This office is rude and cannot handle mail in the estates
You have had a simple signed delivery now for 4 days form was signed and returned
Rude “supposed supervisor” promised to call back why my package not delivered
He would not give his name
Monday I will call my lawyer for theft
You have the worst service!!! You don’t answer the phone, you have delivered my mail all over my neighborhood.
The worst offense was yesterday. I had important documents delivered to the wrong address. Fortunately the neighbor is full time since 90% of my neighbors are snow birds and the neighbor brought them over,
I ordered a power washer thru Amazon and it sat for weeks st the door of a snowbird and say in the rain. I have had crystal martini glasses delivered to the wrong house. I had a comforter set delivered to the wrong address. These 3 items I found by checking the front door of neighbors on my block.
I have called and complained several times and actually spoke to someone who was aware of the incompetence. You all deserve to be fired and answer your phone!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Don’t answer phone. Lost mail. Terrible service!! No wonder post office is broke. Worst service! Great place to work if you want to show up get paid get retirement and do crappy job all day everyday. Hire me I actually work.
The worst post office ever can't get my mail. Please shut down and let private enterprise run it. They won't answer the phone. They do not deserve even 1 star. Pathetic. They cannot follow instructions that a 2 year old could follow
I am seasonal recently put in for a mail forward to go from my Ohio address back to Naples Fl. 34119, 5855 Charlton Way starting 11/6/2018. I noticed about 3 days ago that I was not getting any Florida mail, it had stopped being delivered to my Ohio address before the 6th.,I don't know where it is & I have missed paying Bill's. I cannot reach the Golden Gate Post Office, no one answers 239 352 3010. Our name is Hajek, 302 540 1872. There is some very important mail we are missing. I would like it to be in Florida when I get there
I have a carrier who consistently holds mail without authorization. Nor does he leave a notification. I have complained previously and currently have a case open CA136187868 as well as a redelivery TRR66899696.
As a condo community our mail boxes are small so oversized packages could be left in package locker or at front door.
This is an ongoing problem and have delayed my receiving medications as well as other important items. Please advise.
I have had 4 packages delivered in the last 3 weeks and I am so upset that my packages are left out in the weather to be rained on when I have a covered porch. Every package has gotten wet and if you live here you know it rains fairly everyday. Would the person delivering like it when their package is treated this way? Luckily my items haven't been damaged yet but I feel it is a matter of time. The next package delivered this way will be taken to local usps office and I will show you what I deal with and maybe we can get this matter fixed. UPS doesn't have this problem, because they put it on the table (off ground) by my front door.
The man who works this location is the rudest postal worker I've ever met. Always making smart remarks about packages I mail back. I do not recommend this location. It is in the back of a shoddy clothing store. He uses foul language and doesn't seem to be a very happy person. If I knew where to file a formal complaint about him I would. I only go to this location because the only other location is miles away from where I live.
