Incredible, the worst service ever received by any government office. Nobody answer any phone call at any location in the Miami area, not even in the main office, so why do you have phone numbers at all?

SO THIS IS THE STOLEN UNITED STATES POSTAL OFFICE OF MIAMI, MY PACKAGE CAME FROM CHINA, I BOUGHT MY SON CHRISTMAS GIFT ON EBAY, ARRIVE ON DECEMBER 31 TO THE MIAMI INTENATIONAL DISTRIBUTION CENTER AND THEN TO THE MIAMI DAIRY POST OFFICE ON JANUARY THE 2ND OF 2020 AND IT WAS DELIVERED YESTERDAY JANUARY 7, 2020 AT 9:55AM TO I DON'T KNOW WHO BECAUSE IT WASN'T ME...^¥×?$₩%$&#/😤

Same here!!! package delivered on Jan 7th but nobody got that. I´ve been calling to the contact number but nobody ever picks the phone. Dont know what to do.

I'm another case of SOS HOLD THE MAIL (mail fraud). I'm expecting a package from China bought at DHgate.com. They have my right address but it's send to this USPS office in Miami, FL. But it seems that they are part of the scam after seeing all the people having similar problems. Escalating this to my lawyer. Tracking Number: LS102969170CN

They act like they cant answer the damn phone!! Ive been scammed and my package says its arrived here but I need to speak with someone to make sure MY PACKAGE DOES NOT GET PICKED UP AND SENT BACK TO THE RETURN ADDRESS!! IF THIS SCAMMER IS ALLOWED TO PICK UP THIS PACKAGE I WILL PERSONALLY SUE!! I HAVE $1,000 WORTH OF ELECTRONIC MERCHANDISE INSIDE THAT PACKAGE! Yall are straight bs! No help what so ever !

I have been trying unsuccessfully to contact direct by phone and actually speak to a person.. decided to fax and perhaps receive an alternative number..guess what? fax not going thru. The matter is urgent-they have my order which should have gone elsewhere. I'm not in Florida...I NEED to speak to someone. No idea what to do!!

They never ever answer the phone, you have to go to there but is useless, it won't solve your problem, so if you can ask for a refund do it.

I purchase an item through Sportunlimited, I haven´t receive my package. It said by UPS that was transferred to the post office, I consider is the milam diary because is near my shipping adress, but i dont know nothing about my package and when is really delivered.

The service of supervisor Ine is exceptional! She handles each customer's problems and difficulties professionally and efficiently, one after the other. She searches for mail herself and provides excellent service. I needed to track and get an envelope with my passport before it left the station in order to make it to the airport on time, and she made every effort to get it to me on time. I was very happy and satisfied!

I purchase an item trough eBay regula size package, in the computer the tracking number showed that the package arrived at this Milam Dairy office 7/15/2013 at 11:07PM. Next morning i went to this post office to collet or find out when was this item were going to be deliver to my home. The clerk that helped me, informed me that the package was going to be deliver to my home in the next two days. Well those two days passed, never received any package, waited two more days, now four days, no package deliver to my home. Went to this Milam Dairy post office (worse post office i have ever been) last week Thursday 18th at 2:30PM, Carlos told me that he was going to search for the package in the back, waited 1.5 hour, than Carlos told me that he couldn't find it, than he asked me for my phone number to call me because he was going to look in another bond of boxes to see if my item was in there, never got a call from him. Saturday i went to this post office to get an answer of what happen to my package. Met with Lazaro the manager, told me the same story the entire day. Called this post office in the morning and spoke to Rick, he told me the same story as Carlos, and Lazaro he was going to search for the package and call me back, never got a call from him. Went to this post office for one last time at 12:45pm and met with Lanny the manager of this post office Milam Dairy location, and of course same story with the same words, "( I will look in the back he said". In the mean time me waiting i found out that i was not the only customer that it was going thru this, there were 7 other people that also had the packages missing, or never got delivered to them. I waited until 3:30PM, 2 hours waiting for this package until Lenny came back and gave me his cellphone number so i would it call him at 4:30PM for the final answer. Well called Lenny the manager and he told me that my package was delivered to the wrong address or that it got lost. That he was going to send me a letter that it would said that the package was lost or miscarry by the USPS, so i can send the letter to the seller in eBay to have my money refund it. He said he was already typing the letter as we speak so my mail men would delivered to me today. Well as much as i sound as a pain, never got a lever TODAY, and i try to call Lenny the manager of the post office and left him few voice mails to his cell phone and never got a call back from him. This is why I'm sending this email to you guys, because the customer service from this post office location from the manager to the clarks is the worst i have ever had in any place.
