Who is in charge of this site? No one ever responds or picks up the telephone! I have left messages for my carrier to deliver our "HOLD" mail and have received no mail as of yet! You ask for more money to make things work more smoothly and yet, our service gets WORSE!!! Who is monitoring this site and this facility???? VERY POOR SERVICE TO THE PEOPLE WHO PAY YOUR WAGES!!!!! I have bills that are being held up because you will not release the hold on my mail!!!!!

Collier Zoning changed our address on July 12, 2022 from 11120
Immokalee Rd Naples FL 34120, assigning new address 2221 Cornerstone Dr. Naples FL 34120. . Somehow all my accounts are coming up 2135 Cornerstone Drive and 2221 Cornerstone Drive cannot be verified. Everyone says it has not been activated by the Post office, but when my wife went to the Golden Gate annex she was told "You are all set." . Please confirm this address is active in USPS database
Forest Glen Blvd (in Forest Glen Country club) has been messing up the mail lately. I don’t understand because the mail boxes are all clearly labeled. When an address say 3925 Forest Glen Blvd it should not end up in the mailbox for 3921 yet this continues to happen. Is it a new carrier who doesn’t understand the difference between 3921 and 3925 or is it just laziness. Please be more careful. Thank you.
We are returning to Naples on Saturday, Oct 23, and would like to restart our mail delivery at 10248 Gator Bay Court in Heritage Bay which has been being forwarded to our Cincinnati address at 8161 Trotters Chase, Cincinnati, OH 45249 for the past 6 months or so. I have turned in the proper post office forms up here in Ohio but continued to get Florida transferred mail on Monday in Ohio. Please check where I stand
I attempted to talk to someone who could help as well as attempted to complete a form to report a lost package. It was to be delivered to our temporary location of 8739 Coastline Ct. 101, 34120 but it never showed up on the purposed delivery date of April 15th. The package contains medical supply for me. PLEASE help me find the package and send it to 2313 Castlebrook Ln. Sylvania, Ohio 43560. I did complete an online address change request to be effective April 16th, thus the package should have been forwarded accordingly.
For an entire week, I have been receiving not only my mail but sometimes 2,3 and even four other people's mail. I came back from grocery shopping today and this gal is delivering mail prior to my hipouse so I stop in my driveway till she gets to my address. I walk around her vehicle and she gives me a stack of mail. I start to review it and even the top piece of mail isn't even mine. There are several other pieces of mail that have a variety of addresses. I tell her about it and she doesn't even understand what I am saying. I point to the address on the my mail box and she finally gets it. She takes the stack of mail from me. Looks down into her future delivery stack of mail and basically says I have no mail. This is ridiculous to know that a person is delivering my mail that does NOT speak English. WTF is this world coming to. She doesn't have a clue what she doing. Is the post office that hard up to just hire anyone?
