We have had issues with mail showing up anytime from early day to 7/8pm at night, but we signed up for Informed Delivery because the time frame for delivery seemed off. Since June 2, 2020, I have submitted 2 claims for missing mail - that's right 2 claims in as many weeks. The junk mail is faithfully & daily delivered. Bills, bank statements & now gift cards are missing. No reply for either request about the missing mail. You call you are directed online which yields no results even on the request submitted over a week ago. Tried the online chat tonight was told to call, I explained politely calling redirects to online which has not been responded to. Was told to go in person & wait at the post office for assistance. I have a lung condition & am over 70 yrs old, when I tried to express those concerns your online help discontinued the chat. Nothing not even sorry to hear that are real health concerns which is why we have tried calling, submitting online forms & online chat. Not doing the job & no consideration at a resolution is why folks are not using the post office whenever possible. This is why Americans have no faith in the U.S Post Office. It's not reliable even with informed delivery. This is why when given the options we choose any other shipping agency, unfortunately you can tell the bank or other businesses who to ship with.

Miami, FL Post Office is a disaster. I sent a Certified envelope with important documents from Connecticut to a lawyer's office in Miami since 10/24/18. When tracking the envelope, it still not delivered. I call the Post Office and they do not even answer the phone. I am about to sue Miami Postal Service.
