I have been trying to reach the post office on Old 41 for a few weeks, when I left in March I asked for our mail to be forwarded. We have someone checking our mail box and there is no mail there also. I just received a notice from a company we deal with they said our mail is undeliverable. How can I get in touch with someone to clarify this matter. Thank you

I cannot get through to the post office at Old 41 in Bonita Springs, 34135. I want them to be aware that I have not received several paper billing statements in the last month. I have contacted two of these places and they are being gracious about accepting payments over the phone/online AND waiving late fees. This is the first time I’ve ever encountered NOT receiving my important mail (I continue to get junk mail, though.). I hope this was a temporary issue?

Post office says it delivered package yesterday on my porch. Package never delivered. Do not know where it is, or if it was delivered to incorrect address.

Sent envelope with docs from 34134 to 31345. 6 miles. Took 8 days to get. Lousy. I will never ever send important docs through you again.

Your Postal mail boxes at Bonita Landing are being used by Amazon Prime to store boxes on top of the postal boxes and in some cases inside open large postal boxes. They are being stolen when stored on top of US postal mail boxes meant only for USPS mail.

Complex is doing roofing. Mailman did not attempt to deliver mail. I was waiting for 8 pieces of mail! UPS, FEDEX & Amazon all delivered. Please re-deliver all items! 9200 Highland Woods Blvd Unit 1309 Bonita Springs Fl 34135.

I am trying to speak with the post master/mistress for zip code 34134. Telephone is not being answered. I've tried several times. The website for this post office says it is open now. I have a service complaint which has now changed into 2 service complaints. There are a lot of folks in Washington who want to do away with USPS. I don't agree with them, but you are pushing me in that direction. Reading the reviews below confirms my belief.

I am staying at the Sanctuary RV Resort site 100. I seem to be having a hard time getting my mail with this address. My mail is only coming from north Florida so it should not be taking this long! Really? It is very important mail! If there isnt enough postage u can contact me and I will be happy to meet you with the balance, as long as you deliver to me! I have no transportation to come to the post office

today, 9/19/18 is the third day in a row that my mail has not been picked up!!!! I tried to call, but just like Dennis below, it's only busy signals. You have to do better. Get an answer machine then you can be courteous and call back.

Showed a new older clerk a return pkg slip today~he erroneously said the letter F on front meant it was to be returned thru Fedex! It had USPS on it several times- I wonder what he was smoking?! Unfreaking believable!

I have contacted your PO and talked to 2 people about me receiving my mail. My name is Larry Edelen, 12005 Matera Lane, Unit 102, Bonita Springs Florida. I have not been receiving my mail on a regular basis. I know that Keurig has sent me 2 deliveries that was left at your office and returned to sender because I unit #102 was left off. I spoke to something at the desk and they took my name and said they would follow up to see that if in fact someone did not have room or space for my unit #, they would recognize my name. More frustrating is that I have tried to call your direct line so many times I forget, and ONLY GET A BUSY SIGNAL....it's ridiculous.

Dreaded going to the PO today as Christmas rush has started. Bonita Beach Road office was closed so we went to Old 41. The line was long but the atmosphere was upbeat and the clerks were operating with full efficiency yet with the utmost courtesy. They seemed to absolutely understand people were panicking over getting their gifts out yet they did their best to put people at ease. They even had a roving associate helping people in the line with their needs as they waited. Really helped overall. Everyone complains it seems about the PO but this office seems to have it all together. Thank you!

We moved to the 34135 zip code August 14, 2014. We had mail forwarded from 34109, our former address. We had all mail received at 34135 forwarded to our Virginia address until our return in November. Mail was returned to our financial institution, two insurance companies - including the premium notice for an annual payment, and several personal and business letters. Most recently, a letter sent to our neighbors on the same street was returned as not deliverable as addressed. I called and confirmed the address with the neighbor again. This is the worst postal service we have ever experienced, period. It may be our individual mailman, but whatever the cause, it is unacceptable.
