URGENT RE Tracking number 92055901755477000278970300. USPS delivered package to Blue Lagoon post office. It is the wrong post office and they won't deliver. The right post office is Milan Annex but Blue Lagoon has not forwarded the package. It has sat for 12 days and is scheduled to be returned to sender. Please organize transfer of the package so it can be delivered. Website is of no assistance, no one answers calls at local post offices, (800) 275-8777 is 1 1/2 hour wait and accomplishes nothing (have contacted them 3 times). Please take care of this and don't return to sender.

I want to know who the heck is Milam Anniex ... USPS is supposed to make the delivery at the indicated address and not leave it in the hands of post offices ... for that you pay for a signature and final delivery ...

This is one of the worse post office places. They DO NOT DELIVER THE PACKAGES AS THEY ARE SUPPOUSED to do so, instead they hold the packages, then one has to call and beg at them to do so. It is like they don't know how to read. Not a very good thing. And then they are wondering why the Post Offices are being closed down? There you have the answer, for laziness on their part, for not doing their job right.

I agree with Thais. I have more than 10 packages that are lost. I started asking to my suppliers sending it with signature required but for my surprise now the proof of delivery is signed by the post office itself! That's crazy! I have a lot of claims but nothing happens. Everyday I have to walk around the block a look for packages at my neighbors. Sometimes I find some. That is said we have a so terrible service!
