliverable. This has resulted in several late payment fees on my part. We have called many times. No one answers the phone. Actually was able to speak to a live person once and we were assured that there was no problem. For us it is a big problem. Would appreciate any help getting to the bottom of this dilemma.

The p.o. has shut down the local #'s, not sure if everywhere. I think it's most likely a "budget" action, and I truly think trump wants to privatize the p.o. and wants more negatives. I am ex postal employee, knew inside reasons why republicans want to hand it over to Wall Street and have been doing underhanded things to hurt the p.o's reputation and responses. This opinion is not political, it is real. Long story. I called the 1-800 number, asked for "tech support", then "agent" or "Customer support", finally got thru to a PERSON. She took my report and said she would get that p.o. to CALL ME BACK. That may help you and others to actually contact locally, not just National number. Maybe if everyone experiencing issues do that, you'll get better response. I'd update any local news stories on this, perhaps they don't know. Hope this works, I always gave customer service and want to help. You deserve a local number, or National Number. I think you can till out stuff online, but not sure. Best to you and yours.

I am having the same issue as many others,,,,my forwarded mail is not being delivered, but “returned to sender” this has cost me several “late payment” charges on various bills. I have also tried to call the number listed and no one answers. I would like to receive a response to this email, if not i will be contacting the Post Office Manager. Thank you and hope to hear from you soon.

.I have attempted to reach someone at 239 6431840and the phone rings continually (no answer) or a busy signal . Is there a time to call and someone will answer? I would like to know why I have mail return to sender? My address is correct on the envelopes. Please let me know what I need to do. Very important mail is being returned. Thank you

I felt like I worked for MY CUSTOMERS on my route and tried hard. I retired in 2006. I had cancer and they put me answering the main p.o. phone. Not sure if they did answer after I left or if they will again. Just wanted people to know, in case it helps. That is because I liked doing my best for t he customers. OH, it might help. I called the 1-800 # and put "tech support" in as my need, then I said "agent" and even "customer service" and got thru. Do that + ask local to call you back.

Hello. I feel disappointed because i call 239-643-1840 one of the post office in Progress Ave. And they don’t answer. Is always busy, or once a while when you get the ring tone it goes forever and then drops. I event personally because i order something and the company told me that the carrier delivered, I was in my house but nobody came, they obviously delivered somewhere else. I went to this post office because is the one I need It to go and they told me that they will talk to the carrier and call me back between one to two days, if not for me to call back. Well I have being calling for more that a week but as you already know no answer. Please get somebody to answer the phone. I wonder why the service is not efficient in this post office. I will like to get a response. Thank you. H. Pagan Jr.
