The incompetence displayed by USPS is baffling. Firstly, I was notified by email that my package was delivered and signed for at the front desk of the address listed only to find out that not only was that not the case, but my package was at some random PO Box and there would be no was to retrieve it. I was then told that it’s at this Milam Annex post office and that I should contact them directly only for the number to not be in service when I called.

This is one of the worse post office places. They DO NOT DELIVER THE PACKAGES AS THEY ARE SUPPOUSED to do so, instead they hold the packages, then one has to call and beg at them to do so. It is like they don't know how to read. Not a very good thing. And then they are wondering why the Post Offices are being closed down? There you have the answer, for laziness on their part, for not doing their job right.

I agree with Thais. I have more than 10 packages that are lost. I started asking to my suppliers sending it with signature required but for my surprise now the proof of delivery is signed by the post office itself! That's crazy!
